SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND BUY ELSEWHERE!! Earlier this month I bought a rope chain from Kay jeweler in Bay Park Square mall for my birthday later this month and the same day I purchased i noticed a break in chain and had to bring it back to the store where they told me it was not fixable and they will have to order a new one and have it sent to my house out of town and it would take 2-3 day, 4 days go buy and still didnt receive anything, by day 6 I called them and they said its still in the mail, 8 days later I got a call saying that my chain was ready to be picked up at the mall, so after work I had to drive to Green Bay to get it, then I had my new chain for 9 days and this morning when I was putting it on I noticed a break in it again simular to the break from the first one, so once again I had to go back to the mall to this time get a refund for the broken chain they sold me twice and the lady there was rude about the return and didnt even apologize for the inconvenience, when I originally purchased it I payed cash and they didnt have enough money at the store to pay me so she asked if I would take a check after agreeing she continued to ring it through and gave me my receipt then told me that it was getting sent in the mail and will be about a week...... so now my birthday is tomorrow and I dont have a chain or the over 800 dollars I spent on it to get one from a better jeweler. Now its back to the waiting game again. Very disappointing in the quality of their products and the staff . Definitely will not be returning, and highly recommend spending your money elsewhere!
We went to get a ring re sized and even tho the gentleman wasnt able to help us he was very nice! and knowledgeable. Will definitely be coming back.
I love going to Kay’s and recommend it to everyone. Their protection plan is amazing, I lost one of my side diamonds and they not only replaced it but they reinforced all the prongs in that area on both sides to prevent it from happening again. I have been back multiple times for my fiancé’s wedding band and all of my wedding jewelry. Rosie is amazing she treats you like family not just a customer!

My fiance and I visited Kay this week and had a very pleasant experience. Being that this location is inside the mall, we were unsure of what the protocols would be when we arrived. There was a guest sign in sheet and they ask that you mask up and wait to be called in - in order to keep social distancing in place.When it was our turn, we worked with a woman who was upbeat, fun and very informative. She also made sure to wipe surfaces down and made us feel safe.We had a bridal set resizing, tacked a warranty onto that set and we also picked out a wedding band for myself. Throughout every aspect of our experience, she was phenomenal at her job and a pleasure to work with. She even delivered great news during our transaction and saved us some money.We are both very new to Kay Jewelers, but the quality of service we received will certainly keep us coming back. Thank you so much for being a part of a special day for us!
Extremely disappointed in the service received at Kay Jewelers. Bought my wife a ring that lost a stone 2 weeks after we picked it up. Took it back in for service and had to return due to a long wait. Upon return the next week, we still had to wait over an hour to be helped. We were told it would be ready in 2 weeks and didn’t get the ring back for a month. Upon return for the pick up, I again had to wait more than an hour to be helped.
Got a great deal on my engagement ring and was very impressed with how they keep everything clean. I felt very safe.
Went with my fiance to get a wedding ring for him. We spoke with Bradley, who gave us by far the most information (compared to the employees at the other stores in the mall). He was the only one who knew enough about the rings to know exactly what he was looking at (not needing to look at the tag). He thoroughly explained why certain rings costed more, including the material, maintenance, damage, and more, and gave a few customer examples for support. He was very upfront with prices and sales, which other stores arent (i.e., you need to ask). Also, he explained the online store and how there are more options there and how you can compare similar rings with a shop similar feature. His humor wasnt my style but matched my fiances well. Disclaimer we were open on costs and didnt have a set budget, so that could contribute to why we had such a positive experience.

Went to the mall to get my ring inspected.. stood there for 15 min before somebody told me after 3 others signed in that we have to sign in.. the sign in sheet is in the corner and there are 3 entrances to the store.. maybe put up a sign on all cases saying please sign in so we know..
Horrible service! I’ve been trying to contact the store for over a month and there’s no answer. I tried the corporate office and sat on hold for 43 minutes before it hung up on me. I Facebook messaged corporate and have still been trying to get in contact with them for 2 weeks now. Unfortunately I cannot boycott the store since my jewelry is under warranty there, but I am definitely never buying anything from them ever again!! Also, they sold me a lemon of an engagement ring. The diamonds kept falling out. Finally, they said they wouldn’t pay to fix it anymore but I had the option of getting a new one for a trade. Oh, we also had to pay an extra $500 for the new one that we only bought because the first one was junk!!
Thanks for the wonderful service we receive any time we stop by! My wife and I have our jewelry inspected every six months, most recently Saturday 3/14/2020. We are treated not just like valued customers but also like family. I have purchased jewelry from Kay’s (and Shaw’s) since 1985 and never feel like we are in interruption or inconvenience when we have our jewelry inspected or we drop by just to chat and window shop for a future purchase. The manager and staff are wonderful!

