I am soooo disappointed. We have been wanting to try this place out since it opened. We finally got over to that side of town and took our youngest 3 here hoping for a fun and yummy experience. Nope! 1. The employees were SO rude! 2. The price is way too expensive (yes, you get a lot...but its too much! I was getting a stomach ache only 1/3 of the way through). 3. The flavors are awful!! We tried the original, Caramel King, M&M and the party one with sprinkles. All were blah/yuck. 4. They didnt have lids that fit the small size...so youre left with a ton of cookie dough (that MAYBE youll try to eat again at home after your stomach settles) but no lid to put on it!! I will never go back again. Not worth the trip, the money or the stomach pains.
Very poor customer service when it was open for operation. Employees had attitudes and was very unwelcoming in such a small space. The dough tasted disgusting and bizarre. It was not worth the money. I would not patronize this business if it ever opens again.
Went there in June and had a wonderful experience. However, I decided to take my mom there today and out experience was awful. When we got there, a sign was up saying Be back in 5 minutes. We decided to wait and a few minutes later, the employee came back with food. He went behind the counter and just stared at us. We tried to ask for an item off their menu, but he said he doesnt do anything on the menu. All we wanted was some soft serve ice cream to eat with the cookie dough. We ended up just getting a small and very quickly left. The store was dark and very creepy. I will not be going back.
Interesting experience. Very odd use of space inside the store. By odd, I mean pretty awful. Counter service is reminiscent of any generic scooped ice cream retailer that exists. Very high prices. Two stars because the staff was pleasant.
Terrible experience and dough is not good at all if I could do 0 stars I would just wanna let poeple know not to go here and dough hurt my stomach within just a few bites... the guy serving was super mean and would not repeat himself even though i couldnt understand his thick accent
Pretty nice experience. The sales are a bit shy but its okay as long as the product is good. Taste just like dough.
Walked in and thought no one was there. The employee was sitting in a chair behind the counter with a headset on and didnt looked pleased that I walked in. I ordered a small because the prices were super high, but I didnt want to be rude and walk out with nothing. He offered me a sample and then proceeded to fill up spoons. I asked for the dough of the sample I had tasted, and he scraped the sides of the container and put 2 small scoops that didnt even go up to the edge of the container. This was my first time there and the last time which is unfortunate because I was really looking forward to it and drove an hour to go there.
Unique concept, all the benefits of eating dough without the regret later on. You have the option of eating the dough separately or mixed with soft serve ice cream. Service was prompt, however the attitude of the staff hovered between slightly inconvenienced and bored. A little more enthusiasm would go a long way with customers.
Bad customer service and the edible cookie dough wasnt even that good. The girl who was scooping me and my friends dough had an attitude and when my friend asked her a question about the flavors, she showed she was annoyed and uninterested in her job. She barely spoke to us. Management need to train these teens what exceptional customer service is. The whole transaction was awkward. I most likely wont be returning.
I want to start off by saying if I could give this place zero stars, I would. My husband and I visited this location today on 12-28-19 around 8:30pm and left empty handed and very disappointed. We walked in to meet an employee sitting behind the counter with a scowl on his face, I smiled and greeted him...nothing, no response. My husband then spoke with a friendly hello and again, no response, no smile, no how can I help you?, no nothing. We left and decided not to spend our money at a business that acts like they dont want to sell to or serve us. We will NEVER go back and will never try any other location. First impressions are huge and unfortunately, Dough Life is now on our Do No Patronize list. There were no other customers in the store, and by reading some of the reviews, and from our experience today, I can see why this place was dead.
The customer service and cookie dough was great!!! i love it here :)
Very kind workers! Dough tasted incredible, would 100% get it again.
This place is very nice... They have a lot of options and lot of great products...
A great way to eat cookie dough without the risk of getting sick. Yummy place.
I attempted to use the drinking fountain, but the employee stopped me saying “no public restrooms “. I said I was going to use the drinking fountain and he said they didn’t work, which they obviously did. So we made no purchase and left. The employee was very rude and we won’t come back.
Taste good and food price.
The customer service is awful. Went there Saturday to a rude woman behind the counter. She looked like she would rather have a fork stuck in her eye than be there working. Not interested in going back if she’s there.
Cookie dough was great!
Wonderful service
Great!!!!
