This was my first wedding dress appointment and I was so thankful to have Tess as my consultant. She really took into account what I liked (as picky as I am). She was pulling amazing choices based on my feedback but unfortunately I did not find the one for me. I was also extremely impressed with how fast she was able to get me in and out of gowns and she clipped so well that I could still see my figure in a dress that was 6 sizes too big. I would absolutely recommend Tie the Knot to any future bride as I had a fantastic experience and my nerves were settled very quickly. Thank you again Tess!

She took a look at some of my inspiration images, and picked which dress I should try on first. 10/10 highly recommend Tie the Knot in Green Bay. We had such an amazing time finding the right dress and they were so good at helping navigate through that process. They also helped me find a color for my bridesmaids as I found it in a picture on Pinterest and could not for the life of me figure out what color or designer it came from. We found the steel blue color and all the girls looked stunning in their dresses. Highly recommend working with Tess – she was amazing and remembered both my sister (who also got her dress from here) every time we walked in the store.

Tie the Knot was my first bridal boutique experience. I can not rave enough about Tess. She made me feel confident and like a princess in every dress I tried on. She was great at her job and I couldn’t ask for a better experience and consultant. Ultimately, I ended up finding my dream dress at a different boutique. Kara and Tess were both amazing! This is the first place I tried on wedding dresses. Kara was SO sweet and listened to my vision and totally nailed it! I tried on all the different fits just to be sure a fit and flare was my favorite. The selection was absolutely stunning. I found my dress - but wanted to sleep on it and make a decision after thinking it over (I didnt want the dreaded dress regret). I went in to try on dresses for the first time and had the best experience ever. Tess worked with me, listened to me, and made the day so much fun. She was tentative, but also knew when to step back and give me, my mom and friends privacy so we could discuss openly. She was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She gave me her professional advice without pushing an opinion. She listened to my budget and did not go over. I felt that she truly cared about me and making me feel beautiful for my special day. Ultimately, I was interested in seperates, which Tie the Knot does not carry. Unfortunately I ended up buying my dress elsewhere however I WISH I could have given Tie the Knot my business. The store that I ended up purchasing from was unprofessional, un-knowledgeable, and overall just a worse experience. I actually ended up purchasing the dress myself online because I was so discouraged with the service I received. Wedding Dress: Tie the Knot; Green Bay, WI. When first was looking for my dress it was stressful especially during a pandemic however Tie the Knot worked well with accommodating all my needs. In the end I found the most beautiful dress.

While the dress in the picture isnt the dress we said yes to everyone should know the choices, atmosphere, and MELISSA are the best! She really made the experience. The store is bright and cheerful and well stocked. A Lovely calm space, we were very pleased to find just what Kate wanted.

Was looking for a cocktail or formal black tie dress. This is mainly, wedding, bridesmaids and mothers dresses. Nice place just not what I needed.Very busy make an appointment.

Very accomodating. We were able to browse the racks. Our bride was not rushed & she was able to try on a variety of dresses. Only draw back is getting shuffled back & forth from waiting room to private dressing room. However, it did give the bride some privacy. Which was a draw back from one place we stopped at. Nice people. We didnt say yes to the dress yet but we found one that is definitely being considered. Be sure to book your appointment before shopping!

I highly recommend tie the knot! The vibe from the minute I walked in the door was different than every other bridal shop! Every dress they have is just beautiful! I worked with Renee and she was amazing! She was very accommodating and went above and beyond my expectations! We realize a lot of place require appointments but their website says appointments recommended. We decided to stop to only look at on the rack Mother of the bride dresses. We were greeted by a yell across the room asking us if we had an appointment. We said no - we only wanted to see what they had on the rack. The girl was extremely rude chastising us. There was one bride in the store with 2 other people so the store was not busy. This was by far the worst shopping g experience I have ever experienced. My daughter still mentioned days later how shocking it was which made me to decide to write this review. The owners should be aware of how their customers are treated. Even with limited places in Green Bay that offer dresses for these occasions, I would never shop there again.

We are having a garden wedding and wanted something appropriate. She gave me several to try on. I had an amazing experience at tie the knot! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The dresses my bridal consultant pulled were all in my budget and were the ones i had picked out prior to coming! She even pulled some she thought i would like, and in the end it was one of the dresses i chose! We paid a little extra to have my dress stored and cleaned and it looks perfect.

