Bill and Tami Osburn at BTO Cabinet and Design did a great job. Bill listened to our ideas for design and made sure we were happy with the plans before starting. The order came in as expected and the installers were very accommodating and professional. Their eye for detail made a huge difference in how the overall design came together. My husband and I are very happy with our kitchen! We will definitely use them for phase two of our remodel as we move forward. We highly recommend them for your cabinet needs and desire for design! While not a customer of BTO Cabinet & Design, I have been in the office several times as a service vendor. I am amazed at the attention to detail and customer-driven focus I see and hear on a daily basis in the office.They may not be the cheapest cabinet place in town, but they cannot be beaten in value in their professional level of project management, customer service and outstanding craftsmanship. I have literally seen customers drive in from out-of-town to get their next cabinet project handled by BTO. Talk about customer loyalty.

I seldom write reviews, but when I do, its for services I can recommend to grandma (or for those she needs to avoid). First, the expertise of this team knocks it out of the park with design and maximizing space. Second, 72 hours--that is the unbelievable turnaround time from the moment I called to when the custom order was placed. During that time, Bill created detailed in-home measurements, 3 fully developed 3D kitchen designs (measured to 1/16th of an inch), and revised with every single detail, down to the precise height of the ceiling to correspond perfectly with the floor to ceiling cabinets. Their details and response time blew me away. Third, the cabinetry is stunning, high quality wood, and the price was more than fair (especially given how busy they were--they couldve jacked up their prices easily). In an industry known to take advantage of peoples inexperience, if you need cabinets, BTO is the go-to in Grand Junction.

We updated our kitchen several years ago. Bill designed a beautiful room with better function and large framed mirrors to match the cabinets we had in the bathrooms. I had a color and door style that was difficult to match and he custom built exactly what I asked for. The finish and quality are as beautiful today as the day they were installed.
