Their prices are from high to extremely high. The hearing test was simplistic and not what I would consider professional. There are better options here in Grand Junction and soon, with the laws changing, there will be better prices to be found everywhere.

Dr. Marolf has started me off with a wonderful set of hearing aides after a comprehensive work-up and excellent teaching for me, a novice. I had been putting this off despite family nagging. Went in for my hearing test and meet a very down to earth Doctor. Dr Beebe is a pleasant person that is very knowledgeable. She informed me on baha hearing implants. I was given an opportunity to have my hearing tested because of an accident. In the process I was skeptical that I even had a problem. Unknowingly and very unwillingly I participated from my doctors request. The minute you walk in you meet this outstanding person named Jeff who creates an atmosphere of welcome invite fun loving hospitality and an overall sense of well being. Then I met the doctor she was quick to size me up being a military veteran and to make me feel comfortable she explained everything to somebody who was having a hearing problem but didn’t know it in such a way that was capable for me to feel confident and not handicapped in anyway. She put my mind at ease and let me know that this test was going to be easy and simple and all I had to do was push a simple button . As we proceeded through this several tests it became apparent to me that there were some things that weren’t working like they were supposed to the doctor was ever confident and continue to keep me in these as we push through the difficult tests. After the test were over she was kind enough to be willing to treat me like family and to create and foster an area of healing . This would’ve been really good for anybody no matter what age young old teenage child I think this doctor was capable of handling every situation and I am very thankful for the opportunity to have met her. I hope when you read this and understand from hard military perspective who is fired lots of weapons through lotta grenades and able to get a host of people through difficult situations my perspective is one of many if you’re having trouble she’ll help with it and suggest the best thing for you. Dr Bebee explained how my mild hearing loss is starting to affect my understanding of conversation in crowded situations. She and her staff are patient, courteous, and professional. Using modern technology, setting the news of digital aids is a snap for the audiologists there. I like that she is well regarded enough to serve the unique needs of concussion patients as well.

I heard she was the best in town and the reviews here are good. Unfortunately I did not get to find out on my own, If you have medicaid (even prime) or medicare they do not except it, it still says on the door they do, but once you get inside it is another story. They are also listed on medicaid referral list as excepting, but, again, they dont.

I am so happy that I chose this office and became a patient of Dr. Ellen Marolf. I had debated for quite a while (years!) before deciding (at my childrens request!) to do something about this issue. Dr. Marolf was immediately aware of the problems I was facing (narrow ear canals that made it difficult to place the hearing aids correctly), but she spent more than one session getting the perfect fit for me!--I am now in hearing heaven! Besides being professionally skilled, she is friendly and very understanding.Thanks also to Heidi, the office manager, who always has a smile on her face(she even has a smile in her voice when she calls to confirm appointments!). It has been such a pleasant experience for me, Im only sorry I didnt find this office sooner!
