I dont know whats happened to Budweiser lately. Struggled to get loaded in Columbus. Then arrived here, and first thing I find out is someone has moved the appointment time back a full day (maybe my companies fault, no one is owning up to it). Whatever, come back at 4pm today, they claim no doors are available (although I counted 15 doors open). Go wait in the staging area for an hour until they call and give me my door assignment. Now I have been sitting in the door for 4 hours untouched, and only seeing maybe 1 truck per hour depart. This use to be a decent unload place (1.5 to 2 hours), but now....... moral of the story is something has changed here, and dont expect anything to happen quickly anymore.

Took 9 hrs to get loaded, 6 of those hrs was spent waitin to get in the gate.

Took a long time to load. Original appointment time was rescheduled by the brewery due to production problems. No one at my company nor the broker were notified of this. Had to wait 7 hours for the new appointment. Still took almost 5 hours to load me even then. Good thing I started getting paid detention pay from the original appointment time.

The system that they have in here for CHECK IN, is one of the WORST system ever.If you coming for a P/U, you must Scale first by the gate.The problem is, that they give PRIORITY to people that got loaded ( so they can check out ) and not to people that are checking IN.Well, I had an appointment at 6:00 PM & I was the only truck to wait to Check IN, but 3 drivers were coming out of the warehouse.2 of them, it took 40 minutes to check out because they had to slide the rear Tandems to the right pin.How about CHECK IN the guy that’s EMPTY, because he ain’t got to worry about finding the right spot for his tandems

Well now, only if you are an independent will you understand. They will contradict every statement. They require a half a tank of fuel. Ok thats fine then they tell you you must have full tanks then they max you to 79990! When you sign a contract to haul 41,000! They then will tell you they do not uphold those contracts! They also will tell you they will not take anything off. They will tell you They are NOT anheuser Bush! Really! Never in a million years would I recommend this facility.

Great place to load/unload plenty of room. If you are loading you must weigh in and weigh out. If you need to adjust tandems you can pull off of the scales and do so. The yard dog even took time to help me get my tandems correct spot for my weight.

This place is a joke, brought them a load and I’m on the schedule but not in the system so they can’t except it. Been here 14 hrs and they can’t figure out how to put me into the system. Owner operators avoid this place like the plague that way they can go out of business

I had a noon appointment yesterday May 16th it is currently 10:00 p.m. May 17th and Im still sitting here waiting to be unloaded currently 34 hours later avoid at all costs do not come here do not bring kegs in here worst place ever

Brought in a load. Appointment was at 5pm, it is now 8pm and still not touched. Been in dock since 430pm. Avoid this place of you can, otherwise bring your lunch, your going to be here awhile

Terrible place, I arrived at my appointment at 3:00 p.m. and they couldnt receive me because they didnt have doors and space, they asked me to come back the next day at 10 p.m. and guess what, I still had to wait; I will definitely tell my office that I wont be back.P.D after I get to the door after waiting 5 hours they tell me to be late, therefore they tell me that the download will be at 6 am.

Friendly people I have dealt with get in and out as fast with loads as fast as possible

They need to have better signs to direct trucks what to do before getting to the gate. Many truckers whove never been here often done clog up the entrance because theres no clear instructions on how to proceed

Guards are extremely helpful and polite. They worked me in a day early and I was unloaded in 3 hrs

The worst place for pick up, waited all day Monday for load pick up and at 9pm they tell me it wont be ready until Wednesday. Dont go there its not worth it. Broker only pays $150 for TONU.

Usually pretty good. They start loading at 0630 on Sunday. It can be a real mess when busy because there is nowhere to wait and you have to go across the scale prior to check in. There is only one scale and it never seems to be coordinated at all.

They didnt load my trailer because it Shakes too much. After leaving I went by T/A and told them what was going on.ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. My trailer has new bags, tires and brakes.They were behind and didnt want to load me, thats all it was. 100%Terrible. 1 star all the way.

