Andy will take care of you to the fullest. The man does not sleep until all jobs are done that day for all of his scheduled appointments. I was having issues with my garage opener unit and had appointment on a Fri night. He called me at 8pm that night and asked if he can still come by to take care of job. Andy was busy from previous jobs but didnt want to push my garage issue out for an extra day. I told him to come on by and fix it and thats what he did with expert efficiency. My garage door(s) works like a champ now. AND price was great for top-notch work. We had tried checking the motor, sensors, and the so-called basic things we new to review, but the springs were completely shot.When they post 24-hour service.... This company means it. We called at 8:04 pm on a weeknight, he answered right away, and was very clear about timing, cost, and expectations. He arrived at 9:14pm and was done in about an hour. Not only did he replace both springs, but was very personable and took the time to explain some basic maintenance tips to us.They do not charge extra for nights/weekends, which is a small blessing in an already stressful/annoying situation.I cannot say enough good things about Andy, the company, and the entire experience. My spring broke and they were over the next day at a time that worked perfect for me, they even arrived early. Junior did a great job. Before the spring even broke, my garage door moved very jerky and it was clunky going up and down. After Junior was done, my garage door went up and down smoothly. He was very professional, gave me tips on lubing everything to help the life of the springs and opener, and he was very personable and polite.

I called on friday afternoon the owner came on the sameday in the evening to check the door, the spring was broken he temprary replaced it and fixed the door. He though that he wont be able to get it fixed because of the christmas but they were still able to get the door inxed in couple of days. Their installer Jose was so professional and perfect with his job and got the whole door installed in four and half hour. Their prices were so reasonable. I recommend this company to anyone and anytime for fast and reliable service.

I called to report my inoperable garage door issue at 930 in the morning. Kyle came out to my house within an hour and quickly determined what needed to be done to get it working. Despite being an older door and tracking system he was able to complete the necessary work to get it working successfully. All at a very reasonable price, and in less than an hour and a half!! I called Express to have my garage door fixed. Assuming it would be a week or so atleast, when he said ok Ill be their tonight I was amazed. We called them back after 5 days of them repairing our garage to tell them the door they claimed to fix was jammed and to reschedule a day to come back and fix what they did. They no showed one time and canceled two times. Finally when they did come, the repair man gave me a summary of ALL the things he did and what he had to mount and add, etc and tried to give us another bill. I asked why this wasn’t determined the first time, basically he’s giving me a bill for what their own company messed up on. I asked why they inconvenienced us with messing up the first job, wasting our time waiting for them to not show back up three times, then accuse us of “hanging” or “pulling” our own garage door to break it supposedly. They are so money hungry and lazy.

Was very satisfied with the quality and swiftness of the tech who replaced the spring on my overhead garage door. Called mid afternoon Sunday and he was here in a little over an hour. Lacking time management skills. I was told they would be at our house at 8:00 AM. I had to follow up with him as he was 2 hours late. Told me he would be there around 11:30. Andy and his team at Express Garage Door Service went far above our expectations. Our bottom two panels were broken so I called around to see if I could get someone over to repair it. Another company came over and we were told the door couldn’t be repaired because it was no longer made and we needed a new door. We were quoted a new door but they were unable to get the new door installed for over a week. I called a few other companies for pricing and they varied significantly. We’re still waiting for some companies to get back to us. Andy’s price was good but when I told him about another company being slightly less for the same door he agreed to match their price. We were concerned that our door was going to break completely and cause more issues so Andy agreed to replace the door the next day. He was very informative and took the time to explain his product and how they would install it. He followed up with us after the door was installed to see how it was working. We had a small issue with the opener being too low and he offered to send someone over to fix that even though we didn’t purchase a new opener from him. Absolutely great customer service and quality work. We highly recommend Express Garage Door Service and will be calling them again if we ever are in need of garage door work.

I practically have a new door! Andy, fit me in and arrived at 11:30pm and stayed until 2am to get my door back in operation. Essentially he rebuilt it, he replaced any worn components, re-aligned everything, greased it all and reset my springs. It feels like a total rehab in two and a half hours and for what I consider a bargain. Be patient as this guy is busy....for a good reason. But he is one of the hardest workers I have ever met.

