The only reason I even put one star is because you have to but if I could I would put zero. Every time I deal with this place they are rude and mess orders up, and I honestly think its because they are the only place in town to get doors and they do it on purpose to make more money. When I told them they messed up they tried to turn it around on my husband and say he gave them the wrong info but when they pulled the purchase order it showed he indeed did not then they told me they only way I could get the door I wanted is to buy a solid door for 300 dollars. I urge everyone who is thinking about going here not to do it, save your time and money and just go to home depot. These people are just gonna rip you off and milk you for all the money they can. They are 150 percent con artists and have been ripping off the nevada county area since they have opened.

Cindy is the rudest person ever! She should not be answering calls!!! Don’t waste your time calling this company to even inquire about having them do any wrk for you. I waited a week for my call to be returned by the owner and I NEVER received one. I called back to inquire again and Cindy quickly acknowledged after I described the job that I had called the other day ( a week ago), then she said they weren’t interested and quickly hung up.RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! I called back and asked for a manager. She said they were all gone home for the day. Wow!!! Glad to find out this company lacks even basic customer service before I patronized them!! I will continue with my search for a company to mortise about 60 doors because this company certainly don’t deserve my business!!!!

Was very unsatisfactory with what door I ordered and what I was sold.My in laws ordered two closet doors from them and they were backwards and identical when they needed a left and right. When the doors where delivered to there house no one was home the guy thought but my mother in law was and saw the delivery guy smoking meth in there driveway.

Owners Pat and Mike Are so helpful and are professional at what they do, been doing it for over 40 years.Nice down home mom and pop shop!!

When I called this business to find out about having a new front door installed as well as purchasing an approximate $2000 front door, the woman on the phone did not seem to have time for me. She complained to me about having to fire people and not being able to hire any good ones. She told me to send her a photo of the picture of the door I wanted if I was still interested. She could not give me an approximate number of months it would take before they could get to my job either. You know you can buy a front door anywhere but you can’t buy a good service just anywhere. Lesson learned.

Fantastic Service. Needed a replacement for a door that was rotting out at the bottom. Mike and his crew got me set up with an exact match that was ready the next day. Fit was spot on and I couldnt be happier.