I wish it were possible to give a 10 star review, because honestly that is what this place deserves!I had 3 bridal appointments in the Green Bay area in one day and I am so grateful that I started (and ended) my day at Tie the Knot, because it was the ONLY enjoyable experience! Ashley took the time to call me ahead of my appointment to ask about my vision, budget, wedding, etc. so that we could dive right in at my appointment. She was SO personable, I felt like I was shopping with a friend. She made me feel so comfortable in the dressing room (which lets be honest, is an awkward situation), she gave phenomenal input into the dresses and pointed out things I didnt think of, like which dresses would have pricier alterations and why, she was so patient with me and my guests, respected my tight budget without comment, was so attentive, and was just overall enjoyable to work with!10/10 recommend! If you are shopping in the Green Bay area, this is genuinely the only worthwhile stop! Not to mention, their dresses are stunning!

Tie the Knot was excellent! I had gone to 1 other shop, and comparatively all of their dresses were 10x more gorgeous. They are pricier, but the quality and designs make it worth the cost. I loved so many of them, and could try on a wide variety even though I am more plus size. I ended up putting a deposit on a dress that I liked quite a bit on my first visit, but that night I ended up having second thoughts on it. I went in the next day, and since they hadnt placed the order from the designer yet we were able to hold on ordering it. The next day I had an appointment with a different consultant and ended up finding the PERFECT dress that she pulled from the back that they had just gotten in. It is amazing, and I am so thankful that Tie the Knot was so kind to me when I got cold-feet on the first dress and came in crying. Thank you to all the ladies there, and especially to Whitney who was so sweet to me in all my emotional states and pulled THE dress!!

Do not order dresses from this establishment. They are unable to work with their designers to get dresses even when ordered almost 6 months in advance. Terrible customer service as well.

I had a wonderful experience with Tie the Knot Bridal Boutique from finding my dress to also planning my honeymoon! Debbie was my consultant and she helped me to pick out the perfect dress. She was very patient and great at pointing out different aspects of each dress that I would not have noticed. I also never felt pressured to buy the dress right away (like I had felt at other stores). They were also able to accommodate my mom, mother-in-law and two bridesmaids. THANK YOU, DEBBIE!!I would recommend talking with Brenda if you are hoping to book a honeymoon through Sandals as she is also a travel agent. My husband and I communicated with Brenda via e-mail as we live out of state and she was able to provide us with all of the information on Sandals resorts and we booked our honeymoon through her. She made it so easy and stress free which was one less thing for us to worry about while wedding planning. Oh and not to mention all of her recommendations were spot-on and we had the best time EVER! THANK YOU, BRENDA!!

I recommend Tie the Knot every chance I get. Brenda and her staff are great especially Debbie, who was extremely kind, patient, and helpful. She was actually the one who picked out the gown I ended up choosing. She suggested I try it on even though I dismissed it, saying she thought it was going to look great with my complexion. She hit the nail on the head, I knew the moment I put it on that was “my dress.” My whole process there was smooth and stress free!

We were on our third day of shopping for the perfect wedding dress for my daughter, Alex. We first stopped in Appleton and spent two hours trying on dresses that she liked. We had a couple hours until an appointment at another bridal shop in Appleton. So, we drove to Green Bay and walked into Tie The Knot. We were immediately greeted by very friendly staff inquiring on if we had an appointment. We said that we did not, but that we were from out of town and would it be okay to just look around. . . We immediately found a dress that we wanted Alex to try on. We approached Whitney who graciously infomed us that the large rooms were not available, but Alex could go into a small changing room while Whitney waited for her next appointment. Alex was able to try on two dresses, while Whitney tuning in to Alexs style said, I have one in mind if you would like to wait for me to bring it from a room. She brought it over, Alex put it on, and we all immediately knew from the smile on her face and the tears in her eyes that this was The dress!! Thank you Whitney and Tie the Knot for being so gracious and accommodating. Your selection of bridal gowns was amazing, and we will highly recommend you to any future bride. The champagne was delicious, and Alex appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine. Thank you again, Whitney. . . Without your input, Alex probably would have gotten married in a dress she liked rather than the dress she loved! Well worth the two hour drive. 💞

