Not only was our vehicle completed on time but all employees were super courteous and friendly but also professional and went out of their way to help. The workmanship was beyond…. You couldn’t tell where the repair was, nor any color change in the paint. We would use them again in a minute. We highly recommend this company.

A tree fell onto my car. Caliber was able to fix it so that the repairs are invisible. When they found some issues and were unable to meet their original timeline, they detailed the car for me, which is a big deal since we have two large dogs that shed.Work was done well, communication top notch. Cant recommend them enough.

Excellent experience. Helpful, communicative, and all we ask for following an accident. We were worried because our car is older that the paint wouldnt match, but they blended it perfectly and the car looks brand new where they repaired it. Very professional and works well with insurance. Wonderful people!

I am so happy I choose Caliber Collision to do the repairs on my car. The corner of my fender was “smashed in” causing the door to be out of line also. The repair turned out great! The customer service was the best. Pete was so patient with me and thorough with the estimate. He took the time to explain what it needed and “why” they needed to make certain repairs to get it done right. If I went with the competitor, I would have a quick fix and I wouldn’t have been happy with the results. ...I had to edit this review the next day because I realized they even washed and cleaned the inside of my car. Caliber Collision is the best auto body shop in the area! I have only been there a few times, but both times, they have been courteous,, friendly,, and incredibly helpful Service!Service Advisor, Pete Perez, helped me for the 2nd time today and remembered me from over a year ago- even with a masked face! He took the extra time and attention to not only talk about my options to repair the damage, but actually worked on my car a bit so that it was safely drivable until I could get the repair done! Something he did not have to do! I was astounded by the kindness and generosity this man showed me. It was well over the top. I left there thinking that I wanted to sing their praises all over social media!!! Definitely 👍 use Caliber Collolision for all of your auto body needs! I know I will!

The staff here have been very friendly, helpful and accommodating. My car was in a terrible accident, brand new and due to that it took awhile to get some parts. Manager Dave, front office staff Kelsey and Katie and all the others behind closed doors of which I do not know all their names did a fantastic job repairing my car, answering all my questions and going above and beyond to help and explain what work was done to bring it back to 100%. On top of that, with my All State car insurance and Caliver Collision I have a lifetime warranty for my repairs. Fantastic to deal with from start to finish - plus rental car is next door!

I cant speak high enough of Caliber in Grass Valley. Two years running, theyve done body work on my Yukon. Both times, communication has been stellar, the quality of the work was on point, and I felt like I knew what was going on the entire time. I appreciate that they go above and beyond to communicate even small changes and are willing to answer questions even beyond the completion of the repair. My passenger side door needed to be replaced. They kept me updated frequently about how the process was going. It took longer then they thought but were very informative about what needed to be done and kept me updated.

Caliber did an amazing job on the repairs for my suburban! (Not to mentioned it came back clean, inside and out!) They got it done fast and made the process super simple.

Professional, polite, gets the job done in reasonable time. And conveniently attached to the same building as an enterprise so if you need a rental its that much easier.

Service and work was outstanding. Quick estimate, got us in rapidly and finished a day ahead. Price was several hundred less than a competitor, and all OEM parts were used. Plus Enterprise Rental in the same building made it totally painless.

I had a dented fender repaired. I was completely satisfied with the job they did and happily surprised to see my car returned to me CLEANED inside and out. Nice.

