Got a small stone chip in my windshield about the size of a dime.Went to safelite, the young lady at the desk was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable.Technician Larry looked at the chip and said they could have it fixed and repaired in 20 minutes.20 minutes later I was shown the workThat Larry just did, truly unbelievable!!The stone chip was gone with a very very small dot left where the damage was. Im totally amazed about Larrys workmanship and his top notch professionalism.The lady contacted my insurance carrier and they waived any payment needed by myself. What a great morning....Great Job Safelite!!Thank You!

The day of my appointment the insurance had not approved the claim yet. The office employee called me, we worked it out, pleasant phone call. Technician arrives right on time. Then asks me if I can bring it to the shop because it is raining. When you fill out the form, it asks you if the vehicle can be inside. I selected no. The point of doing it at home is convenience, thats what you are paying for. It was raining all morning, so why wait until you arrive to ask me to bring it to the shop? Moral of the story is a big waste of time and no service ended up happening.

Took a little bit to get noticed when I walked in but when they did they were professional and courteous.

It was the worst experience. The people had no clue on what they were selling. They didnt have the windshield. I had to go to Brown County Glass. They knew what they were doing and had the windshield in stock. Will never go to Safelite again.

Paid $462.07 for my suv front mirror. They did a great job on replacing it. But they scratched my car on the side, you can legit see many straight black lines on my left side car and scratched mark on my side back. 🙃. Wish they are more careful and at least let me know they scratch my car.

I would have gave 5 stars but the person left my drivers door halfway closed so If I didnt come right away after he had finished my battery would of died.

I was very unhappy with their service. They had me leave vehicle out in driveway. It had rained that day earlier before he came to fix it. I had a little spider crack less than a dime size and wind Shield. Ive got back to a note saying that the the crack is fixed but it looks the same because there was too much moisture in crack. If there was no moisture in crack you should not have done it. Very unprofessional. Ive done cracks myself before and could barely see the crack after I was done. Now with the cement in there it cannot be fixed any better. Plus I found that they are way more expensive than other places. The only reason I done it there is because of insurance. No I had to get window replaced because it cannot be fixed.

After having my car vandalized and waiting almost a week for windshield replacement, I was fed some line about a warehouse issue and a need to reschedule. I thought it was suspicious that they didnt mention this during the call to confirm the appointment. I thought it was even more suspicious when I got a text later that day about the new appointment - something I hadnt received during the last appointment.I was also told that the crash wrap I applied in the meantime would be billed to my insurance. Turns out they hadnt even contacted my insurance and I found out day of that I was going to have to pay for the job in full. Never again, guys. Thanks.

Due to Covid19 I decided to have a Satellite Agent come to my home to replace my windshield. He did a excellent job! The process was quick and the gentlemen was very courteous.

Professional and literally the only place that has the ability to replace the type of glass I needed (without waiting a week to special order it) for a back windshield on an Audi A6.

The repair was quick. You can still see where it occurred but the important thing is it is not in the field off view and is not going to break further. Good job.

They fixed my windshield for a very reasonable price. The staff was all welcoming and free GOOD Keurig coffee in the waiting room. Any questions that I had asked were explained thoroughly to me in regular, nonautomotive terms! Absolutely recommend - not to mention they work fast too!

I had a small crack in the windshield of my vehicle that was repairable, so I made an online appointment with the Safelite location in Green Bay WI and was able to have it repaired on the same day in less than 20 minutes. The technician was polite and explained everything well to me, and I drove away confident that my windshield was no longer a danger to myself or my passengers. I highly recommend Safelite and will not hesitate to go there again if I need a windshield or window repaired or replaced.

Absolutely the WORST service here. Truly amazing. Rock chips still visible after repair. They damaged seal after windshield replacement and their solution is to caulk it!? It. Looks. Horrible! Wow!I wonder if Id receive the same kind of treatment if I had a fancy foreign high dollar automobile?Hell will freeze over before I ever do business here with any vehicle of mine. Ill be sure to alert any and all owner operators to NOT do business with this establishment. One negative review is stronger than a hundred positive reviews.

Great job on my old 1990 f250 especially for a Saturday, Larry the tech put my mind at ease on how the job was not going to be to bad. Also one of the gentleman in the office very personal and helpful with finding a new windshield wiper arm. Will be using the Safelite gang again, thanks for all your help.

I first used the guys in the little red trucks about 25 years ago. I didnt realize Safelite was the same company but the online quote was nearly $100 less than the other guy so I made the appointment. Who called to confirm? The guys in the little red trucks. Ive never had a problem with one of their repairs or replacements and they saved me a 60 mile drive by coming to me plus their prices are so reasonable. You cant argue with savings, convenience, and more than two decades of quality service!

We have our own shop Pamperin Auto Repair LLC and we have an account set up through safelite for doing windshields at our shop.

We got a tiny chip in the windshield of our new car it was smaller than a dime. I made an appointment for the of as they said one was available then so I waited around for a few hours then got a call stating they had no openings that day and it had to be done the next day. It got done but now we have this white spot thats gonna permanently in our windshield right on the drivers side in the middle which is highly annoying. Weve had other chips and cracks repaired by tri city glass not only were they about half the price but its always been clear and hard to find the repair unless you looked closely. The only reason I went with safelight was to get it done that day and I couldnt get through to tri city glass as something was wrong with their phones. So I ended up waiting about 2-3 hours the first day before they called to change the date I could have been doing errands that needed to be done instead, also paid almost double the cost to have a white annoying spot in our brand new 2020 car. Ill never go back to safelight.

We had our windsheild replaced on Friday the tech who came ...his name was James..was the most polite young man I have met. He explained what he was going to do and got to work. When he was done he explained everything he had done and made sure I understood..again so very polite..Safelite you should be proud of your employees..and hopefully reward them for their work they do for you . Very disappointed with my service. I had a minuscule chip in my windshield and even though I did not want to get it repaired I decided to do the right thing and get it fixed. When it was repaired they created another crack in the windshield which they did not tell me about. I had the last appointment of the evening and by the time I noticed when driving away it was to late to stop back. I went back right away the next day to talk to them about it and there is nothing they will do for me. Out of principle they should have told me the repair was not successful, not leave me to find the new crack on my own. End of story I am out $150 dollars for a windshield that is more damaged than when I initially brought it in.

Find a different glass repair shop I have my windshield replaced with a non-OEM windshield which burned my camera out for my directional in my car. The windshield should’ve been an OEM windshield to work with the safety features of my car. They do not follow through with their warranty. they would not stand behind it continued to tell me they calibrated and now they’re saying they never could don’t believe them find a new place it’s not worth going here.

Great place, great service...but the prices are WAY TOO HIGH. I paid over $100 to get a small ding (no other cracks) fixed.

Called them for a quote, they are almost $100 more than a quality, local place. Plus all the extra charges for disposal fee and extra to come to me for replacement... I hung up on the call.

Store manager Shaun provides excellent customer service, and applies maximum effort to make the service appointment pleasant. I do hope I never have to return to the store with windshield damage, but if I do it will certainly be to this location.
