Just picked up my boat /motor after the brake in period fluid change. Ted was very helpful, ill be back.Only downside was there was oil splattered on the back of all my new boat seats. Gear lube or oil? Not sure

Great place! We had MANY questions about our 2012 Lance slide- in truck camper. Ted was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of them. He made us feel like we were the only customers there...even though they very busy. He also showed us products that we were interested in, but there was no pressure from him to buy from them.

We had a great experionce with Bayside Outdoors. We needed a few items repaired on our travel trailer. The service manager Ted was very helpful and understanding, he was able to get us the parts we needed and get the work performed in a timely manor. We are always happy with Bayside Outdoors, I would recommend them anytime.

We travel in a motor home for approximately 5 months each summer and many times it is necessary to find a specialist for repair. Ted at Bayside Outdoors was our man of the hour. We had Aqua Hot problems, called Bayside and Ted went over and above giving us the help we needed early the following day. Ted was knowledgeable, efficient, and very professional while allowing me to watch, answer all my questions with great patients. I would highly recommend Bayside Outdoors!

We are on a two month road trip with our Georgie Boy Pursuit and developed a problem with one electrical circuit not working. Randomly picked, or providentially picked, Bayside Outdoors and am so thankful we did. Tim and Todd worked together and found the problem that could have very easily caused a fire if left undetected. What an unbelievable experience. My wife and I just purchased our first camper, and from the first time we walked up we were never judged, pushed, or ignored.This was our first stop when looking around for our outdoor entertainment. We knew what we were looking for kinda, and told them what our requirements were. They showed us around gave some advice, and let us be. We did go to other dealers in the area, and did not find the same treatment, knowledge or patients. Telling other dealer what our requirements are, we were told they didnt have anything like that or go on the other side of the dealer and look there. After 4 different dealers we found our selves back at Bayside outdoors.With the help from Steve We went back to the original camper he showed us and asked more questions. We did not feel like we were being pushed, or that we were wasting their time. They Answered all questions we had, gave us space to talk and think. This took us into there after hours. Never did they check the clocks or push us out.After the paper work, they showed us how to use everything step by step. They must have know we were out of our realm, Even after the money portion was completed, and it was after closing time, they still worked with us, showing us all the cool things on our new rig!Highly recommended!Will go here for any future needs or desires. Took my 2012 Can Am Commander 1000x for complete service work meaning set valves, oil and filter change, grease all shafts and joints. When in they replaced right rear wheel bearing. Picked up and put 19 miles on and lost rear drive shaft because rear joint was not greased and universal joint broke after towing it back to my camper. Jacked it up to pull off rest of broken rear drive shaft and noticed right rear tire very loose. Found out right rear wheel bearing the supposedly replace was coincidentally worn out again after 19 miles took it back to them because they told me they would make it right for me but now want to charge me for their mistake. I own my own business and every business with employees make mistakes that the company must make take responsibility for.

Parts prices are good enough. Do your own labor or take your ride somewhere else for the repairs. Shop work is crap.

We purchased 3 (three) TGB mopeds from Bayside Motorsports & Cycle. These mopeds included the owners recommended after-market enhanced mufflers, which we were told proudly by Charlie, that they were their own design.We had to have 11 (eleven) muffler replacements over a one and one half year period on all 3 mopeds. Two of the mufflers broke and fell off on the road while riding! Although they did not charge me for any of these 11 muffler replacements, we did loose repeated use of the mopeds during replacements. Finally had enough and was in the process of filing litigation against this company, when they offered to re-install the stock mufflers and refund the extra selling price they had originally charged me for these enhanced mufflers. They replaced all three mufflers with stock mufflers, but, not only was one an old rusty embarrassing muffler but they refused to refund the extra sales tax they had charged based on the explanation that we can not get that back from anyone so we wont refund it to you either!A few years after, one of the engines failed prematurely... most likely due to these after market mufflers not being compatible with the engine I suspect. When they came to pick up my stated orange moped from the driveway, which I told them also had the key in it for them, they picked up the black moped instead!I was quoted around $500 to fix the engine problem but upon picking up the moped, they presented a bill for over $900. The service persons record was hand-written that the service manager at Bayside Motorsports called me and said they got authorization from me for the increased repair cost! None of the discussions I had with this person included an increase from the quote. The only repeated discussions were about why the moped was not yet done! Week after week went by, while I lost 6 weeks of the summer without the moped.Bayside Motorsports kept stating that they were waiting for parts, lost mechanic(s) that quit and week after week said it would be done... but every excuse proved to be false. Of course the $900 bill was disputed as I had not authorized any additional charge. They honored the quoted price, as would be appropriate. For that I thought this might possibly be a good company after all. After leaving, I was still quite disturbed that records were falsified and that this person and company would attempt such a deceptive action.And now... the following summer... one of the 3 mopeds needs service work and upon calling to schedule, the service person states that they will not work on my mopeds any longer! I was told that the owner, Charlie, put a note in the system! Coincidentally the same person that I was patient with and was responsible for the 11 failed mufflers.Hence, I want to warn other potential customers of the years of problems associated with Bayside Motorsports. We were going to purchase the 3 mopeds from Team Motorsports and really wish that we had.Bayside Motorsports is great in selling the moped etc to you, but, after that, they fall apart in performance repeatedly.Objectively, based on all experiences after the initial purchases, none of us have anything positive to say about Bayside Motorsports & Cycle. It has been an amazingly negative experience from start to finish.There are many good businesses to purchase this type of equipment from in this area.Bayside Motorsports & Cycle is not one of them.

Small business that always seems to have the parts I need for my Powersport toys (400EX, VFR800). Hours allow the ability to do buisness after work and staff is always friendly.
