I struggled to find Rockwool insulation anywhere in the US without a 6 month+ lead time. Both times Ive called RP lumber and once they found some in stock in a very remote store and the next was able to ship it from the distribution center where it was in stock. I have no idea why they have it when its impossible to find but was thrilled.I did do online ordering once, which I never got any updates on. I ended up calling the store and going about it that way instead. Thats annoying - things should be easier for online order. Canceling was also kinda tricky.

Wasnt aware of extra savings for joining their rewards program and I was told if I spent more than $10.00, Id get $5.00 off my total sale. I was a few dollars short, so I needed PVC for bathroom remodel, and I took advantage of it. Lowes moved out of Granite City and Ill do more business with them. I spent a lot over time, and what a great deal!
