I am a reward gold card member and I had to prepaid for gas cause my temp plates in the window. Not a problem but I bought 15 gallon of gas but I didnt get my .05 off a gallon which would of been .75. Not happy 😥😠😡😾😣

I was sick and having a bad day. My gas was E and I normally don’t come to Shells, but had to. The pump was giving me trouble and I went inside to explain it to the cashier. She was amazing! She put a smile on my face and laughed and joked. The gentleman working with her was very courteous as well. When I was leaving he quickly ran to the door to hold both doors open for me. This is the best customer service I’ve seen! Kudos to these two wonderful human beings. I’m just sad I didn’t get their names.

I hate the smell of gasoline, burger and fryer grease, car wash mist bombarding my residential home; through my windows to my back yard. Yuk!

There is some pretty rude people who work there but morning staff if very nice DO NO GO AROUND 3PM school traffic is crazy

Bought under body flush. Under body flush didnt work. Wouldnt compensate me for no reason. Manager raised her voice at me. Beware.
