I have always had a hearing problem but in 2000 due to an accident and the incompetent surgery I received, I suffered a 92% hearing loss.The care and service I received from Rick made the difference. He explained the options I had and talked to me about the ways he felt I should consider going. From the time you walk through the door and are greeted at the front desk by Kara, until you are fitted with your hearing aids by Rick, you will feel valued as a customer at Miracle Ear. Kara handled all of the processing of my insurance claim and made many calls on my behalf. She is very professional and caring. Rick made the process of getting new hearing aids seamless. My last hearing aids (not Miracle Ear), squealed all the time and I never could hear very well with them even with repeated trips to have them adjusted. From the time I received my Miracle Ear hearing aids, I could hear so much better and hardly know I have them on. Great clarity even in a noisy room. Rick explained everything to me on a computerized screen that showed me the results of my hearing tests and the levels at which my hearing aids needed to be adjusted. I have been dealing with Rick and his staff for many, many years now. I believe I am wearing my 4th set of hearing aids through Miracle Ear, due to my advanced hearing loss. Each set has gotten better and better, with all the advanced technology that has been installed into them. With Bluetooth technology, there isn’t a reason not to be able to hear on phones or any other devices. My latest set has all the bells and whistles. I highly recommend people to visit Rick and his friendly staff. They are very caring and understanding of your disability, and offer a professional and fun atmosphere. Give them a try. Their great!
