My garage door opener broke this morning and wasn’t able to be repaired. I called one of the door companies to come replace the opener. They said it would be at least 4 weeks until they could get to it at least and they didn’t even have one in stock. I then called Pioneer and they said they could have it done this afternoon and their quote was $100 less. They showed up on time, they were very professional and explained all the functions, they even helped me set up my WiFi for my phone to open it! Our garage door spring failed one morning and the door opener proceeded to tear off the door bracket and top rib from the door. It was a mess! This made it very difficult to manually operate the door. I made a call to Pioneer Door and they were at my house fixing it that afternoon. The tech Mr. Garcia was polite, professional and competent. He worked into the evening hours to get our door operational again. He rebuilt the top of our door, modified the door opener brackets and replaced the failed spring. The door now works better than before the spring failure. This is a great company with an excellent team focused on customer service!

Installer was knowledgeable and very good at his job, he had a very good attitude toward me as a customer, he explained what I needed to know. Installed in a timely manner cleaned up after he was all done, and very curious. GREAT JOB !

Called to report the same problem happening with both of my garage doors. Two technicians arrived within time frame quoted. Both were cordial and professional the entire time to make repairs. They also solved a minor quirk of my remotes working sporadically. Both techs went way beyond the reason I initially called to make me happy. A very professional company, Indeed!

I called in for service because a vehicle hit my door, causing a sharp bend to the top section, damage to the bottom section, and also popping one cable off the pulley. I was convinced the whole door needed replacement, but Pioneer Door was able to add an angled reinforcement, replace a few parts, and get the door operational again. Im so thankful they were able to stop by on such short notice. Thats great customer service, so I recommend them.

Call in because garage door won’t stay down. Person on the phone was very helpful. Set up apt within two days. Guys came out today and fixed the problem. Very helpful and did a very good job. Cleaned up afterward. Answered all my questions. We would highly recommended them.

Called Todd in the morning and he was out the same afternoon. Had one door that wouldnt close the entire way and another opener which didnt work at all. He had both fixed quickly and they work perfect again. Price was very fair. Will definitely hire him again.

Went in to get some options on a new garage opener on my lunch break. Talked with the manager Pete, and wound up selecting one (the Lift master 8550W). The technician, Todd came to our house and installed it right away. Start to finish just over 1 hour. Fantastic customer service, and we are extremely satisfied with our new opener!
