I highly recommend this business. Walking in, you will receive excellent customer service, and you will find a vast and wide variety of gifts for whoever you have in mind. Gifts will range from an impressively large selection of different types of flowers, plants, balloons, and candy. Depending on what time of year you shop here, you will find different items in relation to the nearest holiday/event. I will certainly be coming back here in the future.

June 22nd or 23rd. My family and I were checking out different options for funeral arrangements because my grandmother had passed away several days before. First thing I noticed were half-dead hanging plants outside. We get inside and the two younger women were attempting to help us while another woman was working on displays. They needed help with some of our questions, so the woman who was working on displays, who must have been a more seasoned employee, came over to help us. We explained the situation, to which no offers of condolence were given by any of them, and then this more seasoned employee treated us as if she really had better things to be doing. She kept sighing as if helping us was excruciating. I then noticed my aunt crying, so I took her outside and asked her what was wrong? She then informed me that the woman who was working on displays, prior to coming to help some of us, was very rude to her. I then went back in the store and informed the rest of my family that were were done and leaving. Awful service. Zero stars if that were possible.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a great selection and quality of flowers, plants, candy, cards, and balloons. They deliver all over town too!

We have been customers of Flowerama for years and always found the service and flower quality to be exceptional. Today, however, we called to place an order for pickup and were told that the minimum purchase had to be $100. When my husband questioned why, he was told that it was the new managers policy and that there was nothing she could do about it. This new policy doesnt make any sense at all and, as a result, Flowerama has lost a steady customer. So disappointing and unfortunate.

Worse Valentine’s Day experience ever also some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentine’s Day four days in advance. I was never given a time window as to when they would be delivered. So I called them first thing in the morning person I spoke to said that she would look at the orders but they were extremely busy and would get back to me. I completely understood that she could not give me an answer right away but I was expecting her to get back to me as she stated. She never got back to me. So I then called an additional two times in which I was told that they were out for delivery never showed up. Called a final time two hours after I was told that they were out for delivery and I spoke to nice lady who said she was the manager who said that she would get back to me right away after she found out where they were as I told her that we are leaving so my wife is not going to get her flowers. 40 minutes later she still hasn’t called and as We am pulling out the driveway wouldn’t you know it’s delivery driver shows up with the flowers. So much for that nice surprise as I had to tell her that I had ordered her flowers but she won’t be getting them because we have to leave. On top of it all now we will be late for my sons wrestling meet.

I have been buying flowers here for birthdays and valentines day for at least 10 years.This is my favorite place in town to buy flowers. They have a beautiful selection and they make it so easy to shop for a guy. In and out with flowers in less than 5 minutes.Great staff. I highly recommend.

My husband ordered Valentines flowers on Monday before Valentines day & ordered me roses. Well, they were to be delivered the day before Valentines day & they came around 11:30 am, but I wasnt home so called the number on the card that blew off our door & told them I would be home after 5 p m. Said ok will deliver then. No show. So my husband called them on Valentines day & said I would be home in the morning from 9 to 10 or anytime after 4 PM. Again no flowers. He called the next day after Valentines day & said I never received the flowers & they said we had 300 some deliveries & were calling people to say they missed their delivery. However we NEVER received a call in 3 days. My husband said perhaps you should cut taking orders if you know you cant deliver. No responce.. .now waiting for credit. Told them we wont be using them ever again. Do not use this business. They dont care & customer service is null & void!

Jeremy and Anthony put together lovely bouquets and balloons for my grand opening of Sunrise on Main Boutique nearby. Their arrangements are exquisite! Friendly, helpful staff all around!

You guys did a wonderful job capturing the look of the picture I described (Vibrant Beauty on 1-800-Flowers). It is very elegant and sophisticated; and within budget- just like I asked. I worked in a flower shop a few years ago and I know how hard it can be to understand exactly what the customer wants. You guys did a great job!

You need to refund my fathers money for the flowers he purchased for me on Valentines Day but I never recieved! Your delivery driver never even bothered to knock on either of my homes doors, both me and my husband were home, we would have heard them! Instead this horrible employee you have stuck a door tag in the frame of my left garage door which is the side of my UNATTACHED garage that I dont even use! Seems to me that door tags are designed to be hung on door knobs! I recieved no calls and definitely wasnt sent a voice or text message! Those would have been the first flowers Ive ever recieved from my father who is now dying of ALS!!! Completely despicable conduct by your driver!!! And by the way my name is Tracy Keehan, so apparently the driver isnt the only incompetent employee you have since you werent even given an accurate message!!!

Called & emailed to check and possibly order flowers for my wedding, took weeks to get an answer at the end the owner said he was not going to WASTE his time giving me an estimate without me signing a contact saying I’d purchase from them first. Very rude and unprofessional

The same day bouquet was not only NOT delivered but they said they wouldnt be able to deliver it until the end of day the following day. Look elsewhere if you want quality or on time delivery.

This is Jons wife, Jenny Evenson-McAvoy posting today :D ~~~~OMGoodness is all I can say...what a blessing Jeremy@Flowerama in GB was today!!! I realized mid-afternoon while making an appointment, that it is actually my moms 70th birthday today!! I called Flowerama, cuz it is my FAVORITE flower shop around... (Im ALWAYS recommending them...prices are great, gorgeous long lasting flowers, cute shop selections and wonderful customer service!) Anyway, I call at nearly 3:30 and he tells me I missed their delivery drivers by 15 minutes. I sigh, as Im 40 minutes away from my parents home & out-loud wonder who will be able to deliver flowers late in the day for my mom. Jeremy asks the location for the delivery...then OFFERS TO DELIVER THEM HIMSELF, stating he could do it on his way home to Sturgeon Bay!! Im floored by his kindness and so extremely thankful...wow, how does a store rate any better than this??? Thanks again!

I get all my flowers from here for every special event. I always feel welcomed and the staff is always willing to help out and answer my questions.

I recently purchased a corsage and boutonnière from Flowerama. When I saw the final product I thought it was a joke. The boutonnière was only rose, in which was browning, and 3 tiny pieces of babys breath incorporated. The boutonnière was &11.99 and was worth maybe $5.99. The corsage was 3 tiny roses with a few pieces of babys breath. There was some ribbon incorporated on it along with a few jewels but for $24.99, NOT worth it. If I would have picked up the corsage and boutoineer I would have left empty handed and not paid $40 for what they considered a corsage and boutonnière. Would NOT recommend!!

A little pricey, but much better quality than Walmart, picknsave, etc
