Great quality Lumber, aside from that the service out in the yard is the worst Ive ever experienced, trying to track someone down to help you find your wood was a nightmare they just drive by you and act like you dont exist, it took me an hour to pick up just a few things cuz I couldnt get any help and then when you called him out on it they give you attitude like you aint nothing... finally this Stoner looking kid brought the wood out to my trailer then he answer the phone and walked away and made me load it all myself and then I had to find him again 15 minutes later for the rest of my wood and hes all like you got to go over there for that and I was like how the heck would I have known that.... just over an hour to get a few things, I could have been in and out of Lowes and back to the job in half that! When someone purchases six hundred and some dollars in wood and comes out to the yard and they act like you dont even exist nor make any effort to help you its pretty pathetic! When I come out there with my truck and trailer I should be getting pounced on asking if I need help immediately like any place with respectable employees. Pull it together people! This isnt the first time! Its just gotten worse!

Terrible customer service they ordered our doors incorrectly! After picking up noticed they were hollow core doors have NEVER and will NEVER purchase hollow core doors. They refuse to take them back but would like us to purchase other doors from them. They have terrible customer service along with telling us we told them we wanted hollow core doors. They do not care about their customers only about their next dollar. I would avoid them and NEVER purchase a single item through them. Terrible company Terrible Service.
