Now Under New Management David is simply the best person to go to for anything you may need he is currently restaffing and under his guidance I believe this place will remain top dog for some time, I was really glad to have walked in and met him recently.

The door was locked when it said opened the is only one guy is working who doesn’t know what his doing got told to wait to outside for 30 mins to an hr doesn’t even deserve a 1 star worse customer service ever

I needed to change my wireless plan and I went into the store to talk about my options. Rachel was the associate helping me and she explained everything really well then sold me what I needed rather than up selling me to something I didnt need. Before I left she called my number to make sure it was working - it wasnt - then went and fixed it. Whole process was about 25 min which is great since I didnt know what I wanted when I went in there. This is the second great experience I had at this store and I had a different associate each time

Absolute worst service of my life. My boyfriend and I went into the store because we tried to add lines to our existing contract from Verizon. Both of the employees were helping people when we got there. We waited over an hour and someone came in behind us, (theyre both still helping the other people) and one of the AT&T employees starts helping this guy along with the person he was already helping. After an hour and a half of not being acknowledged, another person walked in (both employees still helping original guest) and instantly gets help from one of the two employees. After about an hour and forty-five minutes we left the store. Now AT&T might not even get my service and Ill cancel it after two days. Absolutely need to fire/retrain both people working in the store (9/2/2020). Both employees both sounded incompetent about the knowledge of the business. One spent over 45 minutes just trying to get the guy to buy a phone, and telling him to go buy a cheap phone (iPhone 7, galaxy 8/9) to trade in to save the whole $200 off of a $1200 phone. Paperwork was also laying all over, phones on display were messed up, and not enforcing the mask policy stated on the door.

If I could give them 5 more stars I would. Absolutely blown away by the superior level of customer service I experienced when visiting the store. My wife and I were looking to switch carriers, as we are not happy with our current cell phone provider. Both gentlemen at the store were VERY helpful. Not only was my bill broken down on paper (at my request), but promotions were explained thoroughly. I stayed past closing time, and did not feel rushed to make a decision at all. I did not decide to go with at&t, due to reception at my shop, but would recommend this store to anyone. So here’s to you mr.park ranger, and Rick Harrison, you guys are awesome.

Waited for 25 minutes for a brochure how to fix my phone. When I was approached that I had a broken screen. Manager could have easily saved my time and handed me that when I walked In saying I had coverage. 👎👎

We walked in and there was 1 gentleman being helped so we decided to wait instead of coming back another time (how long can 1 person take really). Over an hour later we STILL had not been helped and barely acknowledged! So glad were making the choice to leave AT&T...now we just gotta wait 20 years for help to shut off our service and well be all set!

Horrible service from AT&T, do not recommend. I had to wait two weeks for an internet installation because I’m a single mom with a full time job and their installation hours are 8-12 or 12-4. One of their employees told me I could “just take an hour off of work” but I wouldn’t know when or if they would only be there for an hour. The tech came out to do the installation and left saying I was good to go but the internet didn’t work. I called support asking them to have him come back and they were going to make me wait a week before sending another tech out as they couldn’t fix the problem over the phone. I got on chat with my phone data and someone informed me a tech could be out later in 3 days. Tech got there at 5 PM and was in and out until 10 PM. Said all the out cable was bad and had to replace all of it. Tech left at 10 pm, still no internet and now no TV either. This tech told me someone would come out in the morning. Someone came out to fix the main hub in the morning, internet STILL not working. So I get back on with support and they tell me they’re going to have to send another tech out. I explain to the customer service they have already sent 3, the issue should already be fixed. We tried multiple times to try to reboot the system and finally internet works. At this point I’ve waited two and a half weeks and had to be home for 3 technicians to do the job the 1st one should have done and the internet is subpar. It will not even run if 3 devices are connected to it. WASTE of time, money and sanity. They make a “promise” to their customers, then give awful service and clearly do not care.

Most helpfull, but than again I am a Verizon customer contemplating changing. There would really be no savings in my case buth they did offer more data usage, as in unlimited. Will I switch? Im still thinking on it.

The scam is real. I went up upgrade my phone rhetoric said it would be a 15 dollars fee. When I received my bull it was 102 dollars more. So I call att and they say to bad. Its been more then 14 days... NEVER GO WITH ATT. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT COSTUMERS!!! TERRIBLE COMPANY
