The website shows blue printing available and large size posters . we went out of the way to have some simple 24 by 36 prints done but they only do 13in. by 19 inches . and call that large format?

Needed help with Christmas letter printing. The employee took my flash and even changed on part of the second page to non color (saving me $) then printed my 100 double sided letter. Thank you so much!

I have always thought this location to be 5 stars from the first time I walked in. Today, the proved it yet again. My clumsy self had lost a tracking number for an expensive return and they were able to track it for me and solve my issue. Thank you so much guys for always going above an beyond for all of your customers. There is no other location I will trust as much as I do this location. Everyone there is always super friendly and kind.

I love this place. I ship artwork around the country and then have it returned here. They are great at helping me box it up and I know they will keep my stuff safe when Im out of town. They are friendly, professional and their pricing is very good for color copies and mailboxes. It DOES feel like family here. I cant recommend them enough.

Didnt ring the buzzer to let my family know they were here at 11:00am and it couldve been stolen and I wouldnt have known

THIS IS AN ALL-STAR TEAM!The team here is very professional and feels like family every time you walk in- they dont even ask my box number, and have my mail ready when I enter the store! Our business had a critical timeline to deliver some marketing & communications efforts, and they were able to turn it around in one day- even stayed late to finish by 8am the next morning! It is so hard to find dedicated and trustworthy assistance these days, and I know I can absolutely count on them for every mailing/printing need my business has. Just left here not too long ago, and the guys working were awesome. I recently hurt my shoulder and they helped me with my 95Lb box! (Literally 95 lbs) More than appreciated not having to move it on my own. 100% recommended.

Rachelle, Tim and Emily are a very professional and delightful team who have become assets to my organization. I highly recommend this particular UPS store because of the individuals, their professionalism, customer rapport, and broad array of services. Need a mailbox? Done! Need business cards, pamphlets, brochures, carbonless forms or other marketing materials? Done! Need to expedite? Done! Need to ship a single box or many? Done! Ive only been here a couple times for something quick and easy but both times the gentleman that greeted me was very helpful, friendly and polite. I know its something small to some but that goes a long way with someone like me who doesnt like going anywhere because of people. Lol. Im a new customer to this UPS Store after just recently relocating part of our operations to a new location. Ive been very impressed with the Excellence of the Staffs Operational Efficiencies and their Friendliness and Professionalism. It is truly a pleasure to be working with these Amazing people.

Attention attention: this store just charged me $6 to use their tape in order to tape up my boxes. They handed me the tape gun when I asked for some tape, didn’t tell me I would be charged for using it, let me use it, and then after I was done told me I needed to pay for it. A three pack of tape roll at office max is $8. I used a few pieces and was charged $6. Mind you - I’ve went to many other UPS locations and have never been charged for my tape. Round lake location and other Chicago locations do not charge for tape. The people here clearly will try to charge you for anything, I’m sure they up the shipping fee on people from this instance alone. GO TO THE ROUND LAKE LOCATION THE PEOPLE ARE MUCH NICER. OR USE FED EX. THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE

Whatever their location in Grayslake, the people operating the UPS Store in Grayslake are terrific for their friendly and efficient service. For several years, we have shipped packages to our daughters in far-off cities and towns. The UPS lady remembers their names and recent locations. That kind of personal service and attention is why we ship everything from this store. Everything is delivered intact and on time! Thank you!

Brought a package in to be sent to my wife who was traveling. Told the owner who was taking my order that the package HAD to be at hotel by the following Friday (6 days a way) because she was checking out the next day. No problem was his response. I emphasized it once last time. (plus it was going outside US so imagine trying to get the package returned to me and its very valuable contents). I get home, look at the receipt and its guaranteed for delivery the following MONDAY! Unbelievable. I intercept the package back at the UPS store...thankfully. They refund me the charge for the shipment BUT charge me for the box! $6.00!! I dont care about the $6...its the principal. They created the issue so why does the customer get penalized? Lessons Learned...1. review all shipping docs BEFORE leaving store. 2. Go to USPS in Grayslake vice UPS store in Grayslake.

Wanted to charge me to tape 3 boxes, literally 3 strips of tape. I ship daily all over Illinois and this is the first location that wanted to charge. I will ship at another location when Im in the area.

I have had dozens of documents notarized at UPS stores and never have I been charged a $3.50 Notary Service Fee on top of the usual $1.00 charge. Luckily I only had 1 document to be notarized. wont be going back there again!
