Terrible. Morgan is more interested in telling you why she should be a manager than actually helping you. Then had to call a manager. This is the third time Menards has charged me a convenience fee for pulling an online order only to give me the wrong goods that I had to return. They refuse to refund the convenience fee. How intuitive. Save your time, The Home Depot not only offers far superior customer service but has never pulled a wrong item and they dont charge to pull online orders for you.

People working there are always helpful and polite. (Especially Stuart in the building department) They were very helpful in building materials for Green Bays first Soccer Complex at the Arnie Wolff in Green Bay. The store is a family orientated home owners delight! Rock on!
One of my favorite hardware stores. Usually have what I need or can order it. Also carry a good line of American made products but ide like to see more in the future.
Had the worst experience here recently. I have been a consistent customer of this store for over a year, for I am renovating my house. Ive spent at least a few thousand dollars here the past year.Saturday evening my fiancé and I went here to buy building supplies for a stairs project we are working on. We had a hard time finding materials, but after 20 minutes we finally found most of them ourselves. One item we couldnt find, I pulled up the item on my phone and asked a employee near the paint department to help me locate what aisle it was in. She was nice and let me know it was in aisle 124 I believe. We went on our way to try to find that aisle.I found aisles 125 and 123 but couldnt find 124. I asked another worker if she could tell me where aisle 124 was. She was young and had blond curly hair. Not sure her name. She just looked at me and said I dont know, try looking over there. She was so rude! Then she just walked away! The way she treated us was unacceptable, and we seriously considered leaving immediately and forgetting about purchasing the items we had in the cart.We had already spent over 40 minutes in the store searching for items, so we decided to try one more time. We went back to searching ourselves and found out that none of the even number aisles are labeled anywhere. This is extremely frustrating and hard to manage as a customer. We gave up on finding that item and went to Home Depot later, which is so easy to find items! They have all the items labeled what aisle and bay it is in.After checking out, we had an item to return so we went to the customer service desk. Manager Jason and his team of workers at the front have always given me a great experience when returning items. They are the only reason I shop at this store anymore! After the experience with the rude worker, I am not sure how much more shopping I will do here.

Never enough checkout lines open. Always a long line and slow cashiers. Purchased a cabinet and its junk. Cabinet guy is giving me the run around. No wonder they dont allow product reviews. No one would buy from them if they did. They are anti trust, anti American, and a fraudulent company.
Good prices and selection. But the item I looked for it wasnt a specific location and the app said it was in a different location... Overall great shopping experience though

Thanks to Phil in plumbing department at Steffins Court for helping us twice today with issues on setting up our new water heater. He made sure we had correct products to get it connected. We had to go back for a part that broke off the original heater and he worked with us to put together a part that would work. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and very kind. Great job Phil.

Very bad! Had to go to three different spots to get the materials . and than they gave me the wrong materials. BAD!!
Needed some paint for garage floor to cover up many imperfections from over the years and that was non-slip in case it got wet. They had two options. I picked the paint/primer in one and added the non-slip package to gallon. Covers 360-400 sq ft and one half of the garage is done today. Covered very well and I will update when done next week.

Great selection of materials for the DIYer and knowledgeable friendly staff. Always easy to locate a staff member and its amazing the knowledge and training they have. We just dont find that at the other nearby big box store.
Extremely obnoxiously rude about mask wearing. The unfriendly young man organizing the carts who told me “ It was my problem, not his” didn’t even have his mask over his nose. I left and went to Home Depot. Masks are only making people sicker, people need to wake up. I will never shop there again and plan to give the corporate office a ring.
Prices are fair, they have pretty much everything you need for your house and more. Employees are always nice and friendly
The plants in the garden area were distressed, nobody around to assist with the key machine, nobody to bag stuff for handicapped customer, no veterans discount, 1 star because the electric cart was charged.

I couldnt find what I was looking for tonight... I asked a man who said they dont have any items like the one I was requesting. I had to pull it up online and show him that they DO in fact carry the item. They were out of stock. I asked if they had any at a different location. He said De Pere shows 7. I asked he call them to confirm before I drive. Turns out they didnt have the item either. Home Depot saved the day again!
Went in for a rubber hose elbow and they didnt have it. However, the guy in plumbing did exhaust all means to try and HABU.

