I started working with Dr. Fire a few years ago for the hearing loss I have had for several decades. He spent nearly an hour with me after my hearing test to go over future options. I found his explanations easy to understand and never felt rushed out of his office. This year, I chose to treat my tinnitus through hearing aids and have been extremely pleased with how Dr. Fire explained the treatments as well as how Amy has helped set me up with trial hearing aids. I cant get back what I have lost, but finding someone to help me manage what I have left has been wonderful.
