I was passing through on the way to Reno, and got a flat tire. Sierra was able to help me out quickly and got me back on the road with no further trouble. This company has professional and capable staff that are well managed and enjoy being with the company. It is a good experience dealing with them and would absolutely recommend them. They can be trusted.

I was on a road trip this past week from Salt Lake City, Utah to Grass Valley to visit my parents on my Honda VTX 1800. When I arrived in Grass Valley, I found a large crack in my front tire tread. I took it straight to Sierra Motor Sports and asked for one of your mechanics to check it out to determine if it would be road-worthy for my ride back to Salt Lake City on Sunday. I was really worried with it being 4th of July weekend that they would not be able to get me in before the holiday started but Randy took care of me and got the tire changed out in time for me to get back to work on Monday. Great prices on helmets and the sales person really helped with options and fit. Would easily be 5 stars but not all of the employees were wearing masks.

Bought myself a new street legal dirt bike. Service was great. Helpful staff, they helped me pick the right bike for my build and experience. Great financing was offered. They are limited on some accessories but thats expected for a small town. Had a great experience shopping with them. Didnt feel pressured, made a few visit before I made my final decision. I recommend them to anyone needing to buy a new bike.

I have found these guys to be friendly, responsive and always helpful. I havent purchased any motorcycles but they are always happy to answer my many questions. I buy parts and accessories and they are knowledgeable about dirt riding.

Price looked good so I ordered. Zero response from this company. They did charge me the $813.35 on my credit card but have not shipped. I needed product for a weekend family ride, Sierra fd that up.STAY AWAY!! I wish I had read the reviews first. The good ones Sierra has are surely FAKE.

I recently had a great buying experience at Sierra Motorsports in Grass Valley. I live 120 miles away so much of the negotiations and discussions were conducted via phone or email. When I showed up at the dealership in person, everything was as described. Jerry, the sales manager, and Sue, the owner, were genuinely kind and helpful.I got such an incredible deal on the Fly 50 scooter I was purchasing, that my wife and I actually bought two. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone thinking of purchasing a scooter, motorcycle or ATV.

I dont use them for anything but buying the oil I need for my Royal Enfield but they stock the oil that no one else in town does. Good bunch of helpful folks here and theyve got a huge stock of parts, accessories, etc.

So far Im very happy with there customer service Im having a front tire put on and brakes front and back and new rotor on the back and the price is very fair Ill have more when I get the bike back Ill update my review . So far they seem very nice and confident in both the parts and the service writer department . I was a outside sales manager and I ran Honda Suzuki of Madera dealership so I feel at this point its worthy of return biz as Ive said when I pick up my bike will be the kicker . Went pick up my bike the work was done new front tire front pads and new pads and rotor on the front, estimate $308.00 cost $185.00 quality of work A1 service writer A1 the look of the shop A1 Im very impressed for a small dealership handling Honda and Suzuki being that I grew up in a family who owned 2 otorcycle dealerships in the Bay Area and ran a dealership in Madera I consider there professional and friendly atmosphere a pleasure and Im very satisfied with the work and the price of there finished work, I like the fact the service writer had enough know how that he took any issues into consideration an explained what he had done so when all said and done my estimate of $308.00 when I went to pick it up my bill was $185.00 Id rather have a high estimate and pick it up with a surprise it not only feels good to know you dont have to dig so deep and it also tells me of there integrity which I am impressed thank you to all the guys and girls at Sierra motors. What a joke. Service is trash and the sales guy has an attitude.

The worst service I have ever had. I took my KTM 990 Adventure in for service because I was experiencing a flat spot between 5k and 6k. They attempted diagnostics and claimed there were no (error codes) problems. Then they took the bike for a test ride and confirmed my original complaint. They kept the bike for 10 days then told me there was nothing they could do and I would just have to live with it. They suggested I sell the bike and buy a new one. Nice, they suggested I sell the problem to someone else and buy a new bike from them. I will never bring my bike to them again, I suggest you dont either.

SMS has always treated me well, and I have no complaint over what they charge for anything except tires (they dont really compete with internet / free shipping prices). Theyve competently mounted and balanced tires (that I provided) on my bike brands that I didnt buy there (bmw and yamaha) without complaint. Ive bought lots of accessories and apparel there. Im glad that they are my local dealer.

I bought a used KTM 250 XC-W in 2011 and knew nothing about KTM bikes. I visitied all the KTM Dealers in the Sacramento area seeking advice and support in my racing endeavors. Wayne and Sue at Sierra Motorsports welcomed me in with open arms. They are extremely supportive of the racing community and very knowledgable about bike set up. Now I buy everything from them including riding gear, Honda Parts, Lawnmowers. you name. Could not be happier with the service and support.

SMS is my home away from home. Wayne and Sue are nice people. They are the kind of people that will stop what they are doing and spend some time and talk to you unlike other dealers I have dealt with. I have bought all my KTMs from them and when I need something done they are right there to put a new tire on or evan go to my place and pick up my bike to get it serviced for that next big ride. I have become friends with all the staff and we all have a great time when I drop in to talk shop or have a new tire installed on my dirt at a moments notice which I have done several times. I do know that I could save a few bucks by ordering parts online but that does not support the local economy and all those hard working folks at S.M.S. They can get anything I want in a moments notice, Sometimes it takes a little patience to get that special item. Most of know that its really impossible to have everything under the sun instock, Well maybe not all of us. Long live S.M.S. !!!!
