Had the north side of the house done just before last winter. Had the rest of the house done just before fall.Staff did a great job laying down coverings, and with clean up after the job. Quick and effective. Honestly kinda fun to watch people replace windows when theyre good at it.

Brad came and did an in-home estimate today. He was professional, fast, and prices were very competitive.

First of all i will say that i have used window world in the past and had a great experience. This time around it was not. The installer decided it would be ok to bring his two rottweilers with him and tether them to his trailer. We live on a farm and have livestock and pets. We had to keep our own animals locked up all day for their own safety. He was very rude when we told him not to bring them back and the next day wouldnt even talk to me. I also smelled marijuana on him. The windows are fine and are themselves a good quality however the installer didnt caulk 2 of the windows on the inside and one is hard to open. For $4000 I was expecting this to be done a professional manner and for it to be complete. The owner was courteous on the phone but the sheer amount of disrespect from the installer was a disappointment and im not sure we will be using window world for future projects.

Made an appointment with them and they called and told me they needed to reschedule it. Not a big deal, but after rescheduling with them, nobody ever showed up for our appointment. Never received a phone call or anything from them. Guess Im going with somebody else.

My land lord ordered a window from them in October and we still havent gotten it put in. Called for an update and they are ordering a part. But almost 4 months of winter later: we just want a window.

Have been waiting on a window replacement for over 3 months. Window is on the North side of house and when called it is a run around

Worst customer service ever. I have taken off work twice for them not to show up. My window is under warranty. It has taken them 3 trys to get my window to fit and they still cant get it right.