I went shopping for my wedding dress here and worked with Whitney. Whitney was absolutely amazing. She gave me time at the beginning of my appointment to search through the racks for dresses I liked, and also helped find dresses that fit what I was looking for. She even encouraged me to try on dresses I didn’t think I’d like but she had a good eye for what would look good on me. I was super self conscious to try on dresses since I’m plus sized, but Whitney made me feel comfortable and listened to what I wanted in a dress. (I did purchase a dress from Tie the Knot during my appointment, but I then later purchased and wore another dress I had found online before shopping at Tie the Knot. Tie the Knot was still an amazing experience for me and I’ll always recommend them.) Whitney also helped us with all of my bridesmaids dresses. All of my bridesmaids had a different style dress within the same color, and Whitney helped pick out styles that would flatter my bridesmaids the most and helped find sizes and everything. Whitney also helped my mom pick out her MOB dress and it was gorgeous! Their prices were great, the quality of their dresses are fantastic, and Whitney was amazing.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience here! My stylist (Tess) was absolutely AMAZING! She found great dresses to try, she gave a ton of ideas on how to tweak the dress to make it your absolute dream dress. The dressing rooms are huge and you feel like a princess just trying on gowns in them. This was my first stop, and I did not want to buy the first dress I tried. Tess could tell I was in love with it so she offered to put it on hold for a few days while I went and looked around other places. I went back to get the dress I loved. The whole experience was stress-free, no pressure to buy, the stylist was not trying to sell, she was just there to help you find what you were looking for.

Although I ultimately didn’t end up getting my dress from Tie the Knot, I could not say enough good things about my experience here. Tess was absolutely amazing throughout my entire appointment. She was so easy going and really understood what I was looking for without bringing out anything that was over my budget. They have gorgeous dresses and I thought the prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend shopping here.

Oh my goodness...I cannot say enough positive things about Tie the Knot Bridal!! I scheduled an appointment with my wedding only 4 months away. Ashley assured me that we could find a dress and that I could purchase off the rack if needed. I arrived late to my appointment but they still accommodated me with the time left. Tessa made my first experience with trying on wedding dresses a blast and easy! I was very nervous that I wasn’t going to find anything that I felt comfortable in, but Tessa did a great job listening to me and helping me through the process. She was hilarious, professional, and very easy going. The store is smaller, but the fitting rooms are very large and the store is very clean and organized overall. This store was my first stop with trying on bridal gowns and I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way!

Tie the Knot has been simply amazing. In February, my mom and I went into the store for our first look at wedding dresses. Literally 45 minutes later, I had found my dress. This process was a cake-walk because my consultant Melissa was so knowledgeable, intuitive and genuinely dedicated to helping me through this big step.This past week I brought in a group of my nearest and dearest to see my dress. Everyone at Tie the Knot made us feel welcomed and made the experience truly lovely.This weekend I did have a little panic moment about my dress. I called the shop and they were able to fit me in the same day to try on the dress again. I was stressed to say the least. Melissa just happened to be working and she totally alleviated all of my stress and concerns. I am so grateful she was there to walk me through this process. Thanks a million Melissa!

Recently I had my first Bridal appointment and wanted to start at Tie The Knot. I had heard great things from my friends who had purchased their dresses from this store as well, and was very excited to attend. My experience blew away any expectations I had. Melissa was my consultant, and she was PHENOMENAL!!! She was so attentive, and really got to know me and each of my guests. She asked questions about my fiance, my little Corgi puppy at home, and each guest, and by the end of the appointment she felt like family. She listened to what I wanted, what my entourage wanted (cant get enough of that Fat Bling!), and was the perfect middle man to find the perfect pieces to combine. The store was very clean and beautifully displayed, the prices couldnt be beat, and the overall atmosphere was fun and energetic. Everyone working seemed to love their job and that made the shopping experience even better. Melissa even arranged to squeeze me in the very next day in-between appointments, after I had said YES to my dress the first day! so I could show one of my bridesmaids who wasnt yet in town. That went above and beyond anything I could have asked for of a consultant, and it made my appointment so much more special knowing they wanted me to have everything I wanted. We had a wonderful experience finding a wedding dress for my sister this past weekend at Tie the Knot. It was the 1st store we went to and Whitney was so helpful and friendly. She even pulled 2 more dresses for my sister to try on from the back. We ended up going to a few more stores but werent able to find a dress my sister liked as much as the one at Tie the Knot. We ended up going back 30 min before they closed. Whitney was not available so we worked with another lady (cant remember her name) and she pulled my sisters faves from earlier that day and a few more new dresses and let my sister try them all on again. She ended up going with the 1st dress she tried on that day. They gave us champagne to celebrate and a bottle of wine! We had the best customer service and shopping experience at Tie the Knot. Way better than any of the other stores we went to.

