The employees were all very nice. My optician helped me pick out the perfect pairs of glasses. They were done in less than an hour. I would recommend anyone to go here.

I went in and ask Sara to adjust my glasses. This pair of glasses I have had difficultly getting them adjusted correctly. I had another pair of identical frames that fit perfectly. I asked Sara if she could please try to match the adjustment. First she noticed the nose pads were different and changed them out. Then with her magic and experience, she absolutely nailed it. Thank you so much Sara.

Extremely friendly staff, customer service is definitely a priority. These guys make you feel welcome the moment you walk through the door. We were in and out of there in minutes.They also didn’t require us to have masks even though they were wearing them which is a huge plus because my wife has COPD and has a hard time breathing with a mask.I highly recommend this business.

Rude staff!! People need to chill out about masks. I will respect you and keep my distance while I ask a simple question. You need to chill out and respect that I cant/wont wear a mask. Not everyone can wear a mask and most places dont even require them anymore. Breath some oxygen it good for you! People are so happy and friendly in the stores that arent requiring them!

My absolute favorite part though was I was unsure of how a couple pairs looked on me and the staff were not afraid to be honest with me about how they looked. Seriously....No more ordering glasses and waiting a week to get them! Eye Mart has hundreds of Frames to choose from with a wide variety of affordable frames as well as more expensive brand name frames such as Calvin Klein, Micheal Kors etc...The best place to go when you need eye glasses in a pinch. You pick your frame and lenses and they will have them ready for you in no longer than 1 hr. There is also a 1 year warranty on Frames. Bring in your broken frames and they will replace them for absolutely free!

Went in here tried to get some glasses the sign on the door says the optometrist is there at 9:00 a.m. the lady behind the counter decided to tell me that the optometrist is separate from eyemart and he doesnt show up sometimes until one or two in the afternoon but they would walk me to go get an eye exam someplace else and take my prescription and fill it at their location why the hell would you want to get an eye exam someplace elsethese people are effing stupid f*** eyemart

The minute we walked in to EYEMART EXPRESS we felt welcome. The selection of frames is wonderful they do have a frame for everyone. We had our glasses 3 pair in 30 minutes. Went there about a year ago and the two girls working in there were so rude and made you feel uncomfortable to be in there. Thought Id give them another shot and went in there again today and nothing has changed . Staff is rude . Definitely wont be going back.

Following a negative experience with another nearby optical business, I went to Eyemart Express. Got a very good in-person eye exam (not a remote, video exam) and had one pair of glasses within two hours. I will continue to do business with Eyemart Express!

Great customer service...I live in a small town north of grand junction and not alot of choices for reasonable priced glasses. So i brought my glasses from them (progressive lens) they werent quite right. I called Jessica and in a couple of weeks when I came back to grand junction she made them right. Truly appreciated.

No matter what happens its never easy to deal with a loss but this store supports a doctor who wont get a new receptionist. Never answers the phone and I call eyemart to get his attention just to be told, cant do it. Why would a glasses store with a doctor not support each other.

Super friendly staff and great service. This was my first visit to Eyemart and I was truly impressed. They have a great selection, excellent prices and incredibly fast turn around. I wear bifocals and Eyemart surpassed the other shops in town . Eyemart gives you a larger reading area in the lens, making the glasses so much easier to wear . I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Great selection and great ervice yesterday and they had my bifocal progressive glasses ready in 26 minutes! I was doing an emergency pair since I lost my glasses. Very adept service techs and lab techs onnsite so you get your glasses the same day (mine have always been within 90 minutes). Dr. Bennett is adjacentnif you meed a new eye exam. So efficient.

Could use more colors and styles.I was able to select two but, one pair was out of the mens area. Lucky for me they had one small enough to fit my face.

I had a very positive experience here. I now have a new prescription that allows me to see very well and the cost of the glasses was very reasonable. I would only wish they could provide high index lenses more quickly, but their in-house lenses are quite nice actually. They are just a bit heavy in my lens strength. It only took 27 minutes for them to prepare my lenses and frames. Pretty impressive.

Went in to get new readers. Husband needed regular glasses and prescription sunglasses.What a fun experience! Had a 15 min.wait with appointment. Not bad. Went in for exam with doctor Barnett. Wonderful funny, had 2 awesome doggies there,which immediately deleted any anxiety about eye exams for me!Got exactly what we wanted. Left the store, came back in a hour, everything was ready for us!! They fit them to you and answer all questions and voila, your done! GREAT STAFF AND DOCTOR! THANK YOU!😁💖

So incredibly disgusted! If not for Dr. Bennett and Angel, I would have made a scene! All was a wonderful experience until we came to pick up my husband glasses. The woman who helped us said the most rude and offensive thing. She said to my husband can I just say something? You can take it or leave it! Then she proceeded to make a cutting motion, with her fingers, in front of her eyebrows suggesting that he needs to cut his eyebrows. He was so embarrassed and I was completely mortified! I dont care if they were long enough to braid, you just dont say things like that in customer service.

Broke both pairs of my glasses, Dr. Worked me in and I got a new pair that day and another on its way in 10 days with all the bells and whistles ( tint and scratch resistant) awesome!

