Had almost everything I was looking for. They went above and beyond to help me find the records I wanted. I made a fairly large purchase and they boxed everything carefully and were very nice. Their selection is one of the best Ive found for Rock and metal. Ill be returning, frequently.

In a world where record stores are few and far between, Off The Record stands alone here in Grand Haven to shine a light on both the past and the present. While I cant say much about the loose organization here, its definitely miles better than what you see in other places. Where most stores of today relegate music sections to small areas in their technology centers, often disorganized, eclectic, and misplaced, Off the Record harkens back to a time when music stores were more plentiful, and more special. From vintage, to more recent vinyls, as well as local bands, there is so much here it is hard not to find something for yourself.This place is most certainly worth your time.

Excellent small-town record store with a great selection of new & used vinyl (and CDs). The owner is one of the nicest folks youll meet and works hard to provide friendly service. OTR is able to get just about any album youre after as long as its still available, and the prices are extremely fair. Highly recommended!

They had an album that I had a hard time finding. It was last minute and I was able to get the record in time to give as a present. This store deserves your business.

Small size parking lot next to the building. There is some other spots around in the area. Nice size shop covering all genre of music and music modes of transportation. Nicely setup and easy to find. The place is clean and well kept. Staff was very cool. Greet you as you come in and available to ask questions. They take cash and credit and they sell and buy your in good condishion media. Prices are in line with what it is. They do have new as well as used media. All good. No complaints at all. Give them a try I will be back in to see what I can find the next time I am in the area.