Every time I go there lately there’s 2 maybe 3 cashiers open. This is a busy store. There should be more lanes open! There’s always long lines. When you look for someone to help you there’s never no one around. The manager is no help either. I wanted to see the remnants of carpet because half of them were rolled with the carpet inside so you didn’t know what color they were. The employees refused to move the rolls around so I could see on that was rolled with the carpet on the outside! I’ve spent thousands of dollars here in the last year. I thought that was balcony since some bonehead rolled the carpets in instead of out. I’m going to be spending a lot more money at Home Depot!!!
Its Menards. It is as expected. I havent had any issues or problems at this store. I love to shop the Garden Center here. They have great plants and garden accessories.
A super superstore that is well stocked with more items than any other Home Center, very spacious Isles, clean, and masks are enforced, unlike some Home Depot stores where they are afraid of pissing off the customers. I hate rebates though that require mailing in or jumping through hoops. So I have to grade them down one star. Costco makes rebates instant when you go to the register . I totally understand the math game that Menards and others play by making a mail in rebate I hope to jump through, knowing full well that a large percentage of people will never get around to cashing in those rebates, and thereby giving them the ability to brag about their 11% cash back that is only given back a modest percentage of the time perhaps because people lose their receipt or dont want to jump through the hoop. I think straight discounts at the register are much more honest. I would love to see someone in front of the store offering something like 7% instant cash back and collecting receipts from everyone so that this 11% would no longer be a cost effective ploy, but I suspect they would sue the person or something. Apart from that though, Menards is my favorite superstore Home Center.
Went to pick up Flex Paint on hold for me and several other items. I had a much better experience than when I went to the Howard store 3 wks ago and couldnt get either of the two (guy & girl-maybe early twenties), who were talking school and places to hang out vs helping me or the other 2 people waiting at the counter. We all ended up leaving!The east side store including the cashier were great!
Item I wanted to purchase was out of stock. Person on the floor offered to sell me display, I said for a discount. Cant do it. I left, hubby called and spoke with manager offered discount for display. Went back and picked up.
Went through entire store with no mask, got to check out and cashier wouldnt scan items unless I put on a mask! Didnt know menards was ran by a bunch of dirty communists! Very sad.

Everytime we go to menards it takes forever because they never have what I need or they have parts of what I need but not the others. Like today we went for shelves and shelf holders plus all the other stuff that go with shelves and of course they dont have everything you need in the same brand so in the end Im mixing brands and hoping everything fits together. Also quality of lumber is ridiculous! I have to go search through 10 2×4s or other lumber b4 I find a good one.

This place has turned into a joke. No one to help you do anything. I dropped a piece of plywood on myself and then on someone walking by because it was on a self above my head and no one to get it down. They only had 1 checkout open and a line backed up 3/4 of the way threw the store.Then they didnt even have all of the stuff I needed and told me to go to the other store. Just to not have all the things I needed.I think they are turning me into a home depot shopper

Just walked into Menards I was informed you must wear a maskIf that’s the case they should not let their employees come to work sick. And then again I forget that there is a much lower class of people that shop at Menards versus Home Depot. But it was more convenient this morning since I had shopping to do at Festival foods.
Curbside pick-up is a joke. The place is very disorganized and you still have to deal with multiple people to get your order. Plus they charge you a processing fee for all this (albeit only like 1.5%). Also, the mail-in rebates are not rebates at all but in-store credit. I cant wait to get in on that class action lawsuit for false advertising. If you can get it at Home Depot or Fleet Farm, go there instead.
Has everything you would expect out of a Menards and the staff were able to help me finding exactly what I needed. Had to make two visits for one project and both times they were able to easily walk me to the exact part I was describing using very vague terms due to a lack of knowledge!

From the get go we were sent in all different directions as none of the workers we found knew how to help us and sent us to a random counter each time, on the 4th and last re route we were given which was the service desk, the first employee to see us, instead of how can I help, asked if we paid for our items! I explained that we were sent to the customer service desk but she insisted we go to a register, I updated her with all of our detours throughout the store and she walked away asking another worker to close the gate so nobody else could go by the desk, thankfully someone else over heard and we were finally able to complete what we needed to do. Never again!