Andy from Express Garage Door Service does high quality work for an extremely reasonable cost. I had him over to fix a broken torsion spring on 11/29/2017. Our cars were stuck in the garage and the first thing we had to do was get them out. I had installed the door 12 years earlier without any handles so the first thing he did was add handles to the door. We lifted 220 pounds of doors and vice gripped the sides to get the cars out. Everything after that went smoothly and quickly. He suggested some additional repairs of obviously cracked parts and for all the work only charged me a single service call.At one point, the Village Of Ashwaubenon Leaf Pick Up truck was coming down the street. I grabbed my rake and started raking as fast as I could. Here comes Andy with a leaf blower that he had in the back of his trailer. So I guess he fixes garage doors and rakes up leafs too!

Andy rescued us when our tension spring snapped. Very professional service, affordable price, and he took the time to go the extra mile by checking and lubricating the whole system, replacing a missing bolt, and suggesting some preventive maintenance I could perform myself.

Although he had other jobs lined up for those days and could not guarantee me a time of service, he was able to fit me in. Is there a negative star rating by chance? Dont let the low price quote fool you. If you are looking for a guy who has no concern about your schedule and no sense of professionalism, I would recommend him. He either rescheduled/just didnt show up 5 of the times he said he would. We need to get some work done and told him that we need it done by a certain day. After we rescheduling 2 and not showing up another time, we told him we were going with someone else, he promised he would be over at 10am the next day. After showing up at 1pm, 3 hours late then taking a 3 hour run to Menards, he worked till 9pm and said the next morning. Guess who didnt show up?! After still not showing up by 5pm, I fired him and paid him for the material and gave him an extra $50. He had the audacity to argue that he should be paid more. I would not even recommend him to my worst enemy.

Again to be clear I DID NOT ASK FOR A REFUND, but rather the owner stated a check was being sent out. Well that was over a week ago. I only think it is right to update my review indicating no check has been received. So while it looks good in his response to my review it is a complete fabrication. Im not here to pick at this business or continue to flame them, but please do not put something in writing on the world wide web and then not follow through. **edit 5/22/2019I’ve been hesitant to write a review after our experience, but at the end of the day, I have to say our experience was not positive for a number of reasons.We had an issue with our garage door and based on a neighbor’s recommendation called Express. We made an appointment for the following day, a Friday both my wife and I had off of work. The appointment was made for 1:30. After no one arrived by 2:15 we called only to find the technician wasn’t scheduled to arrive at our home until 4:30. The technician did finally arrive and was able to diagnose the issue (purple logic board) quickly. Then things went south.The technician was confident this would be an easy fix but then proceeded to work for over two hours with no success. Instead of getting a new board he attempted to rebuild salvaged parts he had in the truck. This didn’t work. In the process, he managed to break the light covering on my unit. When he gave up he gave us two options. A new unit for $300 or the owner could come out tomorrow. As the motor on my unit was good and it was working fine from the hard-wired controller we opted to let another person come out and have a crack at it.We were told the owner would come the following day, a Saturday afternoon. When he never arrived we called and were told he couldnt get to us until 6:00. Or we could see him the next day on Sunday.So Sunday it was. When al the owner arrived he was confident he could solve the issue. I did not appreciate him trying to state my light cover was shattered due to age and he agreed to replace it. He then spent an hour working, had to leave, and then came back and finally finished the job. I am fairly certain he continued to used salvaged parts and did not succeed until he finally used a fresh purple logic board.So at long last fixed but not operating at all as well as it did previously. At this point, we accepted the work just to have our lives back. Range on the remotes is limited compared to the previous operation.So overall my issue was fixed. However, we were held hostage three days to get the work done. A blown day on Friday due to a scheduling snafu, a missed appointment on Saturday, and then several more hours Sunday.I feel bad as they put in a lot of time, but much of it was self-created as I am fairly certain they spent two days trying to rig a salvaged purple logic board rather than loading a fresh one. The cost of the service call was $95 which I beleive my wife misheard as $45. With all the other charges we approached $200 and three blown days. Additionally, they insisted on swapping out all our batteries (which were almost fresh) and charging us or them. I believe they were trying to recoup some of their lost time. I will look elsewhere for any future needs.

He even had to contact another crew member to come out to my place and take care of the job even though it was night time to ensure the job got done!
