I woke up this morning to a text stating that they are trying to take money from my account to pay my mothers bill. These people are ridiculous and illegal. The female there is the rudest person we have ever dealt with. Aarons never hounded us ever. Think well be going back to them!!!;

I have been a consistent customer for 8 years, and still Travis treats me like a thief, he has his workers harass me, & they distespect me, I hate this company so much now that I will NEVER give them another Dime again. The communication skills are trash, they are very rude and unprofessional. I will from here on out use anyone else but RENT A CENTER. You allow your associates to treat us all poorly, but without customers, you cant eat or provide for your family. F#@k You too Rent A Center!!

Rude the used bedroom set that i got broke and yes i was unavailable for them to check it out but the manager Chris was rude and told me i should have answered my phone when i asked for coroporate number very unacceptable but when i first told them the bed ws broke they told me to tke a picture but didnt give me a number to send it to anyone they just pissed me off so bad on my birthday