Kayla, the young technician who helped me was really great! She was professional, thorough and kind. She gave me an estimated wait time to pick-up my glasses and I returned about a half hour after that time. An older woman tried to brush me off and tell me they weren’t ready yet. I asked her to please make sure. She said she was sure. I had already left the building when Kayla, having overheard my conversation with the other woman, called me back and told me that they WERE ready! I appreciate her and how she covered for her co-worker’s apathy and unwillingness to do her job. Kayla deserves a raise!

I went into the store for new cases for my glasses, and while there chose frames for new ones. I didnt have the money to pay, but the wonderful people at the store held them for me.I had the most enjoyable eye test. I cant remember the opticians name, but he did a great job and was very entertaining to talk with.After paying for everything it was approximately 25 minutes in total for both frames to be fitted with lenses.Everyone who I dealt with was exceptional. I didnt feel like I was in a chain, or even a franchise. It felt like an independent store.Ive been to other chain and independent opticians here in Grand Junction, and none of them come close to Eyemart Express. Thank you.I will be recommending you to everyone I know.

Ive never had experience with Eye Mart, and the get your glasses the same day thing concerned me. Like, how good could they really be? I LOVE them! Best glasses Ive ever had! I got in at 4:00 oclock ( same day I called) and two hours later left with 2 new pairs of glasses. Great glasses, very affordable, friendly doctor and staff - I totally recommend Eye Mart!

The rating is mainly for Dr Bennett. He was amazing with my daughter and her eye exam. Kept her very calm. She has a social anxiety disorder. She was nervous being out most of the day doing errands. Iris, the therapy dog Dr Bennett has with him,picked up on my daughter and stayed with her the entire appointment. That truly made Emilys day and eye exam so much better. On the other hand the staff in the store wasnt the best. Yes they greeted us and then after the eye exam when it was time to get the glasses. No help not coming over to help pick any frames didnt say if anybspevials. The 3 of them, the 2 girls front and then the guy from back, talking to amongst themselves then another customer came in and all attention was on him. He honestly was annoying.Only reason I go here is Dr Bennett, Iris and Specs(service animals) and I can get the glasses quickly. Staff changes out front so often its crazy.

I scratched my glasses and needed a new pair right away. I couldn’t wait a week or two for the other eyeglass places to send them out and get them done. Eyemart Express got them done within an hour with great service and I love my new frames. Angel helped me and she was a jam. She was patient while I picked out frames and made lots of great suggestions. The eye doctor there Dr. Bennett is also really good. Highly recommend it.

My experience was great never had quicker service on eye glass’s however the optometrist that has his office there was reluctant to work with me I actuallyHad to go else where for an exam. Maybe he was overwhelmed with patients and appt.

Fast service. Frames are okay. Not a super bargain. Dr. James Bennett is good and has up-to-date equipment for eye exams. I would recommend him. The Eyemart Express is probably average - cheap frames at an okay price. The service is fast but not always accurate. I ordered and paid for progressives with a photochromic lens (changes in the sun) - They forgot to do the photo coating so I had to go back. No problem with the redo but make sure you get what you have paid for.

The Optometrist was so friendly!!! My granddaughter recieved her glasses in one hour, the young girl at the front counter was not very personable and never smiled. Overall, it was a great experience and prices!

I when into this place today and could not get the time of day. No one wanted to help me once they figured out I did not have an exam. Its hard to feel like I am a valued customer if I cant even get to the point where I can give them money.

Seriously! DO NOT EVER go to this store!! The staff took my service dog off from my truck. It has a shade. Had to make a quick call to resolve on bank issues. They did not mind their own business and also friends here said the store got the most rude and unprofessional staff so dont get glasses from this store at all. They mock disabled people here! It is a terrible, terrible, terrible place!

I have been getting glasses with this company for a few years and had no problems until now. I got glasses August 22 2016 for 80 dollars . Went to get glasses January 7 2017 and the price went from 80 dollars to 130 dollars. When I asked why the response was because minimum wage went up. I understand it going up but almost double. Thats B.S. For all you that wanted a wage increase, well expect more of the same.

I went to Eyemart Express from a referral from both my parents, there was some misunderstanding with my lenses but the manager stepped up corrected the issue and even went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Also the year of replacement lenses is a wonderful asset as Im very careless with mine LOL. I would highly recommend stopping in.

This was the absolute worst customer service I have ever ever experienced. The store manager Roland is the worst store manager I have ever dealt with. No one ever knows what is going on when we call and always blames someone else! It has taken 4 months to get a pair of glasses and they were the wrong ones and the second pair still never got ordered after 4 months!!! The cheaper prices are not worth the HORRIBLE service. DONT GO HERE!

Absolute worst company ever. They condone racism and have allowed the very horrible doctor that works there (Dr. Bennett) get away with racial slurs and harassment. This company lacks any integrity and hides behind a very fake persona. The company does nothing when allegations are brought forward pertaining to possible misconduct done by the doctor. They claim there are NO doctors to replace him in the area and its better to have somebody there versus no doctor at all. Its obvious good customer service is not their priority.
