This is a old bellow average storage unit. The doors for a 10x20 unit is rather small compared to a garage roll up door that you find at many storage units... the floors are raised and covered with plywood that shows the abuse it has received for years. The rates are fairly good and you have 24 hour access to your unit though a coded gate. Not disappointed but not impressed with them either.

We rented some storage units at Guardian Storage in Grand Junction, Colorado. Chuck was so very helpful, he has a can do attitude and bent over backwards to help us even on his day off. The things we stored at Guardian were safe, secure and just as we left them. We had an outdoor unit and a controlled atmosphere unit. We are so very grateful to Chuck for working with us and making us feel welcome. On a scale of 1-10 we give Guardian a 20! Awesome place. We recommend it highly!

I have rented a storage here for the month. I love the 24 hour access which comes in handy when I come back to Grand Junction from working out of townEasy to use and the security seems pretty good as well

One of the most fair priced places I called on, they are always busy, and the units are only open from 9-5, they say they will be changing that soon.

We needed storage for our daughter’s college items and found that Guardian was not only the best deal but they were super helpful and patient with our circumstances. The facility is clean and easy to access. They were informative and responsive and the unit was clean and easy to access. I highly recommend!

One of the best places that Ive had for a storage. When I moved to junction Nancy was so helpful and now use my business through there in climate control unit and been nothing but amazing. Appreciate all that they do. Great place to have a storage will highly recommended to my peers.

The price may seem good but dont be fooled. Read the lease before you sign. There is no prorating. You must be completely out of your unit by the 30 the of the month. If for any reason you are not, one must pay for the next month. There are other storage places that wont rip you off

There is nothing to dislike about this place. The prices for the storage units are more than fair. The facility is clean and well-lighted. The area is made secure by on-site surveillance and passcode-controlled access. These are all the standard things one would expect from their storage facility. But my continued satisfaction and loyalty to this business is insured by the fact that the owners and other staff here are just so pleasant. They are understanding of my individual needs as a customer. They are flexible and accommodating with getting their needs met as the proprietors. And most of all: They are some genuinely nice people.Keep your belongings safe at Guardian Storage. Its the best choice in town.

Guardian is excellent. They have security cameras, a passworded gate at the location I use, and clean, well maintained units. I have been there a year. The Manager is quite helpful and knowledgeable. The Website works ok once it is set up and features an auto pay option. The Manager is easy to contact and can help with the setup. They are a good value for the money and have numerous storage locations in town to shorten the drive.

Guardian Storage had been great overkill the last nine years that I used them. The units are clean and very safe and secure, with security entry, and security cameras every where. They treat you respect and do whatever they can to assist you with your needs. I highly recommend them.

Not happy with this place at all... we had our stuff here for 2 months and it was completely covered in mouse fecal matter and they made nests in our couches and recliners. The floors are ply wood and the gaps between the floor and the corrugated walls arent sealed... needles to say we lost some furniture over two months of storage

Its not even close to secure, there are no cameras, the gates are open to a highway (literally) from 6am to dark. The units are sheet metal and 10mm screws, could be popped off between units in seconds. We closed our unit mid-month, they did not refund the balance of the month. Tried to close our unit at 9am on a Saturday but Manager was over an hour late and so had to be called back. They have so many units, and make so much money, that they do not care about repeat business. Never again.

We needed a storage unit in Grand Junction. They offer both regular storage and climate controlled. At this time we needed climate controlled storage. Researched a couple other others in the area and decided to go with Guardian Storage. Totally pleasantly surprised on the upside. Very nice and clean. The onsite manager was especially nice and service oriented through the entire process. Started looking on line, talked on the phone and everything was as expected by the time we showed up. No negative surprises. Very nice and clean place with friendly staff. Conveniently located off of I-70 Business. Not too far from Walmart if you need to get stuff.

Ive had my stuff at this place for 2 years the staff is awesome and they will work with u if you are ever late also the staff NACNY she is awesome helps me out very friendly easy to relate to and Im glad she works there makes it a better place .just giving my honest opinion

Worst place in the world to ever get a storage unit I dont recommend the storage unit at all when I moved in I had a bunch of questions one of my questions was I run a business and Im going to use this stored for business storage which means Im basically going to be storing parts for the vehicles that I used to deliver for my business as well as the parts that I use to install for my business. Theyre all they seemed like they were just fine with that. and I also wanted to store a couple other household items I didnt have room for my little apartment that I just moved into, then the lady stock me out everyday a little that I came to the storage unit to pick up parts and prepare for my workday. After about a month she said I only can stay there for 15 minutes a day, after about a month and a half she comes and pops up on me while I was at the storage unit started rummage doing my stuff taking pictures of things and accusing me of living in my storage unit and told me I had three days to move out. So I obliged even though Im super busy and had to work 15-hour days instead of 10 hour days just to accommodate the move and lost a bunch of parts that were broken in the process and my business and wear and tear on my vehicles to make the move it was all of a sudden projected onto me for an incorrect assumption of living there. So if you run a business or hell if you just want to store things in in a year that it so you can have some lady with a pig nose bad nose job tell you what to do and how to run your business or your life and then accuse you of things like living in your unit, then I recommend this place however with both my big toes and my thumbs I recommend for thumbs and Toes down. Worst experience and storage Ive ever had in my entire life.

So far it seems to be ok it doesnt seem very secure by the first glance so well have to wait and see. The prices arent to bad comparable to other places it seems they are more on the affordable side but not by much.

Why the hell is your Address on Main street, but your a block north of Grand Ave? Is there an office or Post Office Box there? I dont recall that... Trying to push that Main street address to the trailer park to hide the fact youre in the ghetto
