The lady was extremely nice that helped my granddaughter with her first BABs. We were really impressed with the interaction and attention she paid to her. Think BAB needs to train all their employees or at least take lessons from her.

Went there for a birthday bear! Both associates were so friendly & helpful! Made our little ones experience that much sweeter!

Great store to take little kids but they nickel and dime you on everything. Two stuffed animals shouldnt cost over $100.

Beary best place to bring you little one. My daughters happy happy place. She loves going here for rewards. The workers are all so friendly and customer service oriented, helps for the adults shopping. A little pricey but well worth the smiles on her face.

There didnt seem to be an order or flow to how you got your bear and did the whole process. I knew what to do from making one forever ago but my husband was completely lost. The staff was very friendly and helpful though and my kids love their bears

My kids love this place. Staff is always nice, helpful and friendly-5 stars to the employees. BUT-this company knows how much kids love it and they charge a RIDICULOUS AND OBSCENE amount of money for all their stuff. I always leave feeling like I got screwed. Impossible to explain cost to kids-they just see glitter and toys and bears and fall in love. And as thrifty of a mom as I am, it still costs me $75 for 2 stinking animals. Thanks for nothing build-a-bear company.

It was the first time going here and I took my 6 yo niece who has never been here either. The lady that stuffed our animals was great with my niece and even answered my questions. We will definitely have to make another trip here!

My kids love this store

My child loves build a bear, the staff here were slightly pushy but, not as bad as they sometimes are. It is a hard place to just browse because they are so pushy typically. But, we will go back because of the child.

We reserve trips to Build a Bear for special occasions, like my daughters 3rd birthday. We have always had great experiences until now. The individual who was working barely spoke a word to my daughter while making her bear. This visit was severely lacking in the magic that makes a trip to build a bear special. The individuals working didnt take her through the entire process of bathing and naming her bear either. I was disappointed with this trip.

Kids enjoy it its just hard to get it five stars when the accessories are so expensive. Also, they really need to upgrade there computers to touchscreens . Wrangling kids using there system feels so dated.

I started buying Build-A-Bears in 1999 my daughter has about a hundred of them if not more and I have about 35 if youre looking to get a cute gift for your child or even if you collect stuffed animals yourself its a wonderful place to go its always clean the people are friendly and I would not go anywhere else for a stuffed animal theyre not built as well when you buy them pre-made you can watch them make them at the store you can have them as fluffy or as soft as you want its just really a great place

In and out with what we needed. They werent pushing at all on trying to sell us extras that we didnt want. Join their club and youll get a great deal on your childs birthday.

My friend and I went into this store to get a Toothless plushie (yes, Im that person) and a Detective Pikachu plushie. We were immediately greeted by a friendly employee who, despite us being grown adults, gave us the Detective Pikachu scavenger hunt promotion. The lady who stuffed our new plushes had been there before, and was super friendly! We made great conversation, especially about the new How To Train Your Dragon movie, while we got them stuffed. When we were ready to go, we had to wait at the counter for a little bit (there were only two employees in the store, and it was starting to get busy). We didnt mind the wait, though, as it wasnt long. The only real issue I had is that the woman behind the register never offered us boxes for our new friends, and instead tried to sell us the $5.50 Build-a-Bear drawstring backpack. Other than that, our experience was great, and we went home satisfied with our new stuffed animals!Tl;Dr: my friend and I enjoyed our visit to Build-a-Bear and had good encounters with the staff, except one tried to push an expensive item on us. (We also never got offered anything else, so we just carried them around the mall instead)