It was the first store I went to to look for dresses. Debbie was the consultant helping us. I had 5 people (moms and bridesmaids) and she said “they can sit on the couch while we go look at dresses. It’s hard to bring a big group along. Everyone wants to help.” She seemed annoyed that I brought so many people with me. I was a little surprised because I wanted their help picking out dresses as I wasn’t sure what I wanted at the time. We picked out a few dresses and tried them on. I thought that was the fun of the whole process?I only had a strapless black bra and I didn’t know what undergarments to wear and she said, “oh, and a black bra?” And seemed upset. This is my first time looking for a dress!! I don’t know! I didn’t have a white one!My family tried picking out dresses and she would say, “that’s not going to fit.” Or, “let’s let her (meaning me) pick out the dresses”. I just felt that I wasn’t treated appropriately and two of my bridesmaids even said, “I didn’t want to get off the couch because I felt like I would get yelled at!”I did have another appointment at David’s bridal an hour and a half after the start of my appointment and I was told “that’s not enough time”. I understand, but not doing this ever before I had no idea how long it would take. My appointment time at David’s was 1.5 hours, so I thought that would be perfect. I had two dresses in mind when I left, but my experience didn’t really make me excited to go back there. I felt embarrassed that my family and friends were treated like that. I went to David’s and had just an amazing experience and purchased a dress from there.I received an email from Debbie a few days later saying that she wished we had more time and to contact her if I was still interested in any of the dresses. Thanks, but no thanks.

I went in to look for bridesmaid dresses with 8 girls and try my dress on in front of everyone for the first time and it couldn’t have gone any better. Kara helped me look through tons of colors, styles, and answered any questions that I had! She was helpful, patient, and so nice and friendly to my whole group. I visited Tie the Knot Bridal Boutique with my mom and sister and we had a great experience with Whitney. She explained the process really well and let us search through the selection of dresses and pick out several to try on. They have a very nice viewing area with seating for family and friends. Its too bad you can only pick the one once! We had fun!

Tess was AMAZING!!! I went in thinking I knew what dress I wanted and said I wanted to see if anything could beat it. Tess listened to everything I said, helped me stay under budget and pulled some gorgeous dresses. She was able to talk through each one, help with how they could be altered and about what the dress would cost. When the front runner went back on, she was there with me when I said YES! We worked with a young lady named Melissa on Feb 16th. I couldnt have been more happy with her and my daughters experience at their shop. She was professional, very sweet, and very patient with us. It didnt take to long and my daughter found her perfect wedding dress! I highly recommend this shop. All the ladies we met there were very nice! I had a great experience at Tie the Knot. I had been to two other stores prior to this one, including Davids Bridal. I have to say that the dresses at Tie the Knot are so beautiful, and I believe they have the best dresses in town! I thought I had found the one at Davids Bridal, but I was having second thoughts. I thought I would try out this place, and Im so glad I did! The service was great, and Tess was an awesome consultant. I am so in love with my dress, and I cant wait to get married in it!

I had heard such positive things about Tie the Knot so I was very disappointed with my experience. Debbie was my consultant. As soon as I got there with my party, I had told her there was one dress I was potentially considering and her first response was “well why are you here?” I said I wanted to still keep looking. I felt that I was written off as soon as I walked in. She showed me where sizes were located and then left me to it on my own. I was uncomfortable in the dressing room with her and it was silent. I had found one dress that was quite a contender with the other dress. When I had tried it on her response was “we finally have a happy bride”. I had asked to try on a veil and to please just pick any one out. She insisted I pick it out. At that point I was checked out and left feeling bad and my party was not impressed either. I chose to go back to the first dress which came from Bridal Elegance in Kaukauna. Needless to say, Bridal Elegance was amazing and I would highly recommend them but definitely not Tie the Knot.

So impressed with great service! Found my dress online and walked in with no appointment and said if you have time Id like to try on this ONE dress, no problem at all. Tried it on and instantly knew it was the one!! Said YES!

First let me say I did not buy my final dress from Tie the Knot.The reason is the same for the loss of star. Their dresses were double the price of other stores that I went to. Expect to pay around $1000 for a dress. This being said... this store is a MUST VISIT. Professional friendly staff, this was a perfect first stop. Very laid back and FUN FUN FUN. The experience was to die for at Tie the Knot and my helper (Whitney) was AMAZING. I would recommend at least trying on dresses here even if you dont end up buying!

