I live in Moab, UT in this town doesn’t have any arts & crafts store so we have to traveling from Moab to get stuffs for my wedding which is in a week. Everything was fine until I got home I found out that the cashier didn’t hand me out all stuff I bought. I called them told them that we’re from Moab if they want a proof receipt can we just take a picture and send it to the manager or one of the employees. They said they can’t and can’t do any refund until they see the actual receipt, so WE HAVE TO DRIVE BACK 110 MILES TO SHOW THEM THE RECEIPT!!

We went in for the free class offered last every Saturday. Had a great time and got to keep our art. Stacey was an awesome teacher! When we were done we also found all necessary items for my daughters school project. Fun experience

I always liked Michaels. Staff is usually very helpful. This time not so much. Asked simple question...Do you hey have character buttons? ...short answer of NO! and then went back to the other employee to finish there conversation. OK. Yes my question was answered....I had another one but decided to go else where for that product.

I found the scissors I was looking for. There were nice people in there. My son found a journal that that he could put big boy thoughts in.

Got what was needed for a major convention to make our booth exceptional. thank you

Shrugging staff, confusing layout, dirty aisles, and high prices on dollar store quality goods. I literally found some of the same stuff at dollar general, Michaels was selling for $10.

I love Michaels but they have little as far as color by number and adult coloring books but they have various art supplies (pencils, pens, and markers made by Staedler, the best I have owned and continue to re use high quality the Triplus fine tip markers are very nice and quite expensive but, they also offer these markers in singles. For around $ 2.00 a piece and have most 0f the colors you would get if one were to buy the 76 color set .

Best place to grab a delicious, tender, savory steak...not to mentioned the extras added to it. But first of all, you have to start with appetizers, yummy and dont get full before your main meal arrives, they are hard to stop.Overall...great place!!!

Today, was the first time I have had a bad experience at this Michaels. I had a coupon for 15% off, even sale items. I even told Tina before she started to ring the items in. I showed her the coupon that was on my phone, she said that it wasnt working. I asked her why, she gave me an attitude, and said she didnt know. She asked her co-worker, that pretended to be the manager because his badge did not say manager on it. He told her to redo everything and put the 15% off on each item. She refused! The so-called manager said that she was tired and that she misunderstood what she needed to do. But, he didnt want to make excuses for her. Well, you just did and I still didnt get my 15% off my items today. Guess I will be doing business with Hobby Lobby instead!

It is an excellent store but one of the employees has terrible customer service skills. Avoid Clare if you would like happy shopping experience. She grizzly every single time I have had her check me out. The rest of the staff is fantastic!

Michaels is a little pricey, but they offer a veterans discount and will meet and bet other stores prices. The staff is always friendly. I give it a 3 because of price and selection isnt always the best.

The Framing Department went above and beyond in helping me with my picture. The picture looks fabulous. I appreciate their service.

They kicked us out for not wearing a mask so I called their corporate office and it is not their policy at all its just the democrats that work there. They straight up lied to us and kicked us out of the store! By the way. I have been diagnosed with copd and dont have to wear a mask per dr. Order anyway!

Very nice retail out-let w/plenty of decorative items for the holidays and a great frame shop as well.

Employees on the floor were not as helpful as you might think to find things. I had never been into the store and did not know where anything was. One would just wave in a general direction for me to find something. Needless to say, I did not find it and left without the other items on my list.

Its a nice, large store. Helpful staff. Large selection. They always have sales going on. Decent parking lot. Easy to find off the highway. Their custom framing is well done. Pricey but worth it. Plus they will hold your pictures for you for ages if you cant pick them up right away. I live out of town and they held mine for almost 2 years.

I lobe going to Michaels. They are the only one in town with an affordable selection of open stock Prismacolor colored pencils. They have a good selection of beads for jewelry and their scrap booking section is several isles big. They have all sorts of art projects and supplies for children. They always have good deals on holiday decor, too. And then add on top, the daily coupons they offer, its your one-stop shop for all of you are supply and home decor needs

Awesome, friendly, and not a bunch of hype from the communist handbook like Joanne Fabrics around the corner.

The store is fully loaded with everything from A to Z for your crafting needs. They are very helpful in helping you find whatever it is you cant. I go there every week or two.

We have loved the Friday slime days that have been going on through the summer. The ladies doing the class have been so sweet! We love coming here to find fun at home craft projects for summer break or off days from school. We can always find a good deal on something!

Whole Michaels does have a great selection and friendly staff, it is plagued by the same issue as its competitor, hoby lobby, in that everything is on sale, always, and so you never really know how much anything is until youre checking out. Id much rather prefer honest pricing and simpler math while getting things together. Put the sale gimmicks aside.

Store is clean and well staffed but prices seem overinflated considering the number of competitors in the area. Several visits in this location have resulted in me not buying anything. I can look online, find an item it says It has in stock, get to the store, and NONE of the sale prices are marked. Things are listed at full price and you have to go through the checkout to find out what it rings up. I could understand if it was late Saturday evening and the old sale tags were taken down in preparation for Sundays sale but it was Friday morning and items listed for sale at $13 were priced regularly at $22. Needless to say, I did not purchase them. Checkout seems to be an issue when one particular lady is there. Today (7/15/19) I went to checkout to find her on her cellphone and seemingly irritated that I needed her attention. In her defense I did not see the online pick up signs directing me to the framing department for pickup but who has you pick up at the framing department?? When I asked her she said at custom framing so I playfully acted exasperated at the thought that I’d walked the entire store and would have to go to the back and her response was a very curt “well that’s what the sign says.” Okay, fair enough but let’s not be tacky. The framing employee did make up for it when she volunteered to carry the heavy item out to my car for me.

I love this place, would give it a higher rating if the sales prices were reflected when at the register. The staff is nice enough about it, however it is frustrating that every time I purchase something on sale I have to wait while the employees go check the sales sign. Its just frustrating and I feel bad for the cashier, its really not a good experience.

I liked the very friendly staff at this location. Im not a big crafty person but I went into this store with a few things on my mind. I found all that I needed and appreciated the friendly atmosphere.

I shop here on occasion, for variety of different art tools and mediums when Im just curious or when HL doesnt have it and I cant wait for Amazon to deliver.The staff is superb and always helpful. The store can seem cluttered in certain isles, but nothing that cant be cleared by store staff, so customers can get by w/out worrying about knocking something over.

I have to admit Im very disappointed every time Ive walked in the store if it were not for the good help I wouldnt return they have some good people that work there but the products are too highly priced and not enough of them their display is terrible you have to crawl on the floor in order to look at Material or products this is very encumbering to the person buying the product I would recommend Hobby Lobby we need a new art supply store like artist Haven used to be for the artist they had better products ones that lasted longer it was like having Dick Blick right here on the sidewalk readily available Michaels is out of the way difficult to deal with hoping for something better thats why they only got so many stars

Got a coupon for online in store pick up. The coupon did not say for how many items. But apparently it was for the whole private, and not one item.Super friendly staff and very helpful.

Nice people, good service, and a clean, organized store, but a relatively poor selection of paint and painting supplies and accessories compared to real art supply stores in bigger cities.

My wife is crafty woman and goes here for all her needs never had a bad word about them. Plus we go to pick up kids crafts for our daughter.

Awesome deals and plenty to buy here for home decor. They have a fantastic selection of Halloween home decor right now. I had to keep myself from spending all my money haha
