Always great service! Staff is knowledgeable and extremely accommodating whenever I have made purchases or used them for FFL transfers.

I received good support for what I needed. Well knowledgeable staff, and friendly. I prefer to support veteran run businesses. Await doing business with them again.

I went in with my wife to shop around for a new handgun last month. I was not impressed with the prices as they seemed marked up from what I saw at other stores and online. I will say that one positive is they did have a nice selection to choose from. If you want it they probably have it or they can get it. I wasnt impressed with the customer service. I wasnt greeted or acknowledged when I walked in. The men behind the counter were disrespectful. They were short and rude to me as I asked to hold some firearms. Im guessing I didnt fit the stereotypical gun enthusiast they are used to seeing in this store. If you dont have tattoos, your not a veteran, you dont ride a Harley Davidson or drive a big truck it might be hard to fit in here. We left with no intention of ever coming back. My wife and I took our business to Scheels. They have a lot of the same firearms at a more reasonable price.

Absolutely great store. The staff was very knowledgeable, wonderful selection of firearms, and the staff is friendly and they don’t try to pressure someone into buying something. Very pleasant experience, will shop there for all my firearms needs.

Being someone who is relatively new to firearms, I am so glad these guys are in town. I recently bought a used S&W 686 and took it here to get it looked at to make sure in tip-top shape. Rene and Adam (?) (im sorry, I am horrible with names) were very friendly and made me feel right at home and comfortable asking questions about things I knew very little about. Many gun shops owners/employees talk down to new gun owners, but not Brothers Firearms! The staffs passion for guns is very apparent and willing to share with anyone who decides to ask!Support local!

Greeted at the door, friendly and helpful. Asked what I was looking for and budget, gave suggestions on guns that fit the bill. Was quite helpful! Answered other questions I had. Very large selection of guns. Allowed me to get the feel of the guns, etc. I will definitively be back to buy another for my wife. All Thumbs up!

Do not know how good this shop really is since I have stopped by 3 times and they are always closed during posted business hours. Would like to support local shops, but that is hard to do if I can never get the chance to make a purchase.

Wonderful experiences every time I go in. Sometimes I buy and others I dream. The people that work here are some of the nicest people Ive ever dealt with when buying a firearm. All of them have a lot of knowledge about what they sell. I especially like the idea of a veteran owned gun shop.

These guys are top notch! Went with the wife and being Canadian, theres not much I could purchase and I think they felt sorry for us. Gave us a great deal on a toque & tee shirt. Ill be back....for that grip tape.Clean, Friendly, Professional

Local shop with parts big box stores dont carry. Everything from AR parts kits to exotic guns and ammo. The people are very helpful and approachable whether you know a fair amount about guns or are new to it.

Terrible experience. Me and my girlfriend walked in just hoping to ask a couple questions about gun ownership in Canada as well as other gun inquiries.(We are Canadian)We were curious if he knew anything about this because were looking to purchase a gun in 3-5 years but have just started looking into it now. He was extremely rude and said he didnt care about Canadians and that we should stay on our side of the line.Would never buy from there or go there again especially if you are not an American resident.

I came in from Minnesota to have my muzzle loader cleaned on short notice and they were fair and honest! They were awesome and highly recommend them for all your gun needs!

Very helpful with my FFL transfer from Classic Firearms. No need to play phone tag, I got a call when my rifle came in, paid my transfer fee on the spot, and was out the door in fifteen minutes. I easily passed the time browsing their collection of old Lee-enfield rifles, and learned some knowledge on the relative supply of of some of the rarer models. Great experience, will definitely be a repeat customer.