After being at EIGHT bridal shops I found my dress here! Melissa was great and helped with any questions and help me say yes to the dress! Being a plus size bride I was starting to get overwhelmed. From consultants not listening to what I wanted and what I was planning. Definitely recommend Tie the Knot Bridal to all!!

I cannot say enough good about Tie The Knot Bridal-the girls are super helpful and the owner is simply amazing! After my major melt down of going dress shopping, this place came to my rescue and helped me find my stunning wedding dress, the dress every little girl dreams of and I couldnt be more happy. I cant say enough good things about this place and its staff! Ashley made the experience so special for me and my family. I liked that shopping was a combination of pulling my own dresses off the rack, and then when Ashley got a feel for what I liked she pulled a few more. She ended up picking out the one I said yes to in the end!

Got my dress here a couple of weeks ago. I loved that I got my dress, but I wanted to try on more. I could tell my stylist was annoyed with my family and I because I wanted to try on more dresses- even though we weren’t even there for an hour. I’m glad I found my dress, but there were still I a few I wanted to try. I even suggested to my stylist that my mom could help me try on the dresses if she was really that bothered. As fun as it was, I just wish I got to try on more to fully confirm what I thought about my dress

Horrible experience. Consultant insisted I could only wear 2 of the MOB dresses there. Im petite, short, 5 ft. But not over weight. Avearge weight for my 5ft stature. Consultant insisted I had to wear something empire waisted and not fitted. The consultant was tall and thin. My daughter, the bride was infuriated. We left. Went to Lady Savannah and found amazing dresses. Staff was wonderful. I found a fitted classy elegant dresses. Its stunning. I was told by the staff I could wear what I wanted. I will never suggest Tie the Knot. But I will send ladies to Lady Savannah. I look amazing in my fitted flare dress. MB

Avoid this place. Rude and dismissive; zero customer service skills.My friend is getting married this summer and we had an appointment today to look at bridesmaid dresses. Upon walking in, we were greeted rudely. The salesgirl, an unfriendly, unhelpful person, simply led us to the back, told us to look, and disappeared. We did. The selection was paltry, the samples were dirty, and they were all size 12 or smaller. We chose a few dresses and proceeded to try them on. No one came to help or offer suggestions until we had already redressed and asked if they had other sizes available. The salesgirl advised that we should use our imagination. Although there were four employees and the store was empty, they completely ignored us. When asked if it was customary to leave groups of potential customers to fend for themselves, the girl stated that most people prefer to be completely ignored. We ultimately left within 30 minutes.

This bridal shop has a very limited selection of wedding dresses over size 12. I had very few options as I am that size. My first experience in the shop, i had a very rude and demeaning consultant. I went back a second time to complain and return my dress. I was able to work with another consultant, who was much more pleasant and helpful. She was ultimately able to help me find a new dress I was happy with.

The owner was very helpful and stayed late on a Friday night so I could try on some dresses. The store was very nice and had some beautiful dresses. Nice spacious room to try on dresses. Friendly Service, great place to look for you dress!

Very unprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled at 11, and no one helped me until 11:15. The consultant never told me her name, never asked my budget, didnt ask the main things I was looking for in a dress. Once I told her what I was looking for, she pulled dresses that didnt really fit that description. The dresses I had pulled on my own she said that doesnt fit what you say youre looking for, so we wont even waste our time trying them on. Once I found one dress I liked, she was very pushy with trying to make a sale, even after I said I dont like to rush into buying. They have a lot of beautiful gowns, but the service did not make me want to buy from them. I couldnt wait to get out of there.

Very helpful and after stopping at 5 or 6 other stores she found the best one and we bought it! Highly reccommend.

Tie the Knot has gone above and beyond anything I could have asked for when shopping for my wedding dress. I am originally from the area but currently live in Chicago. I went shopping many times in the city with no luck and to satisfy my bridesmaids from back home I agreed to go look at dresses from Tie the Knot, I was completely blown away with this little shop. They had the most beautiful selection of dresses compared to any boutiques Id visited, the staff was kind and honestly excited to help me find my dress, it was a totally different experience from anywhere else! Being from out of town Brenda has been so flexible with me and has made everything stress free, I cannot thank them enough. In addition we ordered our bridesmaid dresses from them and it was the same service, each of my bridesmaids felt special and left feeling confident that the dresses would be stunning. I HIGHLY recommend going here if you want your say yes to the dress moment!

I love everything about Tie The Knot! The quality and variety of styles was perfect! I found the dress of my dreams and the experience as a whole was perfect!

