Wanted to sell my old golf clubs. Mike was very fair with his offer. Ultimately didnt sell to them because the PGA was offering a premium. I would certainly try again. Theyre friendly, fair, and honest.

I passed the masks required on the way into the store to look at treadmills. When I asked the approaching older employee to please lift his mask up, he moved it up still under his nose. Because I was uncomfortable, I turned to leave the store and he actually chased me into parking lot telling me, unsolicited, that wearing a mask is not law. I pointed out that it was their sign that stated masks required. Slightly caught off guard, he fired back that he was wearing a mask. I should be able to leave a store quietly without an employee making a scene. I will never go back.

Bought a best fitness rack that was missing a pin to lock the safety in. The owner ran across the the street and bought a new set. Outstanding customer service and I highly reccomend this place.

I’m sick and tired of the TERRIBLE customer service here. This summer I came in to find some frolfing discs all three guys were on their PHONES while I had no clue what I was looking for. Fast forward, I come in today and there is about 8 of us in the ski section and NO ONE helps, they all sit in the front talking to each other. I’m completely done with this place- take your business somewhere else. For how expensive their skis are you would think they would offer to help.

I highly recommend play it again sports of Greenbay because of the Staff which is very knowledgeable and friendly, Amber followed up on what I was looking for when became available. There store is clean and well organized.

Friendly customer service, they always ask if they can help with anything when you walk in the door. Pretty good selection for every sport as well!

If you buy a used disc be sure to check under the price tag before you buy it. The is a good chance they are trying to cover up a signature or other issue with the disc face.

Very impressed! I was driving through the lot at 8:15 am to look at what time they opened. Mike was unloading a trailer and asked if he could help. I told him I was just looking at the hours. He asked what I needed and when I told him...he said come on in! They didnt open until 10! That is wonderful customer service!!! Thanks Mike!!

The owner is a loser, he goes to Goodwill and st.vincent de paul. And buys sporting equipment and resells it at his own store. For more money, taking away from the less fortunate.

Im not to sure why local guides say this place can save you money. The selection is ok. Not a diverse selection. Prices are too high for being used. Just try craigslist.

Great place to get sporting goods

Employees were not hovering, yet available. They assisted me when I asked for help.

The store has a wide selection of used and New sports equipment, some items of which are hard to come by. My issue with play it again are the prices, the used weights for example, are the same price if you were to buy them new. My other issue with the store is that most of the equipment on the sales floor are filthy, not just rust, but dust and dirt.
