This is a great store to shop at. It has a good selection of clothes and shoes and purses. You can always find what you are looking for. I highly recommend!

Ive been here a few times and never had major issues. Until recently, when my mother was shopping and essentially was accused of trying to steal a $5 bracelet. The cashiers whispered to each other about it in front of my mother as if she wasn’t there. Her primary language is Spanish, but she sure understood. Disgusting and unacceptable behavior. Do better.

Great place to grab stuff for the wife. Surprisingly the staff remembered me from my last visit a year and a half ago. Even told me what I purchased. Crazy.

Definitely shop here if you love freedom and being able to breathe freely. Very kind staff and very welcoming.

The majority of the employees dont wear masks. When I asked the manager to wear a mask, she smiled and proudly said, I dont wear a mask. Stay away from this business if you value your health because they dont.

Incredibly disappointed in this business. I went in to sell some items and no one was wearing masks. There was a sign inside asking everyone wear a mask. Please, put a sign on your door saying that you do not require masks so that those of us not willing to take that risk don’t have to wait until we’ve already entered the building to find out.

Got some cute pants and the overall selection was decent, but the manager in the store wasnt wearing any PPE and the other employee was wearing one of those clear plastic chin shield masks. Its honestly disheartening to see this business operate like this with COVID cases spiking like crazy lately.I wont be returning unless I see better enforcement of masks and I suggest others do the same.

This company is being reckless during the time of this ongoing pandemic. They are not keeping customers safe or their staff. I came in to shop with my sister and only one employee had a face mask on. I witnessed no fitting rooms being cleaned or sanitation being implemented. Yesterday my sister shared with me a post that was posted on there Instagram and Facebook page showing an employee doing something she was wearing a face shield but in the background you can see another employee helping an elderly couple without a face mask people if you are unable to tolerate a face mask use a face shield! Shame on Style Encore for not following the guidelines to protecting there customers especially elderly ones when shield are clearly available at the store to wear seeing other employees with them on! I would love a reasonable explanation for why this happened! Will never return back again

Absolutly reckless business. 3 employees, no mask. Breathing on all the items I brought it to have to take home. Glad your owner is not strict and that its just a mandate. Employees next to each other with no social distancing either. Wont be returning, and if you care about your health dont come here.

Not a single employee was wearing a mask when I stopped in to shop. We decided to turn around and leave. Im not going to spend money in a store that doesnt respect others or care about my health.

Obviously arent concerned with their customers safety as none of them wear masks. Not a safe place to shop.

Absolutely love this store and their staff. More than half of my wardrobe is from style encore and I love the reasonable prices for professional and casual namebrand clothing. Everything is in good if not perfect condition based on their buying policy. Its better than an outlet mall, you dont have to search for quality clothes like goodwill, and you will get the friendliest customer service!

Most of my work wardrobe comes from here and I always love stopping in! Their staff is typically friendly and helpful. Plus, if you need anything outside of workwear, Platos Closet is right next door!

Staff is super friendly and attentive here! Love that they run special clearance off of already clearance items here. Its a hit or miss, but definitely recommend it here because of the staff.

Nice selection of gently used clothing & accessories, many top brand names

Brought in two full laundry baskets of clothes and 2 name brand purses. They bought two items and only offered 7.70 total. And that was after gushing about how easily they could sell Loft clothing.Garage sales get you more money.

Here right now trying on clothes. I had a question about their Clearance prices (because there is just the original price on the tags). and I got over looked!!! I was standing in line for 5 mins. I had to go to them and say HEY Im actually standing in line waiting to ask a question. I got over looked because I didnt have anything in my hands to cash out! Or its because I dont look like I dress in todays fashion! just for the record I have on Jeans that were from the 90s and a tank top that I just brought from Old Navy 2 weeks ago! so 90s is back in fashion and obviously my top is current fashion too. stuck up 20 something year olds!