Debbie was kind and patient with helping me find the perfect dress. She even stayed a little later then she was supposed to to help me with my dress. So glad I had Debbie as my consultant for my dress. Love all the options they had with wedding dresses. Overall a very good experience. Side note: if you are planning on bridesmaid dress shopping there, their sample dresses are VERY small so if you are bigger than a size 6, it will be hard to find a dress in the style you want. My one bridesmaid is a size 2 and could try all the bridesmaid dresses on, but my other bridesmaid with a bigger bust who is around a size 6 (in regular clothes) couldnt try any dresses on that I was interested in. I found it inconvenient which made me not interested in their dresses since I couldnt see how a dress would look on all my bridesmaids.

The gowns here were too expensive for my budget, and many of the sample sizes were too large (Im a size 4-8 depending on designer), but the gowns were certainly beautiful! I kept looking at pictures of one particular Jasmine dress and wanting to buy it, but was afraid of the cost of necessary alterations, so I went with a dress from a different bridal shop in Madison, for 200 fewer dollars.

If I could, this place would get 10 stars from me! 5 isnt enough. My mother and I decided to stop into the store today. I was a walk in bride. I was greeted immediately by 2-3 different Bridal consultants who introduced themselves despite how extremely busy they were. They had a Trunk show going on with a featured new collection from a designer. They told me they were pretty much booked solid for the rest of the day but may be slower later in the afternoon. So figured I would poke around the store and see what I liked and come back if I found anything. They still continued to check on me to see if there was anything they could do to help. The dresses were stunning, and didnt give you that factory feel. Then after about 15 min, a consultant came up to me to let me know they could squeeze me in because a bride had finished early. Long story short, I was treated exactly the same as if I would have had an appointment, and was not pushed aside. THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Every single one of them. I had help from multiple people, and they worked together great. Everyone was just so happy to help all the brides. I have never felt more welcome walking into a bridal salon before. They actually cared about what I wanted, and the situation I was in. They worked their magic and I said YES to the dress today! I could not rave enough about the store and how fantastic the customer service was. I thank all the girls from the bottom of my heart who helped me find my dream dress!

I honestly dont even want to give them 1 star. I had a horrible experience. I had family in from out of state to help me shop for a wedding gown. I called ahead and asked if an appointment was needed and I was told that on a Wednesday that wasnt necessary. We drove to GB from Neenah to arrive and be treated like we were an inconvenience. No one even welcomed is or asked if they could help us when we arrived. We were there for about 10inuted before I was asked if I had an appointment...again, no welcome at all...I explained I had been told to come without an appointment and they literally laughed at me and shook their heads. After another 20minutes I was given a consultant and had picked our 3 dresses to try on. I explained my budget and that I really wanted to try a corset ball gown. I got into the first dress which was pretty but it wasnt the dress. The consultant then began pulling dresses from $500-$800 ABOVE MY BUDGET, and when I told her they were too much her response was (and Im actually quoting here) that doesnt matter this is beautiful and would look stunning on you! I again declined, politely, and was told by buying today I would get 10% off and I just had to try it on. I dont know about you, but getting $200 off a gown that is double my budget doesnt do me any favors...I digressed and tried the gown on just because she was being pushy and I wanted to get on to the other dresses I had picked out. The dress she put me in was not at all my style and I didnt like it at all - she literally kept telling me that I should consider this dress a top contender because I could get 10% off it today...I had to turn down 3 more gowns she tried to put me in that were over my budget before FINALLY being able to try on the corset ball gown I really loved....and you know what she did - SHE WOULDNT EVEN CORSET IT UP FOR ME!!!! She said the dress didnt suit me and then proceeded to hold the back saying see, its just not you!......at this point I was so upset I didnt even argue and we left the store as soon as I got dressed and walked out the door as she was still trying to pressure me into buying a dress I didnt like and that was twice my budget. I do not recommend this place to any bride to be - this is not the way this experience should go on any way.

Just bought my dress from here today!! Lovely people and so friendly. It was the first stop for trying on dresses and wanted to check out davids bridal and elaines at well. Well Elaines had terrible service and the people were rude and you had to pick out your own dresses there was no help from them. Everyone at Davids bridal was nice but they couldnt top my super sparkly ballgown so I immediately went back to Tie the Knot to try my dress on again and order it!!Not sure why the name that appears is under my fiances but my name is Rachel and the lady I worked with at Tie the Knot was Ashley!!
