Bought a new washer from them, in less than five weeks I got water on the floor during a washing. The representative came out, was very polite and patient with me. He checked the machine throughly. Told and showed me the problem was some drain pipe in the wall that was leaking. Because he was 100% correct. I was able to have a plumber quickly come, open the wall and fix the problem.I liked the prompt sale and delivery of the machine with the removal of my old machine. Then to have this excellent service response was superb.

They complety misdiagnosed an issue with a washer. The washer ended up having a sock stuck in the pump, and one of the techs swore it needed a new one. When the tech came out, he did not look at anything. All he did was turn some switches, and said it needed a new part. They did not do their due diligence, and I ended up repairing it myself. Would not recommend them at all.

We bought a used refrigerator from them. Delivery was prompt. Installation quick, clean, professional. Refrigerator works great. Third purchase from them.

Home Appliance has been amazing! The first place I called put me out 3 days to figure what was going on with my refrigerator...Home Appliance was there the same day my fridge wasnt working right. I needed a new fan and they overnighted it so I could be on-line the same week and installed the new parts before weeks end. I cant say enough about how I was treated as a customer!! I certainly will call Home Appliance!!! They were quick, accommodating and put up with me and my need for a working fridge...they were 10 out of 10!!

Great ServiceOur microwave oven stopped working and I called Home Appliance Repair. They were able to come out that same day. It couldnt be repaired, so we purchased a new one from them. They were able to install it the next day, they removed the old oven for recycling and installed the new oven for free and also discounted the first service call they made.We like to give our business to locally owned businesses and we appreciate the great service we received.

Our refrigerator was not cooling the food, I had a thermometer in the fridge reading 53 degrees. I called these guys to come look at my fridge. They cam out and the guy stuck his thermometer in my fridge and walked outside for 5 minutes, came back in and said his thermometer was reading 34 degrees and my thermo is broken. So he said nothing wrong with my fridge its working fine. I know it wasnt case all my food spoiled and my milk was sour. So I took it into my own hands and took my refrigerator apart and found a door that was covered in kool-aid from my kids spilling a cup in the fridge, so the door was stuck closed Due to the stickiness of the kool-aid. I cleaned it up and put everything back together. Stuck my *broken thermometer back in the fridge and imagine that my thermometer now reads 37 degrees. So the service call guy must have had a broken thermometer or else he just lied to me and said everythings OK. He did not check the fans or doors or anything, simply said my thermometer was broken when it was not. He had no care as if my fridge was working or not. They told me I would have to replace my screen for the fridge to get any colder than it was at 53 degrees. I fixed it by taking 10 minutes and taking the fridge apart myself. Wish I would have just done that in the first place instead of calling the so called *professionals!

Our fridge quit cooling and we had just bought groceries. We were in need of a repair, STAT! Not only was someone out within a couple hours of calling, but he also identified the problem in no time flat and had it fixed in a flash. Our fridge now works better than it ever did before! Very pleased. :-)

I had Home Appliance come in and work on our refrigerator and dryer. The service was awesome and quick. The tech saved us money by making only necessary repairs and making sure I knew what was things I should keep my eye on. I was so happy with my service and their professionalism!

Bunch of thieves that take advantage of the elderly. My aunt needed my help moving a dryer into her house. We rented a trailer, went down to pick it up and this thing was from the late 70s took it home it fired up. A few days later my aunt asked for my help again to take it back and get a new one. Of course I helped her. I then asked what she paid for it. 250$ she said, I told her you can get a much newer one for like fifty dollars. I told her to try and get her money back, of course they wouldnt cause of something on the bill of sale. By the time she rented another trailer she had spent well over 300$. The guy was a jerk didnt even apologize and dropped it hard on the ground getting it into the trailer. The newer dryer from the 80s had paint on it but it is still working. I hope they go out of business soon.

Great promt and superior service

Had Home Appliance come out to see what what was wrong with my washer. Since I had Sears come out to look at it and was told that they weren’t able to fix it. Home Appliance was able to come out and fix the issue which saved me lots of money. Great service and very knowledgeable service guys!Highly recommend them!!

Well the freezer is still leaking water and I remembered I had the extended warranty and I called them and I had to pay the last payment before they would come out and work on it through one of their servers which is Appliance Servicer Dept here in grand junction. I forgot I had the warranty when I called you and with everything that has been going on with my family concerning medical issues I forgot and I am not sure they are going to reimburse me or not, but they are sending someone out tomorrow morning.

We use Home Appliance whenever one of our appliances, or one of our rental unit appliances, need repaired or replaced. We always get a prompt response to schedule service. Their prices are fair. They are very good at assessing the problem, getting the correct parts, and making the repair in one shot, OR being honest and saying get a new one, this ones not worth repairing. I make one call when I have an appliance issue and its to these guys!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. I called this morning and they sent someone out by 2 to look at our washer. Ed tinkered with it for less then 15 minutes before finding the problem. He had it fixed right away and even tested the motor for me. I think the most memorable part was that he cleaned up the entire area before leaving. It looks like he was never even here. Thanks guys keep up the awesome work!

