Called on 2 separate occasions to schedule a recalibration. He said he couldnt schedule my appointment I had to call back another time. I called Smart Start after the 2nd attempt told them about it. They tried to call immediately after my second attempt. They said no one answered the phone. Ill take my business elsewhere. If you dont want to schedule new appointments maybe you should quit doing recalibration.
