Always got great deals on makeup and friendly staff. plus theyre like the only place open late in town so thats always nice for those late night snack runs

This is what commitment to health looks like at CVS pharmacy. Their employees are rude and their pharmacy (my only option) is horrible. I’ve been picking up the same prescription here for 6 years and they get it wrong most of the time. They finally were able to update my address two months ago (I moved 3 years ago, they never got my address in the middle). They sent texts about my prescriptions to the wrong number for years. Couldn’t change it or stop it. They lose my insurance information multiple times a year. I’ve been cussed out, called ugly names, hung up on, and asked how much my prescription is worth “on the street”. They’ve given me other peoples prescriptions. If you have any other options, take it because it can’t possibly be worse than here.

One of my favorite places to shop. Theres a little bit of everything and I love there as seen on TV section even tho its not that big. Staff is friendly most of the time and theres always some killer deals!!! Highly recommend!

Horrible pharmacy. Pharmacist who was working there was incredibly rude. Also they dont answer their phones and sometimes wont even alert you when an order is ready for pick up. Never getting another prescription sent there again.

When I told an employee that I was concerned about the amount of people in the store not wearing masks he said, very flippantly were not enforcing that. I told him that I wouldnt be able to shop in their store and his response was Good! We are all fed up with it. It upset me that he wasnt the least concerned about me. Then I went to Rite Aid were I ran into the same problem with people not wearing masks. Their nice manager listened to what I had to say but in the end said they wouldnt enforce it either. Then I went to Walgreens where they have a big sign saying masks were required. I felt better at being in their store but then a lady in front of me who was not wearing a mask coughed into her hand, picked up an item on the shelf using the same hand and then put the item back. I am really sad. People are going to continue this type of behavior. When is corporate America gonna get on board? If Costco can do it why cant everyone? If people dont have a problem with no shirts or no shoes then no service and/or they dont have a problem with seatbelts then they can get use to wearing a mask to protect the people they are around. Dont I have a right to walk around in a store without worrying whos blowing covid around?

Wife went for Flu Shot. Dont bother filling in paperwork online or making an appt. None of it goes through and told to pay $40 co-pay.

Would be happier if I could have put 0 stars. They used to be OK. Have become so rude and non-caring that I finally changed pharmacies for good. Their lies and excuses are obvious and most all have attitudes that STINK. In all the years Ive dealt with CVS they have NEVER had a prescription ready when they say they would. So happy with my new pharmacy and its staff.

Month after month the pharmacy is backed up and makes you wait for prescriptions that have been called in for 24 hours. Hire a few more people DANG!Not to mention the musty smelling carpet from leaking roof year after year.

Can you give 0 stars? CVS pharmacy has absolutely terrible customer service as well as professional ethics. They somehow obtained my prescription records from my previous pharmacy without my permission or even notifying me and in the process lost or destroyed my triplicate hard copies from my Dr. requiring me another Dr. visit and rewriting my Rxs! Now they wont even tell me if they have my medications in stock so I have to drive 40 minutes to find out if they even fill it, saying company policy, which if so, is ridiculous. So I say Boycott CVS!

Tammy in the pharmacy obviously hates her job. She is very condescending and rude and no help whatsoever.

Shout out to Joseph, Andrew and Makayla for killin’ it in the pharmacy!! I came here to fill my worker’s compensation medications and over two days the team worked with smiles on their faces as they went wrastled on the phone with worker’s comp. Thanks for your professionalism and patience.

Im not sure if shes the department manager, but in years past she was the rudest person Id ever seen to elderly customers. Someone must have complained, and she was much better for a couple of years.It seems her old habits are back. Last week I had major back surgery, and several prescriptions phoned in by the surgeon. Twice in the last week I had calls the prescriptions are ready only to get there to be told they didnt fill them because my insurance might not cover them. They just tell you to come back in a couple of hours. They dont call to find out, they just drop it. The last thing I anyone wants fresh off of surgery is to stand there and argued with them. It shouldnt be a surprise to them these days that insurance might not cover everything. Im tired of the rude behavior and switched to Walgreens Rx. Life is too short to put up with unhappy employees with bad attitudes.

I was kicked out of store because the worker held personal things against me. I would think they wanted paying customers but apparently dumb staff get to decide whats what.

Thanks to the pharmacist on duty 4-23-19 in the evening. Despite the CVS pharmacy app messing up a refill order, the pharmacist was able to fill the prescription while I waited (within about 10 minutes).

Not all Employee’s are wearing mask. That shows how much CVS care for their customers!

I cant find many common, over the counter products in the store. Many shelves are empty and choices get fewer and fewer as time goes on. The clerks are friendly, but shopping in the store is an exercise in frustration trying to find what I am looking for.

Seriously one of the worst. Went to pick up prescription for my son, they said come back in 15..came back in 15, waited in line for 20 mins for the guy to tell me that their person couldnt figure out the insurance.. went to the lady who was super-rude (even my son thought so), couldnt figure out the insurance which is just fine.. will NEVER have doctor send a srip there again. Dont really care that I got glares from the other pharmacy workers for not being pleasant, that lady needs to check her attitude and figure out her job. CVS Grass Valley, you officially suck.

Dropped RX off 5 hours ago. Still have to wait 20 minutes for it to be filled. :(

I arrived before 5:30 with the closing time of 6. I was told they cannot do an inside cleaning of the car because they did not have enough staff. There were 3 workers with one car being cleaned and two people just standing around talking to each other. Think twice before going here. They really dont want to do business very much.

This is a horrible pharmacy ! They are rude ! They actually lied to me twice and laughed at me . They told me twice they were out of the medication . It would be in the next day . Next day they said they still hadnt gotten it in . Called them to check if it was in yet and was put on hold for 32 mins . So went to the store, she said we are never out of this medication and laughed at me . There was a older woman who was yelling at the pharmacy technician. Bad bad place ! This is one of the worst pharmacys !! All three places suck !!! I wish there was something that could be done !! CVS ! Rite Aid and Walgreens !!! I do not like to be lied to or called a liar !!!!!!!! And they lied to me and called called me a liar !!!

As other reviewers have said, CVS items have either dropped out of sight or risen astronomically in price. Then they offer a bunch of discounts that are a huge hassle and dont even bring the price back where the generics used to be before a storewide change. I shop at Wal-Mart for that stuff now. Who needs the CVS hassle?

I am proud of CVS for choosing to stop selling tobacco products. I pass two drugstores to give my business to CVS. Their clerks are always helpful and friendly too!

The only way to get your prescription on time is to say that you want it on one day and then come in to pick it up the next day. By then it will be ready.

My frustration is that on the web page and the map with store hours, no where are the pharmacy hours easily found! They should be easily located!

Rude over the phone and trashy ugly ass personal inside ...Never again...
