Brett who winterized my system was very professional and the service was great. There was a slight issue with some of their equipment leaking oil in my driveway, but as soon as I brought it up, Brett was more than willing to make it right. A+++ customer service!

I had Royal sprinkling install a full irrigation system and let me tell you, theyre a top notch business to work with. Brett and his team care about the work they do and it shows in the final product! Throughout the process I had many questions and Brett never failed to return calls or texts very promptly and come to think of it, on my new build home, he was the only contractor to show up early for his appointments, let alone be on time. Another contractor had accidentally punctured one of our irrigation lines, and Royal responded within a day to set up an appointment. Nick quickly and professionally made the repair for a reasonable price and saved me a Saturday. Cant even see the repair because he did such a great job putting the sod back down. Highly recommend.