Menards has withheld rebates for more than 12 weeks as a policy before processing even begins. This is a unfair advertising practice and violates their rebate policy of 6-8 weeks and is unfair and misleads its customers. I went to the store and complained and apparently management couldnt care less how this affects their customers. The least they could do is post a notice on the doors and service counter to inform customers on a change of policy. That way customers could make a informed decision if they wanted to participate in the rebate program.
Short guy with a crew cut in shipping had obviously had a long day, but the two yard guys were pretty helpful loading up 26 sheets of 5/8 sheetrock.
During COVID Menards has gone above and beyond to ensure the safety and health of its patrons and employees. I used to prefer home Depot but now I am a die hard Menards fan
Never dissatisfied
I had an online order to pick up. I never received nitice it was in. I only knew it was in because after not getting notice well past the expected date, I wanted to cancel it. I was then told it was in. When I got to the store I waited for 15 minutes at the service desk while 1 employee was helping people. She had a lady in front of me returning numerous items on many different receipts. 2 employees sat at the desk flirting and looking at a cell phone. One even put his head down on the counter. When the lady finally had her items returned the line had grown to 5 people. Instead of helping us, she had to go and get a cart to put the returns on and then sort the small items into in other carts. Finally its my turn. Im then told I cant get it there. I have to go through the store or out to the yard. I asked for a manger. The girl that was standing at the desk flirting was the manger. She said they were waiting for a tablet to load. They did not have a tablet. I said if you were waiting you should have came and helped while it was loading or called someone to help. She just stood there. She told me I have to pick up in the yard. I told her Id return it but I dont wanna give them a free $25. She said its 25%. Yeah my item was $100, so $25. This isnt the first time theyve had poor service. We went to buy paint once and even though I was waiting to be helped the guy decided to skip me and help his friends. Then one I picked my paint, he said that you should get this kind, its cheaper. He assumed I couldnt afford a few more dollars because he repeatedly said it. Will not shop here again.

Excellent selection for our home fix up projects. Helpful staff. Good prices.Went there yesterday looking at electric fireplaces. We were blown away with heir selection. I have never been that interested in electrics, but found one that was as realistic as wood or gas with a remote.
Very disappointed in the customer service of the first staff person we asked for assistance on where an item would be located. Not familiar with the store and not a project inclined person - the snip go to plumbing beyond carpet- wasn’t too helpful or appreciated. Once we did navigate the store to find the area, Phil was wonderful. He verified and showed us exactly what we needed to finish our project. Thank you Phil. Maybe you could give customer service tips to your co-workers.
Not happy with the yard at all waiting 20 minutes still nothing ugh.......and we ordered online was told everything would be ready for us when we pulled in they said we had to find it ourselves. And then we ask someone else they didnt know. Then we finally found our fencing still waiting for a poles and its been over 20 minutes now.

The customer service is a joke. Someone will come and assist you. Yeah, by moving out of the way and watching my 76 year old father and I lift and carry 10 60lb bags of softener salt. Next time why not just have chairs and eat popcorn while being anything but helpful. Well stick to Home Depot.

Love this place! Huge selection, variety of options from cheap to good. They seem to have everything house related, and then some. Downfall is their customer service, 1 checkout lane, staff isnt very friendly, poor return policy. Typical for a Green Bay box store.

On April 28 I was rudely told to leave the store because I had my two children with me. Menards will not let children shop with their parents (new policy related to COVID19), and I was told its for the childrens safety since they dont have the ability to make the decision for themselves. Thanks Menards, for belittling my parental choices and making my children feel ashamed and scared in front of other customers. I will never support you again, and will share my story with everyone I know. You have caved to the PC hysteria.
The quality of merchandise has steadily increased over the past 10-15 years. As a result, my confidence in shopping and finding good quality, functional products has likewise increased. The credit voucher in rebates approach effectively brings me back shopping when the need arises, and the vouchers never expire. That said, the only area I see improvement needed is the POS system, specific to capabilities and customer friendly features. Staff is very helpful.

1pm on Black Friday for non Black Friday purchase. Every checkout open, pretty much only one customer in any given line. Out faster than I ever could have imagined. Excellent!
