HORRIBLE customer service. Theyll find any reason not to honor your warranty on frames when they have all of your warranty info in their system. Other Walmart vision centers are much more honest.

Not open when they say they will be open!

Sherie went above and beyond to help me get my new sunglasses that had been stolen the day prior. She was quick and efficient in pulling up my information and processing the transaction with no hassle.Nicole was very friendly too when I picked it up and very helpful to tighten the eyewear to make sure they were comfortable before leaving.I have been with you all for years now and it is always great customer service.Thank You!

Horrible! ONE STAR BECAUSE I CANT GIVE ZERO OR NEGATIVE RATING.....I spent $500 for glasses. From day one the left ear piece has been ridiculously loose. It has fallen off twice. I have taken them in 3 times and they do nothing to fix the problem. They tighten the screw and it still wiggles, you can move it up and down over a 1/4 of an inch. I have wasted so much time with trying to get it fixed. Typical Walmart business, they got the money so no need to worry about the customer being satisfied. One would think there would be some customer service what you make a $500 purchase.This eexperience has set me on a path to never spend another penny in a Walmart. Has been the most frustrating experience I have had with a product that I need daily. The real shame is no one at Walmart will read this and more sad is that if they did read it they wouldnt care.

Had a great experience there every time my son needed his eyeglasses or the repair of them.

This location has been so great that I switched my vision plan at work to include Walmart Vision Center for my appointments.

I want to give 5 star because ANDREA she was so helpful today, she help me with my son glasses 👓 she is so kind !!! Manager so rude, I will come back because Andrea !!

These People are a JOKE starting from the manager to the employees. I give a one star because thats the lowest i can rate. And as i can see i am not the only one who knows this place is TRASH the reviews for this place are negative and i cant imagen why. You guys SUCK!!

Very unproffesional rude and nasty attitude starting from the people who so call manage this place. Everyone looks clueless and not willing to help. First and last time ever coming here. Would never recommend to anyone. If the rating had a zero thats what i would pick but sadly its not a choice. The only thing people here care about is taking your money after that point they dont become responsible for nothing and the quality is horrible. You would probably get a better deal picking some eyeglasses at dollar tree than this place. Unfriendly and disrespectful just nasty!
