My favorite place in Michigan. Their caramel apples are delicious, I usually get the caramel apple dipped in chocolate then sprinkles with sea salt. The marshmallows are good as well. They have a good variety of ice cream flavors and fudge. Pretty much anything your heart could desire!

A little sweet treat while visit family. Quintessential Michigan. A chocolate lovers dream. A must stop if you want a treat plus down town Grand Haven is darling. The staff was a little off with portions. Some gave huge scoops other gave tiny and there was five of us and the scoops were over the place in amount between us. Love their homemade waffle cones.

We just finished some wonderful ice cream and candy from here. Nice service from some friendly young ladies. Best Peanut butter cup I have ever had.. Definitely will be back. Nice job.

Kilwins has my wife favorite ice cream. She loves the tosted coconut and a must stop of the have a Kilwins on a trip. Good thing we dont have on local.

A little on the pricey side, but the ice cream is so worth it! All of us loved our experience here. There is a wide variety of treats, but the ice cream and fudge are the best. We got ice cream this time, and the waffle cones were perfect and the ice cream was mixed perfectly. My husband had the seasonal apple pie and I had chocolate salted Carmel (so good!). This is definitely the place to visit if you go to Grand Haven. There is outdoor seating and the view is lovely.

You have your normal ice cream franchises like Cold Stone and Baskin Robbins, and then you have Kilwins! Me and the fam visited this Kilwins Chocolates after having a phenomenal experience at the South Haven one. Their wide variety of delicious ice cream flavors, along with their old-fashioned confectionery products like homemade fudge and various chocolates puts Kilwins in a league of its own!

They dont update their hrs online. Got there at 10 to eat some ice cream and their posted their new hrs that they close at 10. They wasted my time

Excellent! Sea salt caramel ice cream and fudge is awesome! Hot chocolate takes a few minutes to make from scratch but is worth the wait. Not too sweet, and the girl who made it topped ours with whipped cream, chocolate shavings and rainbow sprinkles! All the employees are so nice. The caramel sauxe on the ice cream is a must! Yum, yum, yum!

ATTENTION! This place is amazing. We got Smores Ice Cream with an amazing waffle cone. My husband got some of the best strawberry ice cream we have had since we visited Hawaii. We have tried most places here in Grand Haven because we have been coming here for a while now. I am an ice cream snob you must give this place a try.

Every time I go to Kilwins, I try to try something else, but I always end up going back to the Fudge Brownie Ice cream on a waffle cone. Cant get enough... Just love it. ❤️

Not great service and only ok ice cream for the price.Two young ladies working about 30 minutes before closing when we arrived. The one girl stopped what she was doing and greeted us and took our order. When she was unfamiliar with what we ordered (a specific sundae) she looked to the other employee who all but dismissed her. I offered to read the sundae description to her so she could make it to help her out.Several other customers came in after we arrived and all orders were completed before we were rang up with the second girl not attempting to help our, obviously, struggling new girl.We felt sorry that she wasnt getting the help our training necessary to be successful, knowing how crazy it can get here in the warmer months.

They have more than 15 varieties of ice cream. I took capucino one, it was great. Wwaffle cone was fresh baked, smelled good and yummy.

Waffle cones are delicious, the ice cream is good but they price gouge.

There is NO better ice cream anywhere. Period. I cant stop eating the oversized scoop no matter how hard I try. My husband cannot walk past the store without going in. Weve compared to Hudsonville and house of Flavors. There is no comparison.