I want to compliment Caliber Collision for their latest attempt at solving issues with my car. It took a lot of effort and time and inconvenience both on my part and certainly on their part, but it appears that we now have a pretty good result after several attempts at making some minor roof dents disappear. I would consider using CC again after this latest effort and I appreciate the extra mile service provided.To recap previously stated attributes of this Caliber location:-Everyone is pretty courteous, friendly. The service writer Pete is excellent.-Facility is super clean, modern, and very easy parking.-Paperwork is handled professionally and text message updates are a nice touch.-Paint color matching is excellent.-I did have a lot of issues getting my roof to not look wavy after some dents were filled/smoothed and along with solvent paint pop (bubbles) in the initial repair, but this is has been addressed pretty well now and I am much more pleased with the results. Thank you.Wrote previously:Took vehicle in for very minor roof dent repair in fall. Started out as a paintless dent removal job but ended up as a traditional repair. First time vehicle was repaired paint had many issues like solvent pop, and a scratch. In addition repaired areas were wavy. Vehicle presented for redo of original repair, repainted by the shop and paint turned out far better but no effort was made to repair waves in the roof of the car from hurried repair effort. Extremely disappointed in otherwise very nice shop with clean facilities and good people. Had used Caliber in another area and got a much better result in the past.

They have not started work yet, but I am not real happy so far with the thoroughness of the initial damage assessment and follow up communication. Hopefully, that will change soon and I can update this review.

Asked if they could pop a dent out on a Yukon Denali. Wasnt creased. They wouldnt provide a quote for anything less than a full insurance grade repair, which was thousands of dollars.Last time I did an insurance repair at the Auburn location, the work was pretty decent except for one issue. The drivers side power mirror wouldnt go up and down after someone backed vehicle, clipping the mirror, fender, bumper, and headlight. They couldnt fix the up/down function without me taking a $2k risk, because I had a remote start system and they had to replace part of the main wire harness. Turned out to be a pinched wire when they replaced the mirror, but I had to investigate and fix myself to avoid the gamble. Wasnt happy.I got the dent popped out by a paintless dent repair company for $350. Looks perfect, and didnt require insurance and thousands of dollars.

Fantastic service! My car was broken into and they did a lot of damage. I called Caliber (based on my insurance companys recommendation - Allstate) and got the car in immediately for drop off.The receptionist and the woman who walked the car with me and oversaw all repairs were very kind, and professional, and warm and welcoming - which is important to me! They kept in constant contact about my repairs, were very clear about the costs and made sure all was absolutely satisfactory before I drove away.They did a beautiful job and my car was also spotlessly clean when I picked it up, which I also super appreciated! Great communication, friendliness, and helpfulness is hard to find in customer service, and they have it in spades! Very professional, clean, high-end operation, which I also appreciate. I highly recommend! (and I also highly recommend having good insurance so it only costs you a co-pay) ;)

This is no longer the level of service we once received when the business was Chriss Collision. Their prices are double what others charge for the same repairs. The incident which occurred in our driveway due to snow, going 2-3 miles an hour, on Jan. 23. We took the vehicle straight in to have the repairs started. I was told that if we waited an additional week, it would be a quicker repair. They held my vehicle from 1/30/2017 through 2/27/2017! During the process we were told there was additional underlying repairs, much higher than quoted prices, they are gouging insurance big time! The repair cost our insurance $8411 for the rear drivers side damage, a simple fix compared to major mechanical areas. Upon receiving my vehicle back, there are welding burns to the carpet, along with 2 clips that fell out when the back door was opened. Still not sure where those belonged? I was so happy with Chriss Collision and sad to say I will never frequent this business again. Weve been sharing our experience with friends and have heard similar and worse stories than our own. Be careful!

I can not explain how much help they were to me. I had just bought my first vehicle and someone hit it, however their insurance was the worst and I was constantly worrying about when it was going to get fixed. Thanks to Kelsey, She was the best, I had called here thousands of times with questions and she was more than helpful calling the insurance company and helping me get my car in the shop and fixed. After a month of back and fourth with the insurance company, it finally got into the shop . Im not from the area and they were able to work with my schedule get my car out of the shop within a week. Although the business has grown dramatically from Chris humble beginnings by the airport, they deliver the same, high quality service! I was hit by someone who took full responsibility, and planned to pay cash for the repairs...somewhat unusual compared to the usual insurance process. Everyone from Casey to Jill and the others with whom I interacted were friendly, helpful, cheerful, and...above all...professional. The car looks like new!