Wait for the scale for a long time, coz they want outgoing trucks to be on the scale first. They will load early if they r not busy. I got loaded 4hrs early.

Ridiculous to get in and out of as a truck driver dot will be out the gate waiting as you leave sometimes. Scale on sight

Very bad shipper. Changes pick up appointments at very last moment when truck is already at the shipper. They screw up entire scenario for the truck movement. I booked load for Sunday late night pick up originally scheduled. Load was going to Kansas City,KS for Monday morning delivery. I had a dedicated reload from KC to California. Anheuser changed load pick up for Monday night without letting me know, and I had to deadhead truck all the way from IL to Kansas to do my reload on Monday. I lost time and money. Broker paid me only $150 TONU for that. I think that is so unfair. I held truck for their shipment since Saturday Morning and paid driver layover.Please never book loads with Anheuser up front when pick up scheduled for late afternoon. They can easily set you up and change appointment without paying compensation.

I have been here since 5pm they didn’t start loading me till after 9 and they are putting one pallet on every 15 minutes or so, so I can’t sleep and it’s now 11:26 and I am still not loaded

Not a very easy place to find.

1 star is too much. I came 30 minutes before the appointment and these guys were concerned about my fuel level that it has to be half or full which was above empty. And I called their manager and he’s all this is our rule. And of course when I came back from fueling they took for ever to load me. I told them from the first minute that no anhauser in Chicago, NJ NY AR CO that I ve been, they never asked me for fuel lever because they don’t load you to 80k, they always go at 78 and something. Yeap that’s my weight now with full tanks. Unbelievable

If You want to waist your time this company the best.Siting at the dock 8 hours and still not louded.

Read all the other reviews and expected a horrible time here. Nothing could be further from the truth. Showed up at 1930 for a 2100 appt. Got on the scale and was put into a door right away. Was loaded and on the road by 2130. The young lady who checked me in and the guard were very friendly and helpful. Just remember when reading reviews that only the bad things usually get posted.

Kind of slow loading. Can be a cluster getting in because they only one scale.

Would be better off ending their security contract with Allied Universal and just hiring security and transportation clerks in-house.

Appointment 17:30, came at 17:00. Security guy was good, keep everybody in a line. Assist drivers to park there truck on the side of a road. Waited 20 min in a line( total was 5 trucks in front of me ). Check in and weight process was fast - 7 min. Parking was fine but if you have a trailer in front of your dock, it could be not easy. I asked Sarah ( girl who checked me in ) to give me not a hard and tight door ). She looked that up and gave me a door with enough space to park. Thank you Sarah for understanding how hard sometimes to park in a tight spot. Very nice stuff!!! Loading took less then 2 hours. They weight you on exit and allowed you to fix you tandems. Very nice experience!

Pushed off all appointments so the could do inventory. Dozens of drivers sitting way beyond their appointments. The only reason they get 3 stars from me is Christina in scheduling. She worked with us and got things done to get our driver empty in a timely manner.

People just don’t come here for pick ups, Terrible place, Ive been here one year ago and I remember it as a don’t come anymore! For some reason i came here again for a pick up after one year avoiding, but I feel so sorry that I did that again ! 11 pm appointment they told no it’s 1 am appointment I came back at 1 am they send me to park on a yard waiting for a door ! Now it’s 3 am still don’t have a door, the appointment for the delivery is 9am And I have to drive 300 miles, so probably in the morning, they will send me 150 $ TONU and go ... your self .Why you guys hate truck drivers so much ? Why ?

Loaded here twice. Both times it takes forever and a day to scale in or out. First load 7+ hours, second load 2.5 hours. Nice people, just very disorganized check in/out system.

