I love this place, but they have very few fat sizes on campus. I didnt find anything bigger than a 3XL and only in a few kinds of tops. They sell everything you could need here regarding school supplies, and the service was very kind. Look out for their clearance items, they are great.

I got my books on time, I did not have to wait long for my books. The staff were friendly and gave me a receipt to show me how much I spent on each book and which classes required a textbook and which did not.

Very nice employees but their return policy is close to a scam. Even if the book is fully wrapped, in original condition (never used), you cant return it. So basically if you show up to class and your instructor says you will never actually be using the book, you just wasted your money. They offered me $5 to buy back a book, just so they can sell it at the original price to someone else. I guess thats college, but honestly just save yourself money and buy off amazon or ebay

If you enjoy being completely ripped off every year on books, its for you otherwise might as well buy and sell online. 12$ for books I spent around 750 for... pathetic.

This is only for the bookstore. NWTC itself is great. The bookstore has ridiculously poor service. The first time I got my books, they gave me an online book, which would have been fine if the activation and set up wotked correctlyWhem my emails werwnt returned, I went directly to the store and the manager had the nerve to say it was my fault and I must be doing something wrong and almost flat out said i was stupid. Turned out that THEY were wrong about how to do it. The second time I went, the gave me duplicate books and skipped some of my required materials. When I noticed, I had to go back and get the correct things.

The staff at the book store is very helpful especially if you are concerned with purchasing the wrong book or a duplicate order they can also assist you in finding other facilities that might have the text you need at a reasonable price if they do not have that particular book in stock.
