Family Dollar head stuff thats cheap and reasonable have a variety in their stores

Friendly and affordable.

Prices were decent, and managed to pick up a few last minute stocking stuffers the other day. However, a very rude cashier was very loud, rude, and had an I dont care attitude when telling me I couldnt use their restroom because of heroin use and theft in the neighborhood. I quickly contacted their corporate offices, and informed my viewers and subscribers on my YouTube and Twitter accounts. Absolutely uncalled for to treat a customer the way I was treated, and how awful of an associate to negatively impact the Family Dollar brand.

Family dollar is always my go to place for most toiletries, laundry detergent and fabric softener. Best prices on most of those items. Their stores can be a bit ghetto but a small price to pay for the deals.

Some different people are working here since I last reviewed, so its in a ways better/worse. :P Currently in a middle of renovation and I hope that means theyre doing something about the cramped space having to keep running into all sorts of ugly people on the way in.Milk is still less then $3.50 everywhere else. I certainly cant forget that.

Found what I needed at a great price. I even picked up a few other items at bargain prices.

Friends car was towed from here after they went in store and made a purchase. Left car there and went with a friend to get bite to eat. Came back 45 mins later and car was gone. Went in store and cashier said she didnt know anything. Manager claimed she didnt know anything. Called next morning and manager said an officer had it towed. TowCompany said family dollar called. Manager was very rude on phone and gave different stories about why car was towed. So I guess if you shop there to long they assume you abandon your car and they have it towed. Manager needs to take some classes in customer service.

So this happened here yesterdaySo we were looking through the store for last-minute Easter basket items, when my 3 year old son looked up at me and pulled out my arm and stateing mama I Peed my pants, over and over again. I looked down at his pants and they were all wet, so like any parent would want to do I immediately wanted to rectify the situation. I looked around and there were no Inview restrooms, so I went to the cashier and asked one of the ladies if there was a restroom I could use. The cashier replied to me that the restroom was out of order. Then another lady (who claims to be a manager) came up behind her and said that no one was able to use it. I nicely explained to them the situation (my son had an accident and was soaking wet) and then kindly requested that they just allow me to change his pants, and we wouldnt touch a thing. The cashier suggested supervising me while I change him, but the manager advised me I would just have to find another place. I became frustrated and told them how degrading this was to my 3 year old child to have to walk around soaking wet. I then requested to speak with the manager, the second lady gave me an irritated look then with a smug look told me she is the manager, so then I requested to get the information for the person above that manager so that I could tell them about this horrific incident, the (manager) then told me the head person would be in on Easter.So I called the store the next day like I was told, and I spoke with the manager her name was Teresa, apparently the employees gave them a completely different story and told the main manager that they offered to let me use the restroom to change my son if I left my diaper bag outside of the bathroom. And apparently I refused... Seriously? I didnt even have my diaper bag on me all I had was my purse with my sons stuff in it. And my wallet. Plus on top of that they never offered to let me use their facilities, they refused it all together.So apparently I am theft threat when all I wanted was to let my son be in dry clean clothes.In the end I ended up changing his pants in my car of their parking lot.

Nice cheap place to go to get what you need & always in & out fast. Pretty much everything you need is here & clean.

Line moved a little slow sometimes. Workers were very nice though.

Located in a busy area of Green Bay, so getting in and out of the driveway is annoying. The store is kind of disorganized and dirty. There are some cute items there though.

Seemed to have a good selection of items you may need, but you definitely get what you pay for. Would suggest for things like cups or plastic utensils, but not for things such as locks or cords.

This store would be great if the manager didnt follow people thinking everyone is a thief. Shes also very rude when you ask for help finding things.

I always find something fun and reasonably priced.

Prices are as high or higher than items at Walmart! You should call yourself other than dollar store!

Just to clue you in, if you buy something, have the receipt, and need to return it, do it before the 30 days is up. Mine was over, I was disappointed, but understood they have their rule and are strict about it.

Decent store but one of the cashiers in usually in a bad mood and it shows, big time .

Always a disarray of product and sometimes they dont have bags to carry your items out.

Inexpensive, good place to pick up necessities, but shelves are often disheveled/cluttered.

Its a little grocery store its almost everything what you need

For the chain its an A+. Clean and kept up.
