Counter person was rude and acted like we should be thankful for the time it took out of her busy teenage life to wait on us. Prices were ridiculous for the sizes.

Being an Aussie in the USA, the first think you notice is just how terrible coffee here. Having a history of easy access to proper Italian coffee growing up it took a while to find something that didn’t taste like percolated dirt! Happily I can say I have found a place. This one! They happily make my off menu flat white (3 shots espresso and steamed flat milk) and it’s ans close to home as I can get. Much better than the cancerous other popular coffee chain!

Staff is awesome! Always greeted with a smile and they are so helpful with special diatary requests! Its hard to find a coffee shop so willing to help me find a dairy free specialty drink and I so appreciate how understanding they all are even when the line goes out the door.I stop here frequently for coffee and will keep coming back!

I get my vanilla cappuccino from them everyday I work very friendly people and very fast service even if there is a line they have my coffee ready when I get to the counter I highly recommend them if you need a kick start to your day.

Dont like coffee so my review is really based on the interactions Ive had with the staff. The person outside the store offering coffee is always nice - which is a given considering thats why theyre out there - but then when going in the staff didnt seem to really care that I was there or not.

The manager Alex is exceptional. He is always friendly and helpful. I order beans in bulk. Alex makes sure they are ground and mixed so that I get 1/2 regular and 1/2 de-caf. Even though I am only in his store a few times a year since we live out of state, he always recognizes me. I wont get my coffee from anywhere else.

Staff wasnt very nice to me. I was the only one in line and a White guy cut in front of me. They served him anyways. But I tried to be polite and say that he can go first.The staff looked like they dont want to be there.There were flies in the pastries and the staff didnt care to close the panel or shoo the fly away, so it sat on the danishes, and the rest.Never going here again and I also recommend others to NOT go here too. Go to Starbucks, instead which is 3 mins away on Oneida. Theyre nicer and better there.

Absolute best coffee in Green Bay. I probably only get over here once a month, and the owner still manages to remember me and my favorite drink. Outstanding service, friendly staff, and AMAZING coffee!

Love the coffee! Especially during my morning runs to the mall when im extra tired. Most days they even open earlier so mall staff can get a coffee before their shift. Love working with Muhammad and all the girls there too! Green Bay location is the best inside Bay Park Square Mall food court. If youre lookong for a reccomendation you cant go wrong with ultimate cookie chiller!

My husband and I just stopped in to grab our usual avalanche chiller extra thick and the 2 girls were rude and their service was horrible! We always make a point to stop in and get our usual chiller when at the mall, and the owner is always super friendly ...very disappointed today.
