Really great advice and service. The true testament for me though is that there was an issue beyond their control and they went to extreme lengths to get it fixed very quickly. I was really amazed by the service and definitely wont be shopping anywhere elsewhere for Kiteboarding equipment in the future.

The best toy store Ive ever been too!They have a unique selection of old games I grew up with as a child as well as new games, also they have games on site that you can play with the employees so you can learn how to play them. Great place for kids and adults

Blown away! Ase and Caleb just helped my Mom pick out the perfect STEM kit for my seven-year-old budding engineer. They were able to explain why the product will be a good fit given my child’s personality and interests. When she gets her Nobel prize, we’ll make sure she mentions MACKite!

As a toy store this one is okay and they definitely have a variety of merchandise. I especially liked their seafaring captains hats, which will be great for the Coast Guard Festival! As a kite store, however, this one reigns supreme! I loved seeing all the different kites here and definitely need to buy some before the next Kite Festival in Grand Haven.

Great Store for kids toys.

Stopped in to get a wetsuit and other gear, they directed me to the other location where it was all sold. The staff stayed after hours to help me get everything I needed and was more than happy to answer all my kook questions. Thanks Mac Fam!

Best Toy Store!! MACKite is one of my favorite toy stores - they also have boards, kites, clothing, and fun miscellaneous. They have a huge variety of fun, new stuff and I literally never go in without finding something for my kids, myself or my husband. A great place to go when you need a gift - you will find something!!

Absolutely love this store. My favorite spot in grand haven. If you are looking for a new game but arent sure what to get the staff will help you decide by showing you demos. You learn how to play the game before you leave the store, which is great!

Fun staff, lots of cool toys. Girl at the checkout told us the toy we were buying was dishwasher safe so that was cool! Had made in America and green toys so thats awesome!

Huge selection and fun employees! Sometimes staff at these places seem put off by kids, but I was really pleased at how they interacted with our toddler. They didnt cast judgmental glances when she pulled out the balls and even brought over other toys for her to try. When we had to go without buying anything they were still super gracious. Well come back and buy something for sure.
