The employees are always friendly and helpful. I have seen and also shipped/returned some crazy stuff and they are always happy to help. Awesome customer service!

I had to ship a large box for the holidays and this place was super helpful. There was a line when I arrived, but the team behind the counter absolutely flew through it. They were super fast, friendly, and helpful! The store was very clean as well, which was impressive considering the amount of traffic they are getting right now.

Went in there on August 10, 2020 to ship a wooden American Flag. It was about 31 inches long and about 21 inches wide...but only weighed 13 pounds.This UPS Store says it must be shipped in an oversized box and with packing and shipping it was going to cost nearly $300.00.I went to the Pak & Ship in Allendale and they packed and shipped the flag for $70.50.

So thankful to the employee who was not only friendly, but also gave me the helpful tip to hang onto the receipt she gave me as it was the only proof of returning Spectrum Charters equipment.Charter tried to claim I only turned in one dvr box and that they could see 2 were still active in our house, which was impossible since Id turned in all 3.... Extremely thankful to UPS I had the proof I needed! The UPS store could have just done their job and shipped it, but went the extra mile and really helped me.

Was in and out in 10 seconds. The woman who helped me was very friendly and the place was clean. 5 stars!

The Gentlemen working has zero customer service skills and was rude and unpleasant...3. Waited 25 minutes to gain assistance printing, and he continued to help customers at the counter without consideration to my time or any communication to me whatsoever...4. If youre used to the awesome service typical of UPS stores you should go elsewhere.Unlike many UPS stores Ive been to this one does not offer the ability to print a document you emailed them such the packing slip or label. I also waited in line while the one employee working stood and waited for what seemed to be his friend to finish a series of phone calls regarding his shipment.What kind of business center cant open email attachments? I was told its because their computers got a virus once..The upside is that my package was shipped and received even after dealing with the employees attitude, who seemed to be having a bad day.

I recently visited GH during the Coast Guard Festival. As part of my trip I was going to ship a lot of childhood memories out to California. The package ended up being 85 pds. I communicated the fact that this package contained items that were priceless to me (but otherwise worthless). They packed the box inside of another box with insulation to protect the package even further. It arrived perfectly in California. Thank you!

High five for a great staff. This is a locally owned and operated facility that deals with UPS but is NOT corporate run. Problems with drivers should be reported to corporate and not reflected upon local owner operators.
