Very nice people. The lady with glasses is always helpful and willing to sell you something you want. I always go in with my mom to wait for the bus at east town mall to go to work and I sometimes stop in to see if I find anything and I sometimes do. For a very good price. 5 stars. Keep up the good work.

This is a nice place. They use the wrong door for customer ease but oh well. Prices a little higher than most for consignment shops but quality is there. Well laid out and clean store. Didnt see any employees though. No greeting or engagement.

Love Consign it! I have to limit my trip shopping here because I always manage to find something to buy. But, the prices are so reasonable I never break the bank so...

I havent heard anything g back on a bed I inquired about over a week ago. If someone is interested, why wouldnt you make it a priority.

I dont know how it will stay open everything is crazy prices from 100 dollars for a fish tank to 50 for a pez dispenser ( everything in the store is overpriced and the workers arent very friendly they were cutting down there boss and when I would ask them to see something they would say just a minute and would go on there phone very very rude )

They always have very nice items in the store. I also Consign my jewelry there and they are always very nice! Great staff!

Its a second hand department but some of their things that are on sale are very intriguing. Found some old fishing poles and was surprised by how much it cost. Didnt buy anything today but will be coming back in the near future.

I bought a gorgeous sofa last July after missing out on some other things. If you see something you like, buy it quick because a delay of a day or two will cause you to miss it. They are helpful and cooperative and the prices are great for the quality.

Old lady working (saturday5pm-6pm)was not only rude but I didnt even know she was the only employee there... when I asked a question about a purchase I did want, she was sarcastic! sassy! if she wasnt so old I may have confronted her about her persona as a employee, other wise, Id give it a 3 maybe 4, its a cool place for treasures, needs a cleaning, but I sure hope the other employees are not like her..

We picked out a beautiful IKEA dining set and paid 40% less and we did not have to drive to Milwaukee to pick up. It looks brand new and a perfect fit for our dining area. The team at Consign It are very helpdul and the store always has beautiful quality options! At the Bay Park Mall store, many do not know, but there is a loading and unloading area directly to the back of store so you do not have to schlep it through the mall. I love coming here for unique buys at a great price! Love that they are open 7 days a week.

I always come here to look everytime Im at the east town mall and Im usually welcomed. But a couple days ago I came and I was looking at the furniture with a friend. Everything was fine until I noticed the staff was following us everywhere we went. I thought maybe it was nothing until the man started to get extremely close to us, watching everything we did and it made us really uncomfortable. We left really fast after that. Ive come here many times and gave you guys plenty of business but this kind of killed it for me. We werent being suspicious in any way and your staff made me angry after leaving. I dont know if Ill be coming back after feeling so unwelcomed in your store.
