My mom still uses a flip phone which broke. Went into AT&T and was helped right away by Holly. Excellent customer service. Friendly and very helpful.

Horrible customer service. I walk in and the woman already tells me she cant help me and tries giving me solutions without even letting me tell her the situation. The customer does not care that another location is not employees. The customer only knows that AT&T is a company.IT IS NOT THE CUSTOMERS CONCERN THAT YOU ONLY WORK OFF OF COMMISSION AND BECAUSE I DID NOT BUY THE PHONE THERE, YOU WONT DO ANYTHING TO HELP. You should retrain your staff to be more helpful instead of presenting more problems. That is the way you boost branding and repeat service.Oh and telling me I just barely made it when the store closes in 30 min from when I walked in, not very welcoming!

They have good, courteous sales clerks. And the store is always clean & helpful staff.

Clyde took care of me! He helped me set up my new phone and was so patient with me. I have not had a new phone for 9 years and some how transferred all my content, I cannot express how thankful I am for his services. Amazing

Do not waste your time going to this location! The meanager Danene Carter is a terrible manager, she does not abide by At&t rules and tries to show her superiority (power has gone to her head)! I would highly recommend going to the Mesa mall location (they rock and are very knowledgeable) or the 12th street location (also very knowledgeable and friendly). But if your spoiling for a fight or would like to raise your blood pressure by all means procede, I highly encourage you to avoid at all cost.

Oh what a blessing Clyde was, my phone wouldnt work and I thought all hope was lost but What he did was magic.

Do NOT go with AT&T. I bought a Samsung A20 because I misplaced my Apple phone. I made one call and when I returned the phone less than 24 hours later they docked me $50. Then because I paid cash for the phone they said they didn’t have enough cash to refund me. Lastly they said to come back later today in case they had enough cash. Ridiculous!!!

For the first time in a long time, I actually had a good experience at a phone store, so thank you, Caleb. He was super helpful, straight to the point & got me in & out as fast as possible.Its not like this every time I go in but Caleb seemed to know what he was talking about and works with you well.

Caleb is an outstanding representation of what professionalism is. He is consistently friendly and knowledgeable about service’s offered. Shopping for a new phone/plan can be a frustrating experience. He made it more than bearable.

Wish they had a zero star to tap on.They told me that I would have unlimited screen protector when I bought the original one as I buy a new phone. Just went in today and they said that they have to charge me 8.99 plus tax for the replacement. I can get 3 of the from Amazon for 6.39 and not drive any where to get lied to.

Zach R. was very helpful in finding us the services and equipment we needed. Zach was able to save us around $100 on our monthly phone bill, and we were able to upgrade our phones in the process!

Went in to at&t for a upgrade and was happily greeted by Caleb. And boy did he take care of us. Got us the newest iPhone 12’s and switched our plan around to where we are now saving money with all of that. Needless to say we couldn’t be happier with Caleb and at&t. Caleb from AT and T in grand junction the store right next to once upon a child was the absolute best customer service person I have ever had. Fastest transferring of service ever. Told me about all the promotions helped me with everything. Finally leaving verizon. Honestly this was an awesome experience. Store is kid friendly and all staff was professional and friendly. Wow is all I can say the blond lady was so rude I was standing outside the door and wating for my appt which I did schudle last week pushes right beside me and bumps me out of the way. I said you could have asked me to move put of your way and she continued to walk outside and ignore me and talk to another customer .

The best spot to go to for all things AT&T. Its the only corporate store for two hours in any direction. All the other AT&T stores have caused me problems in the past and this one is well worth your time and money! Cayson helped me get set up on my new phone with all the great discounts to offer. I called twice. Both times I was immediately placed on hold. I held for over 10 minuets each time. Had to hang up because I had other things to do. I went to the store. I was not acknowledged for 15 minuets until a sales associate came over and said “I need to borrow this chair” and walked away with a chair. It was not busy. Only 4 other customers in the store. Unacceptable service.

AT&Ts product is mediocre at best. You would think that a US company would best itself, say with South Korea or Japan? They are too busy lobbying Washington and trying their resources to sell us ads than offering customer service. Too many prompts to get to a human for tech support.Does anyone read these?

Good place. The staff is knowledgeable and well trained. Ive only had to wait for an extended period once in the last couple of years. All of my other visits were very quick.

DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEIR SALES REPS TELL YOU! I used to work collections for AT&T so I’m aware of all the fees and everything I’d have. But when I confirm my first billing date with your sales rep, and then the date is off BY TWO WEEKS, and the managers only response is “Well we don’t know how the billing works” that’s bad business. That means the reps at this store are under trained. Plus don’t forget the manager isn’t willing to help resolve your issue. My advice, use a different store where maybe they will be more helpful.

This store is the greatest! Highly recommend coming here and not the other AT&T store! Just sayin.

I love at&t services. I have been with them for over a decade and have multiple devices through them.Last September I switched plans based off the recommendation of the employee there who assured me that it was a better plan than my old unlimited plan. I am now finding out (nearly a year later) that the features, speeds, and throttling limit were not what we had talked about at all. Att customer support did help me fix the situation but its now costing me more money every month.The only issues Ive ever had with here in the valley have been with the employees at the store. Ive had great customer service here. But anytime my plan is involved I have been very unhappy with the changes.I will be going to Verizon.

I initially had an issue where my phone wouldnt connect to LTE after activation. Luckily Sam through some thorough checks was able to identify a piece of information missing from their system needed for my device to be authenticated on the network.**Edit** - It turns out LTE was enabled for data only. In any area that only had LTE service I couldnt send or receive text messages, or make or receive phone calls. The store wont be able to help you with prepaid issues, the only over the phone representatives you can reach are in India and dont have the tools to fix complicated issues.Once you buy a prepaid plan from these people, that money is gone, even if they cannot get your service working. I would be happy to migrate to a postpaid account if there was some indication things would be better over there, but Im not going to get in any deeper with these folks... Just going to move on.Buyer Beware

I visited the corporate store on today, FURIOUS, about the screw up regarding the billing on my newer account with ATT 1st Net account and older ATT account. In fact, I was 90% sure that I would be divorcing ATT, as I lacked confidence that I could be aided in anyway. Now, also have in mind that I have been with ATT For over 20 years, so this was a serious and dreadful leap that I was about to make. When I walked into the store, I was pleasantly greeted by Clyde. He listened to my story intently, and discreetly involved the assistant manager, Alec. I received so much support and attention, that the next thing that I know, when I walked out of the store, not only did I keep my Two older accounts, but I added on a new line, I purchased a new phone, and will likely return to obtain the new ATT TV streaming service for at least one, maybe both of my homes. Clyde had me buying everything that he recommended. How’s that for customer retention!! What a great person ((Clyde) and great team. Thank-you so much for turning my frown upside down! This was the end of a good day!
