Professional, prompt and quality. In spite of all the shortages going on my flagpole was installed inside of the predicted lead time. It looks great and is obviously a great buy. Pricing is also very competitive.

They relocated a pole I had put in several years ago. They did an excellent job. The guys were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

Make sure you get the fine print on your poles warranty. My original transaction/experience with the company was great. The owner came out and did the install and was very personable. A year later my pole had damage. I reached out remembering I was told and if anything happens your pole has a warranty. I reached out by email with a photo of the damage and a gal responded that it would indeed be covered by warranty. So I just needed to remove the pole, bring it to them and then pay shipping to get it fixed. I was rather irritated by that considering none of those things were included in the conversation about our warranty. I dont know that I find the details of the warranty that ridiculous but it is bothersome they arent more up front about this to begin with. I dont have a means of pulling it out or bringing it to them - I explained that but she didnt seem to care. One would think they might go above and beyond and come get the pole especially being as they dont make the details of their warranty known information. She didnt offer and by that point I was a bit put off by the interaction from her. When I replace the pole I wont think twice about just purchasing at Menards or online as buying from and supporting a local business didnt do us any good.

Fly Me Flag did a wonderful job on my flagpole purchase/install project. I also thought the cost was fair and loved supporting local vs buying online, glad I did because the quality is fantastic!

High quality flags and super affordable! We are so pleased with the flag that Fly Me Flag custom designed and made for us. They are super knowledgeable when it comes to appropriate sized flags for the pole, creating the design, adjusting the design to perfection, and making the flag in a reasonable amount of time. Their new store is so bright, colorful, clean and beautiful! They have a great selection of things in the store that fly in the wind. The owners are very friendly and helpful and you can see they take great pride in their store and what they do. We bought our flag in 2/2020 and cant say enough about our flag that is actually flying in their old location they just moved out of. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! The office staff was great and the owner who installed was awesome. Everyone was very friendly and attentive to our questions and needs. The entire experience was extremely wonderful! Fantastic products and customer service! There was an error on our part when ordering new pulldowns for our historic downtown last year. Even though it had been well over a year since the order, Stacey went above and beyond to see if they could be altered to meet the correct specifications!! On top of researching options to fix our error, she offered a discount if we decided to order pulldowns in the correct size!! Our new pulldowns look fantastic and we are SO grateful for the care they gave us!

I have been going to Fly Me Flag Company for years. They have never failed me in terms of supplying the right quality product I’m looking for at a reasonable price, And with the utmost of customer service.As a former member of a Police Honor Guard for over a quarter century, I take my flags seriously; both in protocol and quality. I have been extremely impressed with the selection and quality of US & WI flags. I’ve never failed to be able to find what I need here. I have personally flown two United States flags on my home over the past 10+ years.… Both purchased at Fly Me Flag. The first lasted nearly 7 years before it required replacement due to deterioration of the material. The second is still in very good condition. During that same time . I flew an accompanying Germany flag next to it. Each of those lasted approximately 4 to 5 years before needing replacement (due to color fade). Since all of these flags or exposed to the outside elements 24/7, in my book that’s top notch durability quality.As a private citizen with many close friendships developed internationally, I have also been exceptionally pleased with their selection, or ability to obtain, international flags of different sizes and quality. In fact, today my daughter and I went there to purchase some American and Wisconsin flags for some of her international friends at college who are now returning home. We also purchased a number of desktop flags as well.As a customer, I have always been treated with the upmost respect, and with obvious enthusiasm that I had chose this store to shop at. I have never seen anything shy of either professional or friendly interaction between staff members at the store; today included. I’ve also never encountered anything that would lead me to believe that there was any issues between employees and/or management. Staff interaction has always appeared to be amicable, and created a comfortable atmosphere for me to shop and do business in. That said, even if there were, that is an internal matter, not a customer service issue. I look to My online reviews for customer related scores and comments...not “axe-to-grind” activist-like chatter. Enough said,. I digress.Fly Me flag Company is my primary and near exclusive source for flag and banner purchases that require any long term durable level of quality workmanship. Nice place....good selection.....BUT WATCH THEIR HOURS ....we went to Green Bay from Appleton specifically to go here.....and they were CLOSED -- no weekend hours from Jan - April....would be nice if they update their website!!!!!

Do you want to patronize a business who treats their employees terrible? I know I dont. Treatment of employees is only one of the many things that have gone downhill since George & Terry sold it. Sad to see a local business deteriorate but I will not step foot in the doors of Fly Me Flag while they are under current ownership.