First time visiting this warehouse tonight. Sometimes I read reviews before I go somewhere to get some sort of an idea on the general workings of business, but this time I just went, and what a surprise i was in for!Check-in is simple, guards are friendly, super easy place to dock. Quick loading. I was thinking about making some breakfast, but really didnt even have time to settle in before they hit the trailer with the first pallet.From the time I pulled onto the lot, till I was scaled, checked out, and done visiting with the guards, was about one hour and twenty minutes... Im going to say though, if you get right down to business and dont have to wait on rookies to find the dock, you could realistically be in and out within an hour.I would gladly return to this warehouse in the future, and if you get the chance to visit, I think you might be pleasantly surprised. Enjoy!

Ive been sitting here for 14hrs waiting to load! They need a place for trucks to park safely or stop making appt until your caught up. Had to park on main rd in a no parking! Never coming here again!

Just like all big companies. They dont care about the people coming and going and the lives that they have the live. Theyll leave you sitting here however long it takes sometimes up to 5 days if you have something to unload. I have personally been stuck here for 60 hours before waiting to get unloaded.

This place is a cluster... very long lines for checking in and out, be prepared to loose lots of time. if you are picking up empties Park in line and walk to the guard shack to check in. If you are picking up beer then wait in line to scale in.

Don’t argue with them about your length or weight distribution. They know the law better than you do. You’re better off telling them to pull it off and move on to the next shipper rather than risking the ticket for their cheap freight.

Waste of time.This place is a joke.If u have ElD logbook dont come here.Just to check in is about 2h.I dont know why they give you app time.Anyway here dosent matter.They have only one scale.Inbound and outbound trucks are using the same scale.Inbound trucks have to wait outbound trucks.Just one of those places where they waste your time and dont care.

Loaded here a few times. Very awkward check in/out process. Only one scale for both ways, and truck stays on scale while you check in or out. Calculate that at an average of 7-10 min per truck. Outbound (loaded) trucks have priority. One time it took 2 hours from time I arrived to the time I was on the scale, checking in. By this time it was 6 minutes before my appointment time. Guard told me I’mLucky they can take me early. I was surprised to hear “early” so I asked if I have the wrong appointment time. I had the correct information. Once in a door, expect to wait a minimum of 2 hours. Make sure you go in with full tanks. They WILL load to almost MAX legal weight. Once loaded, make sure you are ok with weights, because if you accept and take the bills, you’re responsible for the load. Gave 2 stars instead of one because I’ve seen worse loading times. Blonde kid at guard shack is rude and disrespectful. One time I started talking to him and asked if there are a lot of drivers getting upset with him. At which he answered: “Yes, and some of them get so mad they want to fight me.” How stupid can you be to not ask yourself WHY? And why does that happen only to you? The other guards are either either nice, cold but professional, or both.

Typical Beer Place, everyone must scale in and out. Outbound trucks have the right of way over the scale so just checking in normally takes an hour. You must have 2 load locks and at least 3/4 tank of fuel to be loaded. Drivers room with food and bathrooms near dock 1.Not the best place but definitely could be much worse.

I would give them zero stars if I could. The right hand never knows what the left hand is doing. They bring you in and the load isnt ready for all 4 times Ive been here. They have you wait at the end of the building and they dont let you know. Security and warehouse dont communicate with each other. Be ready to be here 4 to 8 hrs loading. Cant believe budweiser Saint Louis doesnt fire everybody here and start over.

What a unfair place is this, got arrived at the gate and couldn’t get on scale because of shuttle drivers coming through one behind the other one. No regulation by the scale person.I have been sitting here at the gate for about half an hour waiting before all these shuttle drivers passed the scale...

Horrible! Extremely disorganized!Outgoing trucks have priority on the scale. You have to wait until several loaded trucks get out so you can check-in with the guard.Wont matter if you have an appointment, theres no respect at all!

I was many times here, always some kind of issue. If you are owner dont come here. Today was 9 hrs wait to load and was told no employee to load trucks. Went home empty. Wanted to write review many times but today was just enough bs from these people. Manager of this place should be fired long time a go.