Home Appliance is our go-to place for repair and purchase of appliances. We trust them implicitly for good advice, repair, and the best products. We’ve bought a washer, dryer, freezer, and refrigerator from them. Really good people.

Our refrigerator was not draining properly. We had Appliance Repair come out to fix the issue. Now our refrigerator has no issues draining. But whatever they did made it so the refrigerator will not keep anything cold at all. I called and reported the issue and whoever answered said that they didn’t do anything wrong. I guess it is just a coincidence that the moment they came to repair our refrigerator it stopped working. I would not recommend using this company.

I ordered a brand new, front loader, washer/dryer set on a Friday and my set was installed Tuesday. I highly recommend these guys because of their swift effort and service. The installer/technician was very polite and quick to get the installation done. Ill use them for every appliance need!

I try to buy local whenever possible but these guys do not deserve your business. I bought an expensive dishwasher from them. Not working properly inside 18 months. They charged me for a repair call but didnt fix the appliance, then said they had a receipt showing it as way past warranty. I found my own copy to the receipt and discovered the washer is just over two years old. Hubby didnt know about the incident, brought them out later to repair both our frig and washing machine. They charged over $400 dollars and both machines were back down in less than two weeks. Having to replace both. You definitely dont want to do business with this company.

For 15 years we have bought all of our appliances from Home Appliance. They are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The few times we have broken something the guys have been out quickly to take care of the problem. I highly recommend using this local business.

DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!! The pump went out on my washer. The repair man came and replaced the pump, he was in a hurry and very rude (he was 2 hours late because he was trying to get a poor womans freezer working, an emergency, but not once could anyone from there call and let any of us know what was going on!iI had to call twice) When he started the washer after replacing the pump, the pump was making a very loud noise. I told him that it did not sound right. He replied it was fine. Well, 3 weeks later the washer will not drain! Go figure! I called and they had me speak to the same rude repairman. He would not listen. He just told me that the pump was jammed ( I would like to know HOW he knew that...maybe psychic??? The pump had NEVER been jammed in the 8 yrs we have owned the machine) Anyway, they would come out and not charge a service call to evaluate, but if the pump was jammed they would charge me labor. I asked again, could it be a bad pump (for the umpteenth time)...he was very rude and abrupt and stated that no way, it was jammed or the circuit board. He would NOT listen to me at all! He just keep repeating what he was saying, and at that point my husband said he would check it himself. The technician then said, fine, if your husband can tear it apart, let him. I said, so I guess you do not need to come, and hung up. This is THE RUDEST repairmen I have ever had the misfortune of encountering! DO NOT USE THEM! They do not listen to what you have to say, they just want to charge you for something and move on!!! NO idea of what CUSTOMER SERVICE is all about!

Edward, the repairman who came was friendly, knowledgeable and was able to fix our washing machine right away! We were so pleased with the service we received and we will definitely use and recommend Home Appliance Repair in the future!

We placed a service call to have an idler pull replaced on out Maytag Bravo dryer. The service was a $65 service call plus parts. The serviceman arrived, looked at the dryer then explained that he couldnt repair the problem because not only the idler problem but, as he said, the main bearing is going out too. So rather than repair the minor problem we called for he charged us the service call and explained they would grant us 10% off their appliances.We elected to suffer through the problem then called Baileys Appliance. Bailey arrived, completed the repair in 15 min and... said there is nothing wrong with the main bearing.My recommendation... avoid Home Appliance...

Rebuilt our dryer in a short time and the cost was reasonable. Weve bought appliances at their store for many years and they are great.

I made an appt, drove 3 hours to make sure I got home in time. The repair man was almost 2 hrs late getting to my home. I had an older stove which had worked perfect for years. There was a ignition part that was leaking and the service man it couldnt be fixed because it was too old and they quit making parts 5 years ago.In fact, you csn buy them on line and thri the Kenmorr sitr. He offered to sell me a new stove for $700.00Very poor customet service

I asked these guys to replace a fan in my refrigerator, which they did. Unfortunately, they destroyed my garbage disposal in the process by shoving a bunch of ice down it to clean it and extend its life. I called their office a few minutes after they left, and felt like I got blown off... The installer eventually came back by after several phone calls, looked at the disposal, turned a screw and said we were good to go. The disposal is still leaking, and Im removing and replacing it myself.... as they refuse any responsibility. DO NOT USE!

This was a joke! Tookf to hear anything after they were rude at my house. Charged me to tell say it couldnt be fixed. (They originally said it was free to look at it.) I picked up gand was thatt they will the cops if I dont pay. I later took the appliance to Double D and they fixed it for a third the price AND didnt make my kids cry. Dont trust these people!

Cant even talk to you for less than $80. Find someone else.