Should have closed this branch instead of Manitowoc. Stood in line for half an hour with not one perso moving forward at all the entire time. Just needed the warranty check/cleaning should take a few minutes. As I type this person who was already checking outwout we got here is STILL not done and other two havent progressed at all either.
My ring is absolutely beautiful and definitely worth every single penny. I have a Neil Lane wedding set with a beautiful oval center stone surrounded by a single halo. Everywhere I go people say what a pretty ring. And most importantly every time I go to Kays they are fantastic. Thanks to these guys for making a special time for us go so perfectly.
Do NOT get your jewelry from Kay!!!! This company is the worst!! I was told that my ring would be in and to wait until the delivery came in. I waited 2.5 hours with a 4 year old. When the delivery came guess what my ring was not there. I was told there was a mistake and it was in Oshkosh. This is my wedding ring!!!!! One of the most important sentimental pieces I own. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! DO NOT TRUST KAY WITH YOUR FOREVER JEWELRY!!!!!!!!!!! Oh and let me add I have had the ring 3 years and it already needed a repair! Despicable!
Was looking for an engagement ring but didnt buy it here because of the every 6 month inspection policy and didnt have the ring I was looking for but I wanted to write a review because the people working there were absolutely awesome! Of all the stores in Green Bay that I went to, the people working at Kay were my favorite.

Dont do it. Having nothing but problems with it. Ordered on the 6th of dec. money was taken the 9th. Said it wouldnt take the money till it was shipped. Sat on cutomer service for an hour and they said it wont be shipped till the 19th or here till the 23. I ordered it the 6th. Long wait and hard to get any information about the order. Will not be ordering from them again and will make sure to never recomend them.
Worst customer service around. We had a necklace fixed broke weeks later and refused to cover anything.

The in store staff is awesome! However, the customer service center has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They are rude and do not listen to your questions. I paid $30 for 1 day air shipping and nowhere was it explained that I was going to be getting it three weeks after I ordered it!! Then they told me that they would not cancel my order for me. Not happy.
On our last visit we return something and bought something different and the experience was very pleasant kudos to Kay Jewelers
Not workers fault but watch out for their slyly written warranties. Sure one may cover the lost stone portion but they dont tell you that theres a setting fee, and it aint cheap ! Found out the unfortunate way. Hopefully never doing any kind of business there again.
Where do we begin with this? Let’s start back on May of 2017 where I purchased an engagement ring. Well everything seemed to go smoothly in the store until the bills started to show. Well apparently when you send a check in the mail with the STATEMENT it doesn’t get put into that statement. There’s problem #1. Problem #2 how does one go about fixing it? Well you see you call them and say you “MISAPPLIED” my payment, which I might add was a monthly basis I had to do this. I’m sure if I would have handed them a check personally they’d still misapply it. Then their banks switched which was problem #3. All the paper work needed for my current dispute it hard to gather for them, even though I supplied to them. And now problem #4 is that Kay jewelers has $400 of MY money floating around and when I contact them every person I talk to gives a different story on where the money is located. Every month Kay and Comeitity Bank get a call from me and yet the issues still are not figured out. So here they want me to send in the same paper work in that I gave them. Well clearly if they can’t handle a payment why wouldn’t it surprise me to see they can’t handle a dispute. I understand if it was one month but to be dealing with this issues from day one umm it’s getting old. If your reading this and are thinking about Kay Jewelers, all I can say is walk away and go somewhere else. I will admit the people on the phone at cometity are very nice. The people at the old bank that Kay used were very disrespectful in every manner possible
Lady we dealt with was very rude and was NOT a good example of what customer service should be, she was sassy and could of spared us her snide remarks. Very disappointed and will not return to this store. Should of listened to the people who warned me, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Never again.
