Competitive prices, quality products, owned and operated by Western Slope locals. If my business was located in Grand Junction, I would order from them. Recommended.

My job is to recommend products to our logistics and management team at Deep Clean US. I did research during the start of the pandemic and made the recommendation to my manager Arisa and Perry, and together we were convinced that Sanitary Supply Corp could be trusted to deliver the products they advertised on their website. Through countless delays, misinformation, and a pattern of deceit when confronted with tough questions, our team were given continous problems from their entire staff. Due to our poor judgement, the products arrived when all of our existing clients had no choice but to find other contractors for disinfection. As a result of their unethical business practices, we were not able to make the best of the situation because they were simply dishonest, and only wanted to make money instead of doing the right thing and refunding us the money so we could look elsewhere. Please be very careful of this company.

Sanitary Supply Corp. is a company that does not respect their customers. It is extremely disappointing to have to detail the circumstances that led to this review, but we have an obligation to warn others that may be considering transacting business with them. Their owner, Mike Driver, and their salespeople, Trisha Martin and Steven Johnson, have all shown themselves to be individuals incapable of telling the truth. They think they’re masters of deflecting blame and will try to exempt themselves from responsibility, but when dealing with them it’s hard to miss the signs that they’re trying to deceive you.Always one to give the benefit of the doubt, we initially tolerated excuse after excuse as to why information given just days prior ended up being false—without fail. They’ll tell you what you want to hear in order to keep your money so you don’t go elsewhere. They’ll tell you it’s “out of their hands,” but even if this was true (it never is,) an honest company should offer the proper respect and courtesy of an update or a callback, whether that customer purchased a $5 keychain, or over ten thousand dollars of products. Alas, Mike Driver and his entire team at Sanitary Supply Corp. have learned that it’s perfectly OK to deceive customers once you have their money, and to dismiss their concerns with silence or lies. When we placed the order on March 19, 2020, their website did not indicate any backorder. We were told by Trisha Martin the next morning that there was a backorder, and that we would receive it no later than at the end of April. We were extremely anxious to fulfill pending contracts with our partners who were serious about disinfecting their environments. So we made periodic calls to Trisha to ensure a timely end-of-April delivery, and each time we were assured that the “manufacturers in China” have never been late. Fast-Forward to the end of April, where Trisha has gotten into the habit of not returning our calls left on her voicemail. When we finally got a hold of her, she admitted that we would not be receiving them until “mid-May.” This would be a recurring theme whereby they would monitor this shipment “from China,” and then move the date ever so slightly to keep us in the queue. The red flag was when Trisha indicated that due to the delay, they were now working on placing the shipment on an AIRPLANE instead of a boat. We thought “great!” … until she explained that this would actually make things more delayed. None of this made any sense. In mid-May, we were now told by Steven Johnson (maybe Trisha got tired of lying?) that the shipment should arrive the last week of May, and we should see delivery by the first week of June. The kicker? The shipment is now back on a boat because the airplane was “borrowed by the Chinese government.”We received a tiny shipment of tablets in early June worth about $135, but not the rest of the over $13,000 order on that shipment. This was the shipment that should have contained our entire order, but did not. The most frustrating incident happened right after when our CEO personally called to get a truthful response. Having experience with the maritime system, he asked Steven for the new boat ID number so that he could track it. Steven was unable to provide any further details. Insultingly, he then informed us that there’d be a shipment on the 17th, but that our order would not be on that shipment reserved for others. He left open the possibility that we may get some of our order and would update us on the 17th. Unsurprisingly, we heard absolutely nothing from any of the individuals mentioned above after the 17th.Today is June 25, 2020. If there are any former or current customers or clients interested in joining our class-action lawsuit, seeking monetary relief for damages incurred from lost business opportunity (provable or otherwise) or fraudulent actions by Sanitary Supply Corp., please do reach out to us at [email protected].

Ordered a product from the website, they fullfilled the item by subsituting the item with a totally different product (which costs 1/3 the price). After calling customer service about the issue they refused to budge and would not allow for a return or partial refund. Will keep this bait and switch in mind when looking for suppliers in the future.

Your company was the only one my wife used when she was in business. Louie would stop what he was doing to help her, whether it was to give advise or bring her supplies when she was in the middle of a job or picked up and unexpected job.You and your team rock. Most men sigh when the wife goes clothes shopping. I would tell her see you in a week when she said she was going to Sanitary Supply. Thanks
