Bought a pair of work shoes from the boot truck that where shot within 6 months and they would not let me exchange them for a new pair as I was out of their 6 month replacement window when I went to go exchange them. Very disappointed with the customer service..

Young lady sized me which Ive never done before and suggested a few styles. Left with boots, oil and insoles which have my feet feeling better already. Spent a pretty penny but Buddy said his lasted him 3 years. Overall great experience.

Stopped in yesterday to get new boots with hubby, the young gal was so helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to bounce between us and another gentleman with ease. Answered all questions and made us feel welcomed and secure with his boot choice. Other guy had problems with having his size in stock but she never made him feel discouraged and was nothing but helpful. A++

If not familiar with Red Wings I recommend stopping and working with Briana. Shes fast, friendly, had answers for all my questions and she knows the products so youll feel comfortable giving her all your money because these are not cheap boots.

Bought nice expensive work boots here. Had a seam blow out after only 9 months. They told me the boots were abused and not covered by the warranty. Made no effort to correct the problem. I will be shopping with a different store from now on.Update: after contacting Red Wing Boots corporate customer service I was sent a free shipping label to send the boots for warranty inspection. The boots where replaced with a brand new pair 10 days later. Very good company. To bad I can get the same service at my local store.

The guy who is the manager here is the most caring and knowledgeable person I have met in any store ever. He treats the customers like royalty and doesnt hesitate to do anything for you.
