That’s what shoe carnival is KNOWN for. Well, today, I went shopping there to get our school shoes and I come to find out that they are no longer doing that deal. I asked why, the employee told me that the NEW CEO decided that he didn’t want the store to have that option anymore. Well, I guess I will just purchase my shoes else wear since the shoes are no longer a good deal anymore. Might as well buy full price and better quality else where.

We came here for a pair of men and womens Vans and left without any. They didnt have what we wanted (but the website does). The store was clean and shelves were organized. The lady working greeted us as we walked into the store and offered assistance.

I brought my 2 girls in for some shoes, and was a bit lost with all the random shoe sizes. I asked for help from the staff and at least 3 people took time out to help us. We had some specific requests and each one was met with solutions. We even had a pair shipped to us, and we are very happy with the selections offered and service we received.

Limited selection. They do have good sales but the shoe sizes on the sale rack are weird. Their other shoes are very expensive.

I would love to talk to someone who is above the grand junction store, my husband and I went in tonight to buy shoes but upon arrival, we both needed to use the bathroom, we had traveled 15 minutes. Upon me exiting the bathroom I heard a employee on her walkee talkee describing me and my husbamd to a T, the female is in a floral shirt and the guy is in a striped shirt, with shorts on. We decided to just leave, as all we had done to the point was use the restroom. Well as soon as we got to our vehicle, we looked bavk and there were 2 employees watching/ staring out the front door. If I would have stole anything the alarm would have gone off, and I would have gone to the bathroom. The employees at this store are very discriminatory, we did not steal a damm thing and got treated like a criminal. I will be contacting corporate and above. This is not right.

I bought a pair of Filas for my son a few weeks ago and within 3 days the soles were falling apart. Shoes laces broke... Cheap a** shoes i will never buy another pair from here again.
