Took my Dodge Ram 1500 in for an oil change and my sons Toyota Highlander Hybrid and was so blown away by the excellent service we received and great value. I will definitely be taking my Ram back here for its 100000 mile spark plug replacement and other high-mileage preventative maintenance

He tells us a price for the bare minimum needed to get the car back on the road and a price for work he recommends getting done so no other work should be needed. Will never take our vehicle back there. Jeff lied about who they were, and also double charged us taxes on our purchase and when confronted he blamed it on others. he assumed that because my husband is Spanish speaking that we would not know what he was doing. We will never return there and are disappointed that they take advantage of good people in their community.

I LOVED this shop. Used their services many times... UNFORTUNALLY this last time didnt work out as such.. I had 2 different shops look at my SUV and send me AWAY. So Auto care center was my last go to place.. But I WAS ok with that.. SUV pulled NUMEROUS codes, reason why other shop sent me away. They were not comfortable to work on my SUV. Care center said they can do the job!!! Sweet! Had my car back quickly! Said it was tge EGR valve(part is under warrenty) had tgem replace it 1.5 years ago, by them. Pucked up SUV same day it was done. Got in it started it... SAME CODES AND CHECK ENGINE LIGHT still illuminated.. Went inside let them know. Menchanic check it out. He got codes to disappear. Said it was a carbon back up and would be ik. So i left CAUSE I TRUSTED HIM!!! BUG MISTAKE. SUV sat over night. Started in morning. All codes popped up again. Not running like it should be... Brought to Chevy dealership (SUV is a Chevy) gave them a try! It is the transmission.Went to the Auto care center. WAS VERY POLITE!! Get more bees with honey All i wanted to do was make him aware for my situation. He was rude, I said my SUV isnt fixed. He said I worked on it.. (indirect way of him saying I know it isnt fixed) Refusedto come out of the office to tge counter to talk. Continued to scroll on his phone looking a pictures... I let him know uf we cant talk like adults my attorney (family attorney) would be in contact. He said, OK! Asked for his name, he said JEFF... REFUSED to give me his last name.. (need it to have court order for a subpoena).. Then he kicked me out out of his shop.. Indirect admission of guilt, if he refused his last name!Good luck. To whom ever takes the risk of trusting JEFF or his shop, bless their hearts!
